Imani was adopted by her now parents after her mother was diagnosed with infertility. Her parents are on the wealthy scale and Imi got basically everything she wanted as a child but she still felt disconnected from her parents as they didn't spend much time with her. She values how they see her and she wants to impress them constantly, she try's to spend as much time with them as possible since they don't make much time for her. As a result of this she matured faster and if forced to would be able to take care of herself.

In her sophomore year she started dating someone who put her mental health at an all time low but when she finally figured it out after a year, she dumped him. Of course that came with so much drama and Imi hasn't quite recovered from that stressful period in her life.

She's looking to peruse a career in photography but doesn't tell many people that. After all that's something the art geeks do. Nonetheless she has an impressive portfolio and has a secret Instagram where she posts the pictures but doesn't reveal herself in.
