A boat comes once a year containing one child. The boat comes to the island 9 kids live on. Once the boat comes the child on the boat gets off and the Eldest child gets on. Then the boat goes away to who knows where and then the second eldest child is now the eldest so he takes care of the child and the child is the eldest care. Next year another child!d with come and the eldest will leave.

This is based off of the book called Orphan Island and I am only using the plot pretty much. Anyway if you have any questions then just ask.
