It was another late night, the clock was ticking at 2 AM by the time Kill got home. He must admit, he has been extremely busy these past few days he rarely even got a chance to see his wife, Liam.

Stepping into the mansion, who would have thought a cold blood assassin would have a feeling of missing his home, Kill would never, though he does like the thought of being able to come back and finally meet his love.
Yet again, it is very late right now, Liam must be in deep sleep. The red-headed man goes to the bathroom to take a quick shower, mostly to wash off all the blood on his body, the suit can wait till tomorrow though. After that Kill went to check on his wife, but Liam was nowhere to be found in their bedroom nor inside the house. If he isn't inside, there can only be one place Lucas would go to, and Kill was right, he was outside the loggia, sitting on an armchair and silently observing the stars on the dark night sky. Kill approaching his wife and gently puts a hand on his shoulder

"Liam? It's really late, why are you still awake?"

Liam turns to look at his husband and smiled
"Welcome home, honey. I know, just a little more... I already slept all day anyway."

Kill sits down, letting his wife sit onto his thigh, Liam leans into Kill's body, rubbing his puffy pink hair into his neck. Kill smirked at the adorable action, he embraces Liam and fondles his back gently with another hand, he knows it always soothes his wife
"So what're you doing out here at this time?"

"Nothing..." Liam mumbles in reply

Kill sighed a little, turning his gaze to Liam
"Are you feeling lonely these days?"

"No... well, you always come back home so late, and you rarely eat home too."

A chuckle almost got slipped out, but Kill managed to stop himself and keeps a worrying look on his face
"So you do feel lonely ?"

Liam pouted "No."

Kill sighed again, he has been with Liam long enough to understand his wife more than anyone else, he turns to look deeply into Liam's eyes
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. I will make it all up for you, even more. I promise."

The pink-haired man keeps silence for a short while, then leaned even closer to his husband,
"Can we just stay like this? I want to feel your warmth and that's all I need for now..." he slowly closes his eyes

"Of course, sleep tight..." Kill responded with a kiss on Liam's forehead.

The starry sky above them suddenly got even more beautiful and the night breeze is so calming tonight.
