She was a blushing mess from the cold and her gift.

Izuku: Hey Tsu, you look cold. We should get back inside.

Tsuyu: Before that I... Wanted to give you this. I know it's early but I have a better gift for later.

She pulled the little wrapped box a gave it to him. Izuku opens the gift and see... A mistletoe. He looks at Tsu before she smiles.

Tsuyu: Merry Christmas.

She brings the mistletoe up above both of them before kissing him.
