Akira walked into the school, and immediately all the girls looked at her strangely. Akira looked down, and because of that, she bumped into someone.

"G-gome. I wasn't looking where I was going."

Akira looked up and saw a purple-haired girl looking at her with a small smile on her face.

"My. I suppose that I was in the way. My apologies."

She held out her hand. "I'm Yukari. Nice to meet you."

Akira looked at her hand, then shook it. "My name is Akira." She smiled a little.

Yukari giggled a bit. "We just met, and we're already causing a scene."

"Nani?" Akira looked around and, sure enough, all the girls were gathered in a circle.

"Wh-why are they staring at us?" Akira asked nervously.

Yukari's eyes went cold, and she walked away.

"Wait, where are you going?" Yukari didn't acknowledge Akira's voice. She just kept walking.

Akira looked confused. "Why did she leave?"
