The cover is simple and aesthetic, the fonts go really well with it, and it's really cute! The only thing that seems a little oddly placed is the 'Naomi100112 presents...' part, it's a tiny bit long. Maybe try using just your name instead without the numbers!

I like it, every time I see it I feel like I'm about to cry though.

The aesthetics are so well made, it fits perfectly with the cover and pleasing to the eye.

And she won't be able to what?! That was one of my first thoughts as your first paragraph, it's a great hook that reels your reader into the story. *claps*
I was a tiny bit confused because I thought they were both originally outside, and when I got to the part where she came into his room I did take a second to think. Were the plants inside the house? Or was he looking through a window? Maybe you could try to show where either of them is?It's only the first chapter, and it already made me emotional, I was dearly hoping that Starr would have longer to live with Atlas.

Structure: 19/20
I love the way you write! It's easy to read and follow, and I didn't have any difficulty getting through the chapters! I also really like your divider. If I had one request it would be to explore how you could add more descriptions to make the scenes more vivid!

Development: 13/15
I love how you make the male protagonist relatable and emotional, many books don't do that with males which are sometimes frustrating, but you show that they can be sensitive human beings as well, and not emotionless stones. I would love to see you build upon Starr more though, at the moment you only have two characters, so you have a lot more space to be showing her side of things and how she is feeling. I'm also in love with the names.

Does it make me want to read more? 10/10

On the whole, this is a beautiful work of art that pulls at the heartstrings of the readers. It's wonderfully original with two amazing characters that must inevitably let go of each other, making it even more emotional for the audience, I can't wait for your next update and look forwards to seeing the final product!
