The next morning Abhimanyu and Priyanka get to work with the adults on decorating the house.

Ishika was strictly instructed not to do anything, but she had already given his little sister instructions on how she wanted the place to the decorated.

After the decoration work is complete, they all go to their respective rooms to get ready, whereas Priyanka decides to join her sister so that she could help her.

Abhimanyu gets ready alone and decides to set up the sound system he had arranged, before joining Rajesh and Samar to help them in welcoming the guests.

Vedant soon came with his family and everyone took their seats, while the groom to be waited for his bride on the small stage that was set up.

Anu did aarti of her son in law, before going to call her daughter downstairs.

Abhimanyu was talking to Vedant, when he felt his wife's presence and looked up.

Priyanka was walking down the stairs behind her sister, who was walking with her mother.

Abhimanyu smiles when their eyes meet and Priyanka waves to him.

Vedant notices the smile and teasingly says, "Jijaji lagta hai aap bhool gaye ho ki aapki shaadi ho chuki hai"

Abhimanyu retorts, "Look behind yourself first then we'll talk"

Vedant turns around to see his beautiful bride to be and is stunned by her beauty.

Abhimanyu whispers in the stunned groom to be's ear, "Saans lena mat bhool jaana"

Vedant can't help but blush at the teasing comment, which earns him a chuckle from Abhimanyu.

Anu brings her daughter to the stage where Vedant offers her his hand and Ishika gladly accepts, blushing wildly.

Meanwhile Abhimanyu goes to help his wife, before handing her a microphone from the sound system he had set up.

Priyanka says, "Aaj meri Ishika Di aur Vedant Jiju ki Sagaai hai toh thoda naach gaana hona chahiye. So first a dance performance by me and my husband because meri badi behen ki shaadi hai"

Abhimanyu starts playing the song 'Nachde Ne Saare' and dances around with his wife.

Priyanka's excitement of dancing with her husband in front of her family was clearly visible on her face.

They even got some of the elders to dance with them, starting with the parents of both the bride and the groom.

Everyone applauds for the wonderful group performance by both the families.

As the song ends, Ishika takes the microphone and says, "Thank you for that lovely performance everyone. Now Priyanka and I have a special performance for my father."

Priyanka joins her sister and the two girls start singing the song 'Dilbaro' for Rajesh, who was getting teary eyed upon seeing his two little girls look so grown up.

As the song ends, Rajesh goes up on the stage and hugs both his daughters.

Abhimanyu picks up the other microphone and says, "Abhi hum Sagaai ki Rasam kar lete hai"

Vedant's mother does aarti of her daughter in law and showers her with some gifts, followed by Anu doing the same for her son in law.

Priyanka then comes ahead with the rings for the engagement.

Vedant first slides the ring on his wife's ring finger followed by Ishika slipping the ring on her husband to be's ring finger.

Everyone claps as the engagement is now officially complete.

Priyanka picks up a microphone and asks, "Now, can we have a dance performance by the couple of the hour?"

Vedant and Ishika come forward and dance to the song 'O Saathi' together.

Everyone applauded for their mesmerising performance.

The two families then have dinner together before the groom's family goes back to their house.

The next morning all the men go for the Tilak, which was going to be held at the groom's house.

Meanwhile, the ladies from some neighbouring houses started arriving at the bride's house for the Mehendi ceremony.

Some ladies sat down with Dholaks to sing, while Priyanka set up the music system to play some songs, as per her sister's request.

Soon Ishika was brought downstairs and made to sit, as the ladies were playing some traditional songs on the Dholaks.

Anu called the daughter of one of her friends to sit first for applying Mehendi because before the Bride, a Kanya needed to apply Mehendi as Shagun.

Priyanka started playing the song 'Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali' as the Mehendi artists started their work.

One by one all the ladies get Mehendi applied to at least one of their hands.

Some ladies sat down to gossip in one corner as Priyanka serves them with some refreshments.

After some time Ishika forces her little sister to sit down and get some Mehendi applied to her hands as well.

As they all sit together, one of the ladies asks, "Priyanka Beta, tumhari shaadi ko ek saal hone wala hai, toh bachho ke baare me kuch socha hai kya?"

Another lady adds, "If you ask me, you should not waste too much time in family planning."

Priyanka replies, "Aisa nahi hai Aunty Ji. My husband wanted us to get to know each other better before planning a family."

A lady says, "Meri beti ki toh shaadi tumhare baad hui thi, lekin uska pehle bachha hone wala hai kuch mahino me. Mere hisaab se toh ek saal me bachha toh ho hi jaana chahiye."

Ishika replies, "Aunty Ji, aap na tension na lo itna because meri behen already pregnant hai"

Another lady says, "I heard that you are still going to college now. Abhi tum Maa banne wali ho toh tumhara poora dhyaan apne bachhe par hona chahiye. College jaana band kar do varna bachhe ki health affect ho jaayegi. Waise bhi ab padhaai karke kya hi kar logi tum. Jab Pati achha khaasa kamaata hai toh tumhe toh job karne ki bhi zaroorat nahi hai."

Anu hears the comment and replies, "Bhabhi Ji, Priyanka ka Pati khud chaahta hai ki uski Patni apni padhaai poori karle."

Ishika adds, "Aur Aunty Ji, mere Jijaji na meri behen ka bahut hi achhe se khayal rakhte hai, toh bachhe ko kuch bhi nahi hoga."

Priyanka gets teary eyed, as she sees her Chachi defending her in front of their society for the first time.

Anu caresses her niece's head lovingly before going back to work.

Ishika smiles on seeing her mother's attitude changing towards her little sister.

Just then Abhimanyu enters and makes his way to his wife and asks, "All okay?"

Priyanka smiles and replies, "More than okay"

Abhimanyu smiles back and sits with his wife, earning both of them a round of teasing and Priyanka can't stop blushing.

Anu watches them both from afar and blesses them for a long and happy married life.

Abhimanyu had heard the comments of the ladies and was about enter to defend his wife, when he heard Priyanka's Chachi defend her along with her elder sister.

Priyanka had always wished for her Chachi to love and protect her, like a mother loved and protected her children, but unfortunately that had never happened till now.

Anu never considered Priyanka as her daughter and so she had let their society treat her poorly for being an orphan, up until now.

Abhimanyu had been concerned about his wife again thinking about leaving her studies because of her pregnancy, due to the wonderful teachings of her community.

This was the reason why he had left almost immediately after the Tilak ceremony was over, resulting in a short teasing session, courtesy of his Samar Kaka.

Hearing Anu defend her niece, made Abhimanyu believe that maybe now Priyanka's relationship with her Chachi will change for the better.

Ishika had already informed him of the last conversation the three ladies had together, which had led Abhimanyu to wonder if Anu would change her attitude towards her niece.

Never in a thousand years did he imagine the lady actually defending her niece in public.

After Priyanka got Mehendi applied to her hands, Abhimanyu fed her in front of all the neighbouring women, making her blush profusely.

Later Ishika officially introduced her Jijaji to all her friends, before they all left for their homes.

As the last of the guests were leaving, Rajesh and Samar returned from the groom's house.

Rajesh and Samar informed the ladies about some discussions they had with their Samdhans, regarding the Baraat's time of departure.

The ladies updated the men about the events of the Mehendi ceremony and Rajesh was pleasantly surprised to hear about his wife defending his beloved niece.

They all discussed about some last minute preparations, which were left to be done.

Just before dinner time, both the girls washed their hands to remove the Mehendi and see how dark their Mehendi turned out to be.

Priyanka saw that her sister's Mehendi was really dark, so she teased her saying that her Vedant Jijaji will love her the most after their marriage.

Just then Ishika noticed that Priyanka's Mehendi was even more dark and started teasing her little sister saying that her Abhimanyu Jiju loved her more than anyone.

The next morning the everyone slept in a bit longer because they were supposed to stay up all night for Ishika's wedding.

They all had brunch together, which surprisingly was cooked by Abhimanyu.

Apparently Abhimanyu had finally worn Anu down, so she had let him cook in her kitchen.

Everyone praised Abhimanyu's cooking skills, including Anu.

Lunch was prepared by Anu and the dishes were all of Ishika's favourites.

Ishika got a little bit emotional on seeing this because it was her last day as just a daughter.

After lunch the girls left for the parlour to get ready, but not before Priyanka removed and set Abhimanyu's clothes on the bed.

It was finally time for the Baraat's departure from the groom's house, so Abhimanyu went to pick up his wife and sister in law.

Abhimanyu was left spellbound, after he saw his wife all decked up and Priyanka's couldn't help but blush upon seeing his expression.

Ishika announced her arrival and broke the trance the lovebirds were in.

Abhimanyu complimented the bride, before helped them both get in the car and took them home to the room where the girls were supposed to wait until they were called downstairs.

The Baraat soon arrived and Abhimanyu stood with his in laws to welcome the Baraatis.

Vedant was welcomed by Anu and Rajesh, before Abhimanyu led him to the small stage that was set up for the couple of the hour.

The ladies went to bring the bride downstairs and that was when Vedant saw his wife looking gorgeous in her Bridal Lehenga.

As per Ishika's instructions the song 'Din Shagna Da' was being played for her entry.

The bride and the groom exchange the Jaimala, while Abhimanyu goes to stand beside his wife.

Priyanka gives her husband a confused look, so Abhimanyu says, "I don't know if I've told you this before, but you looked absolutely divine during our Jaimala exchange."

Priyanka shyly replies, "You also looked very handsome that day. I was so nervous but seeing you, but the moment you offered me your hand, I just knew that my decision to marry you is the best one of my life."

Abhimanyu says, "Maa told me that your Lehenga would be very heavy, so I decided to offer you some help. I knew that getting married to you would be the best decision of my life because of everything I had heard about you from Samar Kaka."

Priyanka smiles and replies, "Hearing about you from Samar Kaka, I knew that you were a good man and if my Chacha felt that you would be a good husband for me, then I trusted his decision. I didn't think much about marriage till then because I had just completed my graduation."

Priyanka links her arm with her husband's arm and presses herself to his body, while Abhimanyu kisses his wife's forehead lovingly.

Samar sees his nephew and his daughter like niece having a moment and shoots a mischievous look to his friend.

Rajesh smiles, shakes his head and says, "You better not tease them about this later. Let them enjoy this time peacefully."

Samar pouts and complains, "You never let me have fun"

Rajesh chuckles and says, "I am really thankful that you brought Abhimanyu's Rishta for my Priyanka. I could not have found a better husband for her."

Samar replies, "Priyanka meri beti jaisi hai. I would never have suggested Abhimanyu's name, if he was anything but the best for my daughter."

Rajesh says, "Dada and Bhabhi must be smiling when they would look down and see their beloved daughter so happy."

Samar replies, "Priyanka deserves all the happiness in the world. Thanks to Abhimanyu now even Anu Bhabhi is slowly realising her mistakes. Abhimanyu told me that she defended Priyanka when the other ladies were trying to give her some 'Gyaan' about motherhood."

Rajesh says, "I was really glad to hear that because now Priyanka will need all the help she can get. Every woman needs her mother during this time and now with Rekha Ji and Anu's help she won't feel the absence of a mother's love. After Bhabhi's death, Priyanka always missed her, but now she has been blessed with Rekha Ji. I'm sure that these two will be the best parents to their kid"

Samar replies, "I honestly have no doubt about their parenting skills."

The two men then turn their attention back to the stage.

After the Jaimala exchange, there is an official photo session where Ishika and Vedant pose with their family.

Later on, the couple of the hour do some couple poses themselves before forcing Priyanka and Abhimanyu to also pose for some photos with them along with some couple photos for themselves.

Once this photo session is complete, Ishika goes to change her clothes for the Phere while Vedant goes to rest for some time.

Priyanka and Abhimanyu go in different directions to her the Bride and the Groom respectively.

The Bride and the Groom are called to the Mandap just some time before Shubh Muhurat for the Phere.

Ishika and Vedant do a small pooja, after which Rajesh and Anu do their daughter's Kanyadaan.

Ishika and Vedant go around the holy fire seven times to take the seven vows of marriage after which Vedant fills Ishika's maang with Sindoor.

During the Phere, Priyanka steals Vedant's shoes with her husband's help.

After the marriage was complete, Ishika and Vedant looked at each other with a smile because now they were tied together for seven lifetimes.

Priyanka was happy to see her sister get married to the one she loved with the approval of their society.

After learning about her sister's relationship, Priyanka had been worried about society not accepting their relation and forcing them both to marry someone else.

The people in their community don't really accept the idea of a love marriages, so anyone who decided to get married to the person they loved was looked down upon.

Anu and Vedant's mother were good friends which was why their children had practically grown up together and had developed a good bond over the years.

Unknowingly, Anu had played the role of Cupid for her daughter when she talked to Vedant's mother about getting their children married.

People knew about Ishika and Vedant being close friends, but no one really expected them to be lovers because of which they all thought that their marriage was completely arranged by their mothers.

Priyanka got some money from her newlywed Jijaji as Shagun after which she returned his shoes.

After the Joota Churai Rasam was completed, the newly married couple got up for the Bidaai Rasam.

Rajesh and Anu cried as they hugged their daughter who was now married and about to start a new chapter of her life without her parents.

Ishika cried as Rajesh tried to explain to that her parents would always be by her side whenever she needed him and that they were just a call away.

Priyanka got teary eyed as she remembered her own Bidaai almost a year ago.

Abhimanyu understood his wife's emotions and hugged her sideways to try and console her.

After her parents, Ishika went to hug her little sister and they both cried together.

After Priyanka, Abhimanyu also hugged his sister in law and told her to call him anytime she needed them.

Vedant took his wife to be's hand and helped her sit in the car waiting for them, after having a small chat with his new father in law.

The Baraatis all left with the newly married couple while Ishika's family bid them farewell.

The next evening Vedant's family held a reception for their newly married son and daughter in law.

Ishika had planned performances by her parents, Vedant's parents, her sister and brother in law along with her own with her husband for the event.

As the night was starting, Ishika, Vedant, Priyanka and Abhimanyu entered dancing to the song 'Morni Banke'

Samar was doing the compering for the event and he calls Priyanka to sing a song who tries to refuse until Ishika pushes her on stage.

Priyanka then sings the song 'Kaun Tujhe' for her beloved husband who simply smiles as he enjoys listening to his wife's beautiful voice.

Abhimanyu then joins his wife on stage and sings the song 'Jag Ghoomeya' as they dance together.

Samar then calls Vedant on stage and he sings the song 'Enna Sona' for his wife.

The night ended with another performance by the youngsters, who also pulled their parents, as they all danced to the song 'Sooraj Ki Baahon Mein'

Samar announces the end of the night and soon all the guests leave.

The adults discuss the plan of the next day when Ishika was supposed to go to her Mayaka for a few days as per tradition.

It was decided that Abhimanyu and Priyanka would come to pick Ishika up from her Sasuraal and after a few days Vedant will go to bring her back.

The next day Ishika completed the Rasooi Rasam in her Sasuraal and came back to her Mayaka with her sister and brother in law.

Anu welcomes her home by making all her favourite dishes.

Ishika jokingly says, "Arre Maa, if I had known that you will give me special treatment like this after marriage then I would have asked Papa to get me married years back."

Everyone laughs as Anu twists her daughter's ear and Ishika is constantly saying sorry.

Eventually Anu left her daughter's ear and they all sit down to have lunch.

After having lunch Priyanka is forced to take a small nap to rest, while the others sit and chat for some time.

Later in the evening when Priyanka is done with her nap, everyone sits together to enjoy some quality family time.

Ishika sneakily goes to her bedroom and removes her guitar and brings it in front of everyone.

Rajesh notices his daughter and asks, "Arre Ishika Beta, are you going to play something for us?"

Ishika shakes her head and replies, "No Papa, but my dear Jijaji is going to play something for us today."

Abhimanyu looks surprised and asks, "When did I agree to this?"

Samar replies, "I know that you didn't agree, but we are insisting. Come on Abhi, you sing really well plus you do know how to play the guitar."

Abhimanyu tries to protest but it was of no use because no one listened to him.

Eventually he gives up and says, "Achha theek hai ek gaana gaaunga sab ke liye, lekin Priyanka mere saath gaayegi."

Priyanka protests, "Arre par-"

Abhimanyu cuts her off and says, "I'm not listening to any excuses. Come on"

Abhimanyu pulls his wife up to sit next to him and starts tuning the guitar.

He pretends to play a random tune on the guitar, but his wife identifies it as one of her favourite songs.

Priyanka shoots her husband a look, while he simply smiles and starts with singing the male part of the song 'Samjhawan'

Priyanka soon joins him by singing the female parts of the song.

Their family watches in awe as the two of them sing in perfect harmony.

Ishika and Samar clap the loudest once the performance is over, which brings the couple out of their trance like state.

Rajesh blesses his niece and nephew in law before they all go back to enjoying the evening.

Priyanka and Ishika spend time together, like they did when they were younger by making different dishes for their meals.

Abhimanyu also joined the two ladies at times while Ishika told him some embarrassing stories about her little sister's childhood.

Priyanka tried her best to stop her older sister from revealing too much but failed miserably.

A few days later, Vedant arrived to take his wife back home, which resulted in the two sisters sharing a tearful goodbye.

Abhimanyu consoled his wife while Vedant left with his newly wed wife.

After Ishika's final departure, Priyanka and Abhimanyu also left because they both also had to get back to their routine.

Priyanka shared an emotional farewell with both her uncles and surprisingly her aunt also took her in her motherly embrace.

Abhimanyu watches the change in the aunt and niece relationship and was delighted to see his wife's unsaid wish finally coming true.

Priyanka and Abhimanyu got back to routine soon after reaching back home.

A few months passed since Ishika's wedding and Priyanka was learning how to manage her studies, while also taking some time to look after herself.

Abhimanyu never left a change to pamper his wife while also making sure that she was well taken care of since she was pregnant.

Soon Priyanka's exams arrived and she got busy in her study preparations while her husband was busy trying to make sure that she took enough rest.

Abhimanyu understood very quickly that his wife completely neglected her health during her exams, so he was extra cautious about maintaining her health.

Their monthly visits to the doctor were taken care of by Abhimanyu because he felt that his wife already had a lot on her plate.

Priyanka had informed her teachers and friends about her pregnancy, but she tried to hide her baby bump with baggy clothes.

Having dealt with bullies most of her life, Priyanka did not want people insulting her more by using her baby.

Once Priyanka's exams were over, her husband had forced her to rest as much as possible and not worry about her results.

For some weird and unexplained reason, Priyanka was worried about not doing well in her exams and disappointing her husband.

Abhimanyu tried to convince his wife that he would always be proud of her no matter what but Priyanka was way too stubborn for her own good.

So in order to distract his wife, Abhimanyu left her at their orphanage so that she could relax her mind by spending time with all the children present there.

Priyanka managed the accounting work along with playing with the children.

Months passed and the couple got closer to yet another milestone of their life.
