Laksh: it's an official announcement. From now, Gadodia Industries will work under Maheshwari Industries but with their own name. Maheshwari Industries are taking over the Gadodia Industries.

All starts clapping while the sisters were looking at him surprised. Ragini's eyes wells up. Laksh moves towards Ragini and takes her towards a table and gives her the pen and the papers to sign.

Laksh: I'm sorry, I didn't get time to talk to you but there's no other way to save the company.

Ragini: I know whatever you'll do will be the best. Thank you love.

Laksh smiles.

Laksh: I thought you'll be happy with the surprise but you're crying.

He says wiping her tears. Ragini shakes her head. She takes the pen and signs on the papers. Laksh too signs on them. All claps happily.

Laksh: hmm... How was this one?

Ragini: awesome!!

Laksh: be ready for the next one.

Ragini looks at him with an open mouth. The party goes on and slowly the guests starts leaving. Only the brothers and the sisters were left.

All were sitting in the hall when Laksh gives some other papers to Ragini.

Ragini: what's this Laksh?

Laksh: college admission form. You're going to complete your MBA. I know you left it because of the responsibilities you got at that time and I also know that there's no need for you to complete it because you have your own fashion house but I feel you should do it. You can't let your one year to go waste. You should complete your degree. It's the matter of one year only.

Ragini was shocked with it.

Ragini: but how will I manage this? Office and house...

Laksh: don't worry, I talked to the principal. You just need to go to college only three days in a week, that too only for four hours. And I'm sure you can do it.

Ragini smiles as she looks at the form in her hands.

Ryan (excited): bhayu, bhabhi is going to join our college?

Laksh: the college is same but different branch. Seats were full in your college.

Ryan pouts sadly.

Laksh: say something! You didn't like it?

Ragini: I'll show you whether I liked it or not.

Laksh was looking at her with a confused face.

Ragini: guys, close your eyes.

All: what? Why?

Ragini: I said close your eyes. It's an order. You too Mr Maheshwari.

Laksh was about to say something but stops remembering his promise. Everyone closed their eyes with confused minds.

Ragini takes a step towards Laksh and kisses on his cheek. Laksh immediately opens his eyes in shock. His mouth was wide open. Ragini chuckles and closes his mouth.

Ragini: you all can open your eyes now.

They opens their eyes.

Swara: di, why you made us to close our eyes?

Arjun: what you did?

Ragini: uhm... nothing, it's late. Let's go to sleep now.

After a few seconds Laksh too comes out of the shock.

Laksh: you three sleep here tonight.

Naina: but jiju...

Ragini: no but, go and sleep in your room.

The brothers chuckles and all leaves for their respective rooms. Raglak were moving towards their room.

Ragini (excited): is there any gift left?

Laksh: hmm... last one.

Ragini: what's that?

Laksh: have patience bachcha.

Ragini pouts.

Laksh: waise, what was that you did a few minutes ago?

Ragini: uhm, it was my way to show you that I loved your gift.

She says smiling sheepishly. Laksh raises his eyebrow.

Laksh: means, if you'll like anyone else's gift then you'll kiss him to show your happiness Mrs Laksh?

Ragini was left shocked with his words. Laksh laughs and pinches her nose.

Laksh: I know you'll not.

Raglak's room:

Ragini: Laksh, I'm opening my eyes.

Laksh: Ragini, wait na yaar. You're so impatient.

Ragini: I'm counting till three.

Laksh rolls his eyes and takes out something from the cupboard.

Ragini: one... two...

She stops when she feels something cold around her neck and open her eyes. It was a beautiful necklace. Ragini traces her hand over it.

Laksh was standing right behind her, tying the necklace around her neck.

Laksh: I know my choice isn't good in case of selecting anything for a girl. You tell me how's it? And be honest. I'll not feel bad if you didn't like it. We'll exchange it and will bring something of your choice.

Ragini turns to him smiling.

Ragini: who told you that your choice isn't good? It's beautiful! And it's more special to me because you've given it to me. It's priceless for me.

She says as she hugs him happily. Laksh grins and hugs her back.

Ragini: I think I should think about you once. My husband never gave me such a beautiful gift.

She winks at him. Laksh raises his eyebrow up.

Laksh: hmm, it'll be my pleasure.

Both chuckles.

Ragini: my husband will get angry if he came to know that you reached our room.

Laksh: let him come. Laksh Maheshwari is not scared of anything or anyone.

Ragini: I was thinking, let's do something until my akdu husband comes back home. You and me are alone here.

She says smirking at him naughtily. Laksh frowns at her words.

Laksh: I thought you're very innocent but you're a naughty girl.

Ragini chuckles and Laksh picks her up in his arms. She widens her eyes at his action. Laksh moves towards the bed and places her on it. He was moving his face towards her and Ragini was feeling goosebumps. She closes her eyes tightly not understanding what to do and how to react to his sudden action.

Laksh: time's up Mrs Laksh.

Ragini opens her eyes and passes him a confused look. Laksh signs her towards the wall clock. It was showing sharp 12.

Laksh: your birthday is over means no more flirting and teasing.

He chuckles and Ragini huffs cursing her fate.

Ragini: ye ghadi kharab kyu nahi ho gayi?

Laksh laughs listening to her.

Laksh: don't blame that poor clock now and sleep.

Saying this he lays down on his side while Ragini was looking at him with a cute angry pout. Laksh shakes his head and hugs her.

It was 3o'clock in the morning. Laksh was sitting in the garden of their house, lost in deep thoughts.

Laksh's pov:

Life is such a mess. I'm feeling like I'm failing. Neither I'm a good husband nor a good brother.

So many things has changed after my marriage. From the time I have got married I didn't even talk to my brothers like before. I didn't know what's going in their lives. Aru loves someone and I didn't have any clue about it. If we were like before then I must have noticed it and got to know about it. Don't know what all is there which I don't know.

It was my wife's birthday today and I didn't have any idea about it. She's fulfilling every single responsibility of a perfect wife and I'm failing to do the same for her. I don't know anything about her likes and dislikes. I don't even know whether she likes coffee or tea. I don't know a single thing about her.

My brothers has started hiding things from me, thinking that they'll disturb me and my wife. But they don't understand that it'll hurt me seeing them going away from me. That was the biggest reason I never wanted to get married. I never wanted my priorities to change and my attention to get divided.

I can't blame anyone for this. It's solely my fault. I was the one who decided to get married. Ragini has nothing to get blamed. She's a blessing in my messed up life. She gives me reasons to smile and laugh. She has made me realize that there are many more things to do except work. She's bringing me out of that darkness and loneliness in which I kept myself locked during those ten years. She's the one with whom I can share everything now. She is truly my better half. I'm no more that 24×7 workaholic Laksh Maheshwari which I used to be before. I used to smile before also because of my stupid brothers but now I smile more than before. I live more than before. I feel so much happy seeing her care and love for me. I feel always to stay special for her. She's so cute and irritating sometimes but she's the one for me. She's my wife.

If I try to give my attention to my wife then I'll fail as a brother and if I'll do the opposite then I'll fail as a husband. And there is another thing which takes my time and attention i.e, my work, my business.

I don't know how should I walk taking both of my responsibilities side by side. I'm failing as a brother as well as a husband. I think that is the reason god don't want to become a father. Because he knows that I'm not worthy of being a father. And Ragini is suffering because of me. It's my bad luck which is affecting her life too. I'm not a responsible man. I know I don't deserve it but I wish I could feel the joy of parenthood. I wish I was not that unlucky.

But only I know how much I'm trying to give my best attention and time to everyone. Only I know how much I want to keep everyone happy and I'm trying. I'm really trying but failing, I know that.

He looks at the twinkling starts in the sky and closes his, thinking about his parents.

Laksh: I'm missing you ma papa. I wish you both were here to tell me what to do and how to keep everyone happy. I wish and I know it'll never happen.

Slowly he falls asleep there itself, in the cold night.
