Before we decided on a quest, Lucy brought me to get my Fairy Tail mark. I got it on my collorbone, in (f/c).

"Why (f/c)?" Lucy asked as we went to her house.

"Well, it's my fav color. I also thought Gray would like it..." I slapped my hand over my mouth when I realized what I just said out loud.

"I KNEW IT! You have a crush on Gray!" Lucy jumped around for the second time today. Then she dragged me the rest to the way to her house. Once there she jumped on bed and looked at me with huge eyes.

"Soooo..." I trailed.

"So! You like Gray! Tell me the details!" Lucy practically screamed.

"What's there to tell? Bottom line, I don't have a crush on Gray!" I mumbled and flopped into a chair. I couldn't tell if Gray liked me or not! It seems like it but I've only had one person like me in my entire life, so I'm not very experienced when it comes to guys.

"My butt you don't like him! You get nervous around him, blush, stutter, and always try to impress him!" she squealed. I sighed. This was a battle I just couldn't win.

"Fine! I like Gray! I just don't know if he likes me back. The way I like him, you know? I really don't think he does." I slumped against the back of the spin chair and began to spin in circles

"Trust me, he likes you, (y/n)! Don't even doubt it!" Lucy flipped on her back. I kept spinning in circles.

"Seriously? Ughhh!" I stopped spinning and buried my face in my arms. "I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE!" I walked over to the bed and flopped down next to Lucy. "Lucy, will you help me try to get Gray to like me?" I mumbled, my face in the covers next to her. She pet my hair.

"Alright, my young grasshopper." she giggled. There was a knock on the door. Gray walked in as my head shot up.

"Oh! Uh, hey, Gray!" I sat up hurriedly while Lucy got up more leisurely. She nudged my side and I blushed.

"Hi, (y/n)! Hey, Lucy. Why were you guys talking about grasshoppers?" he asked and sat down beside me.

"No reasssooonnnn!" Lucy glanced at me with a smug look. I begged her inside my mind not to give it away that I liked him!

"Ok. Anyway, Natsu wanted to take a walk in the park and I was wondering if you two wanted to join me..."Gray rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. Lucy looked like she was going to burst.

"I'll meet you guys at the park! Don't wanna keep Natsu waiting. (y/n) can go with you, Gray!" she chirped.

"U-uh, ok!" he said happily. Lucy pushed me off the bed and mouthed 'You'll be fine!' I gave her a 'SERIOUSLY!?' look, and followed Gray out the door.
