( Drake's P.O.V )
"Aaron...how are you alive? Teleport away or not, you would have died! I stabbed your heart!" I snapped, clenching the handle of my staff tighter.
He laughed creepily. It sent chills down my spine. (0_0 )
"That's personal." He concluded.
I gritted my teeth.
All of a sudden, he teleported away. I heard him teleport back, and the sound came from behind me. I ducked and spun my staff around so it pointed to the blade, and swung at him. He blocked it, and aimed for my shoulder. I moved to the side and it was now his turn to swing his staff at me. We were in a bladelock, making eye contact, having what seemed like an intense staring contest. The sounds of more footsteps came.
"Get the egg at all costs!" A voice boomed, as more mercenaries filled the room. Everyone's weapons were brought out. There were about 20 mercenaries in room, but I could've been wrong. The area didn't seem too packed, since it was a gigantic room.

"Wait, you?" Me and Aaron broke out of the bladelock. We turned to what the commotion was, and surprisingly, we weren't attacking eachother.
At the moment.
"Wait...how'd you get here so fast?!" Luke exclaimed, pointing his blade at a mercenary.
The other mercenary did the same action.
"Oh hey, look! It's that mannerful and annoying assassin!" (I don't even know anymore...)
Grayson spoke up.
"Mannerful? Nah. Annoying? You bet."
Luke elbowed him. He elbowed him back and glared at him. We heard an arrow zip past aiming for Armen. Like previously, it went straight through him. He stared at the one who shot it.
He pointed his finger at him, and chanted,
"Energiområdet." A green sphere of energy generated, and flew towards him. The mercenary that Luke seemed to recognize, ran at him and raised his sword above his head to strike. He moved out of the way and they were in a bladelock.

Grayson, Mia, and Armen all spread out to take care of the other mercenaries. Aaron took this chance to trip and cut my shoulder, cutting off one of my bandages, and slicing through one of my cuts, reopening it.

I grunted in pain and rolled out of the way, before he got another chance to strike at me. I got up stumbling a bit, but regained my posture and aimed for his leg.

( Luke's P.O.V )
I jumped up and kicked his chest, sending him to the floor. I heard footsteps behind me and I swayed to the side, and stabbed the mercenary in the rib cage. The mercenary I saw previously at the camp got back up and tackled me to the ground, raising his sword above my heart. In a state of panic, I quickly punched the side of his jaw, and kicked him off of me. I squirmed out and he came at me, aiming for my stomach. I blocked and tripped him, sending my katana through his chest.

In his last attempt to try, he aimed for my head in amazing speed.
I didn't have time to block it, and his sword was sent deeply across my forehead. He then fell dead. I held the gash tightly. About three other mercenaries ran at me. I looked down at my hand, and saw my glove was stained with red. I cringed, but ran at the mercenaries to take them on.

( Mia's P.O.V )
I shot my arrow, and it hit the back of the mercenaries head. Grayson pushed him off. I ran over to him.
"We need to find some way to get that egg on that platform!" I urged him.
"I know, but we don't even know how to hatch it!" He reasoned. A knife zipped by and Grayson and I backed out of the way. I raised my bow and shot the mercenary in lower part of his left leg.
The Dragon Egg from Grayson's backpack once again made a shockwave, knocking multiple of us back.
I looked up at the platform. The sun and moon carving were know glowing.
Armen flew over and helped me up. A couple of mercenaries came at us, and Armen held his hand out.

''Höja!'' Like back in the temple, a dark orange shield appeared, knocking them back against the wall, some of them passing out. I blinked. I glanced around the room and saw that they were only a couple of mercenaries left. Luke was taking care of some, and as was Grayson. I cringed when I saw blood drip from Luke's forehead. It was also remarkable to me that even though Grayson had about a thousand wounds, he could still fight. I looked over at Drake and Aaron. My eyes widen when I saw Drake on the floor and Aaron raising his staff above him.

I raised my bow quickly and shot at Aaron. He noticed and teleported away. He teleported back in front of me.
"Such a shame I have to kill you." He swung his staff at me. I dropped my bow and brought out my pink sword, one I had for safe keeping. We were in a bladelock, and I didn't intend on losing. Small needles came in his direction, a couple of them hitting Aaron dead on. He turned around and the second he did, Drake tackled him to the ground. He gave me a nod. I gave him an thankful look and went on to take care of remaining mercenaries.

( Drake's P.O.V )
He uppercutted me and I fell back. About two or more bladelocks. We both got up and I kicked him, and made three jabs at his head again. I then stabbed his thigh. He aimed for my forehead and I ducked, swinging for his stomach. He backed up, but I still injured him a bit. He raised his staff above me. I moved to the side, as he quickly recovered, stabbed my shoulder blade, reopening my cut that I got from that Panther. I cried in pain.

I noticed all the mercenaries weren't alive or conscious any longer. I saw Armen flying over with the magenta stake he had back at the Empire. Luke ran at him, aiming for the side of Aaron's chest. I pushed him with my staff and knocked him into Armen. The glowing stake went into his chest, and Luke's katana hit him precisely. He coughed up blood once again.
"You know that you can't ever kill me..." He croaked out. I raised my eyebrow, surprised that he wasn't dead.
Was he not lying?
