A few days passed.

Laksh is feeling much better now. Ragini is very well taking care of him. She is bearing all his anger and frustration of staying in the house all the day, doing nothing.

Raglak's room:

Laksh is seen sitting on the bed reading something while Ragini was sitting on the couch working on her designs. She get's up and goes towards him.

Laksh was drowned in the book when he saw a hand infront of him. He looks up.

Ragini was standing there with his medicine in one hand and a glass of water in the other.

He sighs and takes it from her and gulps it down without uttering a word.

Ragini: how are you feeling now?

Laksh: better!!

Ragini: only better not good?

Laksh: hmm... still there's some pain in the head.

Ragini: less or more?

Laksh: less

Ragini nods.

Laksh: I'll join the office from monday.

Ragini: but...

Laksh: no but, a week will be completed by that day.

He says sternly.

Ragini nods in defeat.

Hall:

Laksh: from when your exams are going to start?

Ryan: after a week bhayu.

Laksh nods.

Laksh: so, how your preparations are going on Mr Arjun Maheshwari?

Arjun smiles sheepishly.

Arjun: good

Laksh raises his eyebrow.

Laksh: Sanky, how's everything going in the office?

Sanskar: all is fine bhai. You don't need to take tension.

Laksh looks at Ragini who was lost somewhere.

Laksh: missing your sisters?

Ragini nods without realising. She looks up at him after realising it.

Ragini: no, there's nothing like that.

Laksh: there's no need to hide it.

Ragini sighs.

"Someone is missing us badly" all heard a voice from the main door.

Everyone looks towards the door.

Swara, Misha and Naina were standing there with smiling faces.

All were surprised by their sudden visit but not Laksh.

Ragini's face lits up seeing them.

Misha: ya, that's why we were getting non stop hiccups.

She says chuckling.

"Surprise" trio says at the same time and runs towards Ragini.
They hugs her tightly.

Trio: we missed you so much di.

Ragini: me too. How you come here? You didn't tell me.

Naina: jiju called us here.

Ragini looks at Laksh who was looking at her casually.

Sanskar: so, let's have dinner together.

Everyone nods and leaves for the dining area.

Ragini was very happy with her sisters' presence.

Ryan: bhabhi, your sisters are here so you forgot your BILs.

He says pouting.

Ragini shakes her head.

Misha: hey bandar, why are you so jealous? She's our sister first then your bhabhi. Understand.

Ryan makes faces.

Laksh: I'm done

He leaves for his room after saying this.

Ragini: I'll be back in a few minutes. You guys continue.

She too leaves.

Arjun: are they both planning to romance?

He asks chuckling.

Swara: maybe, both went to their room one after the other.

Naina: that means we can get promotion any time.

She says in excitement.

Sanskar: really?

Arjun: ya, work in progress.

Everyone laughs.

Ryan: aren't we thinking too much?

Misha: no, not at all.

Raglak's room:

Ragini enters only to find her husband standing at the balcony, feeling the nature. She goes towards him and pats on his shoulder.

Laksh turns towards her.

Laksh: what?

Ragini: thank you

Laksh looks at her with questioning eyes.

Ragini: for inviting my sisters here.

Laksh sighs.

Laksh: who am I to you?

Ragini was confused with his question.

Laksh: tell me. Who am I to you?

Ragini: uhm, my hus... husband.

Laksh nods.

Laksh: we are husband and wife. Like you are taking care of my brothers and ME I should also take care of your sisters and YOU. And I promised this to you before our marriage only. I said it before also and I'm saying it again, it doesn't matter whether we're living like proper husband and wife or not but our lives are connected now. Your family is my family and mine is yours. So, don't say thank you again for what I'm doing for my family's happiness and my sisters.

A layer of tears formed in Ragini's eyes listening to him. She gently wipes her tears before he can notice.

Ragini: had tablets?

Laksh shakes his head making faces.

Ragini (smiles): sometimes you behave like a child.

Laksh glares her. She chuckles and moves towards the drawer to bring his tablets.

Laksh sits on the couch.

He was lost in his thoughts.

Ragini comes there and gives him the tablets and he takes them unwillingly.

She was about to leave but Laksh holds her hand.

She turns towards him.

Ragini: you need something?

Laksh: sit

She hesitantly sits besides him.

Laksh: I want to say something.

Ragini nods confused.

Laksh: I don't know why I'm sharing this with you but... I... I'm not feeling good.

He says with a confused look on his face.

Ragini looks at him worried.

Ragini (panicking): why? What happened? Are you feeling headache again? Tell me I'll call the doctor.

Laksh shakes his head.

Laksh: no I'm fine. My head is not aching.

Ragini: then?

Laksh: I'm feeling something different.

Ragini: I'm not understanding what you're trying to say.

She asks confused.

Laksh takes a deep breath and keeps his head at the back of the couch.

Laksh: I'm feeling like all the worries are going to come to an end. All the sufferings and tensions of the life are coming to a full stop.

Ragini looks at him shocked.

Ragini (stammering): wh.. what... do you mea... mean...

Laksh: even I'm not understanding it.

He get's up and leaves for the washroom.

Ragini was looking in his direction with a scared look on her face.

Ragini (tensed): why he's saying like this?

Laksh comes out after few minutes.

Laksh: let's go down.

Ragini nods and both of them leaves the room.

Hall:

Raglak sees their siblings chit chatting and laughing. They too smiles seeing them.

Arjun: bhai bhabhii come and sit with us.

Raglak nods and sits with them.

Ragini was sitting with her sisters and Laksh with his brothers.

Misha: di jiju we all are planning to go on a picnic after our exams.

She says chirping happily.

Laksh: great, you seven?

All: no, we eight!!

Laksh: I'll be busy.

Sanskar: no, you'll come with us and that's final.

Swara: it's quite late. I think we should leave now.

Laksh: no one will go anywhere.

Trio: but

Laksh: stay here tonight. You can leave tomorrow.

Ragini looks at him lovingly.

Trio (happily): ok

Ragini: come, I'll show you the guest rooms.

Naina: no di, we'll sleep together in the same room. After your marriage we all sleep in the same room only.

Ragini smiles and leaves with them for the guest room.

Laksh: what are you waiting for? Go and sleep.

The brothers nods and leaves for their respective rooms after wishing him good night.

Raglak's room:

Laksh was looking for something in the room when Ragini enters.

Ragini: what are you looking for?

Laksh: the book I was reading in the morning.

Ragini goes towards the cupboard and takes out the book.

Ragini: here it is.

Laksh: who keeps a book in the cupboard?

He asks shaking his head in disbelief.

Ragini bites on her tongue.

Laksh looks at her and comes closer to her. He holds her waist.

Ragini was shocked with it. She looks at his hand which was on her bare waist.

He was moving more and more closer to her.

The book falls from her hand in nervousness. She was blinking her eyes continuously.

Laksh holds his other hand up in the air and was moving it towards her when.............

A knock is heard on the door.

Both Raglak looks towards the door.

Trio sisters were standing there.

Misha: uhmm.. wrong timing.

Swara: you both continue we'll come later.

Ragini's cheeks turns red and the sisters starts leaving.

Laksh: wait, there's nothing like that. I was just...

He looks at Ragini and moves his hand in her hair.

Laksh: this!!

He shows in his hand.

It was a thread from her saree which was stuck in her hair.

Trio: oh...

They smiles sheepishly.

He takes his hand back from her waist.

Ragini: you three didn't sleep till now? Need anything?

Trio nods.

Ragini: what?

Trio: you

Misha: we want to sleep with you.

Ragini: but...

Swara: please di

Ragini looks at Laksh.

Naina: jiju is fine with it. H na jiju?

Laksh nods smiling at them.

Laksh: go and sleep in their room tonight.

Ragini: are you sure? I mean if you felt any pain or dizziness?

Laksh: I'm fine. You go.

But Ragini was not feeling like leaving him.

Ragini (halfheartedly): ok

She leaves with her sisters.

Laksh picks up the book from the floor and starts reading it, sitting on the bed. Soon he falls asleep.

Guest room:

Trio sisters were sleeping after talking for a long time but Ragini was awake.

Ragini (thinks): why he was behaving like that today? What's going to happen? I'm feeling scared after listening his words. I think I should check on him once.

She get's out of the bed and leaves for her room.

Raglak's room:

Ragini enters and finds Laksh sleeping in sitting position, holding the book in his hands.

She smiles looking at his cute sleeping face. She goes towards him, takes out the book from his hands and makes him lay down properly. She covers him with the comforter.

She was going to keep the book in the shelf when her eyes fell on it's title.

Ragini: PEACE

She looks at Laksh and then at the book.

Ragini: what is wrong with him? Why he's behaving so weird? He's even behaving very calm from a few days. What's going on in his mind?

She goes towards him and starts caressing his hair. A fear was there in her eyes.

Ragini: Don't know what is going to happen but something is wrong. I can't afford losing you. I'll never let anything happen to you. Every bad thing and every problem has to face me before reaching you.

She says with a determined face.

She gently kisses his forehead.

Ragini: good night my love.

She leaves the room with so many questions in her mind and worries in her heart.

Laksh was moving his hands on the bed in order to get hold of the one he was missing while sleeping.

Next day-

Guest room:

Trio sisters wakes up and finds Ragini sleeping. They smiles.

Naina: di wake up.

Ragini gets up without doing any drama.

The sisters were surprised with it. They asks her about her sudden change.

Ragini: your jiju wakes me up everyday and I can't go against him. So, I have got used to of getting up in one call.

Trio smiles at her.

Misha: jiju has changed you.

Ragini smiles at them.

Ragini: you guys freshen up. I'll come after checking on him.

The sisters nods.

Raglak's room:

Ragini was surprised finding him sleeping. She opens the curtains of the room. She goes towards him and shakes him a little.

Ragini: Laksh get up. It's morning.

Laksh opens his eyes. His eyes were dull and tired.

Ragini: what happened? You're seeming dull.

Laksh: nothing, couldn't sleep properly last night.

Ragini: why?

Laksh: don't know? Give me my clothes I have to take a bath.

Ragini nods and gives him his clothes. He leaves for the bathroom.

Ragini starts folding the comforter.

Dining table:

All were having the breakfast.

Swara: di, from when you're coming back to office?

Ragini: the day after tomorrow, monday.

Swara nods.

Misha: di, I missed your hand made food so much.

Swarna: we too...

Laksh: you can come here anytime you miss her or her food. There's no need to hesitate. It's your house as well.

Trio sisters (smiling): thank you jiju

Ragini too smiles at him.

Arjun: let's go then. We're going to college only. You girls come with us.

Naisha nods.

Laksh: Swara, Sanskar will drop you in your office.

Swara nods and everyone leaves bidding bye to Raglak.

Ragini: you need anything else?

Laksh shakes his head in no.

Swasan's car:

Swara: when you're going to tell jiju about us?

Sanskar: I'm just waiting for the right time. I'll talk to him by tomorrow.

Swara nods.

Swara: di is getting mature being with jiju. She was always responsible but not mature.

Both chuckles a little.

Sanskar: even bhai is changing living with her. He's behaving very much calm nowadays. He do get angry now also but not readily.

Both smiles.

MM:

Ragini was about to ask him all the questions that were running in her mind just then his phone rang. He excuses himself and leaves for his room to attend the call.

Ragini sighs.

She completes all her small household works and leaves for the room.

Raglak's room:

It was afternoon now.

Ragini enters in the room. Laksh was still on the call.

Laksh: oh, so you're saying that I have to take you out and give you a treat for not picking up your call that day.

Aryan: yaah, you got me right.

Laksh: seriously, you're behaving like a typical girlfriend.

He says chuckling.

Ragini too smiles seeing him but her mind was thinking something else.

Ragini (thinks): with whom he's talking this much happily? Boy or girl?

Aryan: you can consider me as your girlfriend. Waise bhi, you never had any girlfriend.

He says laughing.

Laksh: stop laughing. What you will do after becomig my girlfriend?

Ragini widens her eyes at this.

Aryan: I can give you everything you want except one thing.

He says laughing hard.

Laksh turns a little red at his words.

Ragini was more shocked with this.

Ragini (thinks): OMG he's blushing. Who's that person on the other side? And what she's saying? I'll not leave her.

She thinks angrily and makes a fist of her hand.

Laksh: shut up you bastard. Stop talking nonsense.

Aryan: oh so now I'm talking nonsense ha?

Laksh rolls his eyes.

Laksh: chal bye, will call you later.

Aryan: bye buddy, take care.

Laksh disconnects the call. Then only he notices Ragini who was looking at him with raised eyebrow.

Laksh: what?

Ragini: who was on the call?

Laksh frowns.

Laksh: what you think, who was on the opposite side?

Ragini: I'm asking you. You tell me, who's she?

Laksh laughs hard at this. Ragini looks at him confused.

Ragini: what's so funny to laugh?

Laksh: because the she you're talking about is Aryan.

Ragini looks at him with wide eyes. She bites on her lip in embarrassment.

Ragini: then why you were talking about girlfriend and going out and you were even blushing?

Laksh: he's an idiot. Always talks nonsense.

Ragini was confused with his answer.

Laksh: I'm hungry. Is lunch ready?

Ragini nods.

Night-

Raglak's room:

Both Raglak were sleeping hugging each other.

Ragini's face was serious and she was sweating badly. She was clutching Laksh's T-shirt in sleep. Her eyes were closed tightly.

Suddenly she get's up with a jerk.

Ragini (screams): noooooooo.......

Tears were flowing from her eyes continuously.

Laksh too get's up listening to her scream. He turns on the light and looks at her worried.

Laksh: hey, what happened? Had a bad dream?

Ragini looks at him with teary eyes and throws herself in his arms, sobbing continuously.

Laksh didn't oppose it, infact he hugged her back because he knew that she's scared.

Laksh: relax, everything is fine... You're safe... Nothing to worry... I'm here with you.

He was continuously rubbing her back in order to calm her. She was holding him as tight as possible. Her whole body was shaking with fear.

Laksh: sshh... calm down. It was just a nightmare.

He says ruffling her hair.

Ragini (sobbing): it was the worst nightmare I have ever seen.

Laksh: what you saw?

Ragini: I saw blood everywhere and...

Her voice starts shaking.

Laksh: and....
