The winter came without telling anyone and Jimin wasn't ready for it. It was freezing outside, but also inside since the rain was falling hard from the gloomy sky. He could hear the tapping noise on the window. Jimin curled up in a big and wooly blanket; it was too cold, and he didn't want to leave his warm blanket. The gray cloud was covering all the beautiful blue sky, and Jimin hated it. He hated everything, except for one person and singing. Someone was special to him, who was his best friend and he was waiting for that person to come back home.

Suddenly, Jimin heard a noise coming from the front door. His sad eyes were so fast changed to happy eyes in an eye blink. He got out the blanket and ran as fast as he could to the door and open it. After one second identify the person in front of him is the person that he was waiting for, Jimin hugged his best friend tightly like a child hug his favorite toy away from the other kids who would steal it from him. Jimin looked so vulnerable and fragile.

- Jimin, I'm wet. - a manly shaking voice broke the silence between them. Jimin's special person was a happy boy who was same age with him. The handsome guy gave Jimin a sweet smile before he carries the little guy into their small flat. His name was Taehyung.

They rented the flat for $200 per week since it was timeworn and small, but that were all they needed. Taehyung and Jimin weren't rich, and they were only university students after all and their families were poor. They were from a small town to Seoul, the beautiful and elegant capital of South Korea. They came to make their dreams come true, and those two young men wanted to be singers. Singing on the stage was their life, they lived in it.

Taehyung changed his wet clothes while Jimin dumbfounded stared at him. Jimin looked at Taehyung with his full of love eyes. Why? Because he had a huge crush on Taehyung, but this secret was never revealed to anyone. Jimin never knew he fell in love with his best friend until he saw Taehyung had fun with some girls at school. He was jealous, and he didn't want to share Taehyung with anyone. He knew Taehyung was straight, and Jimin didn't want to break their friendship, so he stayed in silence. Watching Taehyung laughs every day was enough for him or so he thought.

Taehyung looked at his best friend and suddenly laughed, which made Jimin felt confused. He looked at Taehyung with his curious eyes, waiting for the answer.

- You look dumb Jimin. - Taehyung continued laughing.

- I'm not dumb Taehyung - Jimin said with his cute little pout.

Jimin and Taehyung were inseparable. Their friendship was unbreakable. Nothing could break it, and Jimin never wanted it to break. He wanted to stay with Taehyung forever but what if Taehyung doesn't need him anymore? Jimin didn't know and he didn't want to know either. Taehyung may have a lot of people surround him but Jimin, he only had Taehyung.

Outside, the rain had stopped, gave back the gorgeous blue sky. The sun peeked out from behind the gray cloud and let out the sunbeam jumping around. Everything looked so peaceful. The dead leaf fell from the dry brown branch in the breeze and touched the damp ground.

Jimin were living in worry all the time and then a day, he determined to telling the truth. He didn't want to live like this anymore, scared of everything even though he did nothing wrong. He was going to tell his parents first and Taehyung that he was homosexual. Jimin was terrified but he rather to accept who he was other than living as a person who wasn't him.

On a rainy Sunday, it was Jimin's day off so he decided to come back to his hometown and tell his family his feeling. The sky was crying all the time, and somehow, it made Jimin felt unsafe. His family may not support him, but they wouldn't do anything bad to him, right? He was their only son. He kept some positive thoughts in his mind, but it didn't help much.

A storm was coming. The wind was running so fast that it could take you away with it. It kept raining harder minute by minute. A small little boy was falling in the rain, but people were just passing by. No one, not a single person stop and ask him was he ok. They were too busy with their own business.

Arrived at his parent's house in the afternoon with his wet clothes. Jimin was freezing, but his parents didn't seem to care, a little disappointed. He was sitting on the sofa and about to tell his parents the truth, but he didn't know how to start. It was difficult for him.

- What's the problem son? - the father spoke while focusing on his newspaper. The cold voice and his frowned made his son more frighten.

Jimin used all his little courage to tell his parents that he was gay. He was shaking so hard due to the silence from them. The moment when he thought that they accepted him was the moment his dad stood up and punched as hard as he could into his son's face. It was so hard that made Jimin fell to the cold ground.

- We know an experienced doctor that can cure your disease... so don't worry... - His mother started to sob and what his mother said made Jimin completely sank. He wasn't sick, being himself wasn't a disease.

Jimin didn't know how did he get out of that house, the only thing that he remembered was the angriness, terrified and disgusted in his parents' eyes. They said Jimin was shameless and not worth to be their child. Jimin didn't say anything, and he just left with his broken heart. The words came out from his father's mouth still echo in his mind. They stabbed into his heart so hard. "Family is where life begins and love never end." a quote jumped into Jimin's mind and it made he smirked in tear.

The rain had stop when Jimin arrived in Seoul, but the humid air still surrounded him. A walk at night might be a good idea. A little smile appeared on his pink lips, and it became wider when he saw his best friend in front of him. Jimin wanted to run to Taehyung and tell him everything that he had to suffer, but his brain told him to turn his back away. A lot of thoughts ran through his mind, and Jimin couldn't imagine how miserable his life was going to be if Taehyung left, maybe he shouldn't say anything, losing his family was enough for his life.

A pearl shined by the moonlight ran down the chubby cheek, one by one and then a lot of them. Suddenly, Jimin's small right hand being grabbed by a big and manly hand. He turned back, and his eyes opened wide, Taehyung was there, appear like a light to his dark life. Taehyung was like this all time, stand right beside Jimin when he was having his bad time.

The tear came out even more and that made Taehyung felt anxious. Jimin cried out loud. Taehyung hugged his best friend tightly like he will never let him go. Jimin was so precious to him.

Taehyung knew something was going on but if Jimin didn't want to tell him then he wouldn't ask. Patting lightly on Jimin's back to help him to calm down, Taehyung felt a bit nervous when Jimin just kept crying.

- Jimin? .... - a worried voice resounded.

- You will never... leave me .... right? - Jimin cracked voice cut Taehyung off.

The tighter hug replaced the answer and it made Jimin felt safe. He lost his family but luckily, he still had Taehyung. The moon gave them the most peaceful light ever and the night breeze was embracing them away from the curious eyes on the street. Jimin and Taehyung were in their own world, there were nothing but them together.

After released Jimin from the tight hug, Taehyung held Jimin's little hand and tell him that they would go home. Took the small hand away from the big hand, Jimin left a gap between him and his best friend which made Taehyung confused. Taehyung turned his head back to where Jimin was standing, red eyes swollen from crying but they were still sparkled like they held the whole universe for themselves. They were staring at each other for a long time, a comfortable silence was happening between them. They didn't care about what the world was doing at that time, they just were known, they had each other.

- Taehyung... I guess I'm in love.

- With who?

- With my bestfriend.
