Blue Iris; Sanji X!nekoReader

(y/n) was now cooking a fish that had golden scales and a blue iris. She was going to make a surprise cooking for her crewmates. She made some sashimi with the body base and then did some other cooking with the head. (y/n) had a secret that only the Straw Hat pirates know. (y/n) is a Neko.

Her ears are (f/c) and also her tail. She also likes eating the iris of the fish. (y/n) skipped towards the head of the thousand sunny and sat. She then placed the fish head and scooped out the eyes of the fish.
"This fish. Even I put it in Soy Sause it's still blue." (y/n) thought.
Then she gulped it down. She moaned at the taste.
"THAT IS PURRLICIOUS!!" (y/n) shouted making Zoro wake up.
"What are you shouting for?" Zoro asked.

(y/n) turned her head back to see Zoro yawning and scratching his neck.

"The fish tasted good. Want some-nya?" (y/n) asked.
"I'm fine. I already had my fill." Zoro said as he went back to his sleep.

(y/n) just smiled and went back on eating her fish.
*GULP*
That was the last noise that was heard before (y/n) started to gag.

"Z-zoro-nya." (y/n) gasped as she clutched her throat.
Zoro opened one of his eyes to see (y/n) gagging.
"Oi oi oi. What happened? A fish bone got stuck in your throat?" Zoro joked but then realised she wasn't joking.

(y/n)'s face was turning to (s/c) to bright yet dark blue.
"I-i can't breathe." (y/n) gasped again.

Zoro rushed into the kitchen and got a mug to bring some water. But he couldn't find a mug so he brought a big bowl that could fit Franky filled with water. As he brought the water to (y/n) the ship moved side to side as Zoro took a step.

"Hurry, take a drink!" Zoro shouted as he placed a bowl on the ground. Zoro threw (y/n) in the bowl to see the result. It was a clear glass bowl so you could see the inside.

(y/n) then didn't come out. Instead, she looked confused. (y/n) blinked underwater and then popped her head out of the water. Then back in again and then back out. Zoro was more confused at the second.
"Doesn't Neko hate water?" he thought as he tilted his head.
After a while (y/n) popped her head out.
"Ummm... Zoro we have a problem." (y/n) chuckled.

-----The morning on the Thousand Sunny-----

"EEEEEEE!!!! (y/n) can't live without water!!" Luffy shouted.

Everyone on the crew was on the deck looking at (y/n) casually swimming in the big glass bowl. Well, more like sleep swimming.
"What happened to (y/n)-san?" Brook asked.
"I don't know. She was eating a fish and started to gag." Zoro shrugged.
"Show me the fish Marimo." Sanji said.

"WHO ARE YA CALLING MARIMO, ERO-COOK!!" Zoro shouted.
"IT'S YOU AND GIVE ME THE FISH. ALSO WHO ARE YA CALLING ERO-COOK!!" they started to fight.
After a while, Zoro did give the fish head to Robin, not Sanji.
"This is a very rare fish. I don't know what's going on." Robin said as she flicked through books.
Chopper then popped out of the bowl after checking up on (y/n).
"I don't know either. Suddenly her hair is slowly turning to gold and she now has a blue iris." Chopper said.

Sanji took a peek at the fish head and then kicked the glass bowl. Softly so it doesn't break.

"That's the 'Kingingyo'. A miracle fish that only lives in the Grand Line. No one knows the effect." Sanji muttered.
"Blub pulp blinp blinb." (y/n) bubbled.
"She said 'I'm a catfish.' Yes, Can I see your panties?" Brook asked.

(y/n) turned a little pink but then splashed some water on Brook.

"I feel... weak.." Brook whispered.
"HEY!! I know you were mad but he's the only one that can understand you." Nami shouted as she did her best to wipe all the water.
"But I can talk out of the water for at least a minute you know." (y/n) said as she jumped off the water.

She stood up and smiled with her hands on her hip. Her (h/c) hair was now long (h/c) with a golden tip. Her left eye was blue and the other was (e/c).

"(y/n)-chan. Are you OK?" Sanji asked.
"I'm fine. I'm still half human after all. I just can't keep my bala-" before (y/n) could finish she tripped on a railing and went falling into the sea.
"Cien Fleur; Spider net!" Robin yelled.
A hundred hand sprouted out of the boat railing and catching (y/n) before she falls. But then she slips right through it and fell into the ocean.

"(Y/N)!" most of them yelled.
Zoro and Sanji jumped into the water without hesitation. They both fell into the water and saw (y/n) slowly falling. She had fainted with the impact of Robin's hands. Sanji and Zoro swam closer and closer but the fish around them made it harder to reach her. Eventually, they both had to take a breath. (y/n) being the Devil Fruit User of Neko Neko no Mi she's a hammer to sea water. Zoro and Sanji went to get (y/n) again but then stopped when they saw a golden figure coming up to them.

In between Sanji and Zoro there popped out a girl with one blue iris, one (e/c) iris, (h/c) hair at the top with the rest golden hair that waved and moved in the water. With more paler skin than (s/c) and (f/c) cat ears.
"Who are you?" Zoro asked.
"Don't be silly. It's me (y/n)." it smiled.
Sanji then hugged her from the back.
"Please don't scare me like that," Sanji whispered in her ear.

Zoro then snickered and swam away towards the ship so he can give then privacy.
"Did I worry you that much?" (y/n) asked as her face went a little pink.
"Yes, I love you after all." Sanji replied.

There was a long pause until they both blushed redder than Shank's or Kid's hair.
"Do you really?" (y/n) asked.
"S-sure. Why would I lie?" Sanji stammered.
"I love you too."
They both slowly headed back towards the ship after (y/n) had fun in the water. The effect of the 'Kingingyo' was more than obvious now. After Sanji went up the ladder because (y/n) didn't want Sanji to see what's under the skirt it was (y/n)'s turn.

"HEY!! (y/n) get up!!" Nami shouted.

But (y/n) just looked at the ladder and said nothing.
'I have no strength in my arms' (y/n) thought.
"Maybe, (y/n) has no longer the strength to climb anymore," Robin suggested.

Zoro and Sanji froze.
"The effect of the 'Kingingyo' might be taking over her body and mind." Robin continued.

Zoro and Sanji looked at each other.
"Hey, would you lend me ya hand for about 10 seconds?" Sanji asked.
"Sure, a fair deal to me," Zoro answered as he jumped off the railing to dive into the water.
