This one was requested by a reader, but I can't remember who. Anyways, I hope you enjoy. I want to give this a more casual vibe so tell me what you think.

It was a long day at the host club. Tamaki was pulling all sorts of shenanigans whether it be buying new treats or making the guys do weird things for the girls. Kyoya was quite sick of it and went off to his corner where he added up the club's bills for this month.

"Hey Kyoya, are you okay?" Haruhi asked the now frustrated Kyoya.

"Yeah." He sighed as he looked at all the bills scattered in front of him.

"Y'know, you never really have time to relax. Why don't you just chill for a day?" Haruhi tilted her head, hand on hip as she looked over at him.

"That's not in my vocabulary." He quickly glared at her before putting his head back down to focus on business matters.

"Y'know, I don't think Tamaki would let that slide. I could just-"

"Fine." Kyoya cut her off mid sentence, not wanting to deal with Tamaki's annoying voice.

"Great. So how about tomorrow we hang out together? We could go to the mall or maybe even catch a movie. There's a cheap one near my house. I'll pay for it." Haruhi offered

"No, we can just go to a normal theater. I'll take it out of your budget." The evil boy grinned devilishly

"Oh... Great. Well, I'm heading home. See you tomorrow." She left in annoyance.

Kyoya kept to himself the rest of the day, paying bills and adding up more expenses.

                       ~The Next Day~

Kyoya walked up the steps to Haruhi's apartment, wallet in one hand and phone in the other. He sighed before knocking on her door.

"Coming!" He heard a faint shout from inside.

"Oh, you're here early." Haruhi responded

"I woke up early for some reason, so I thought I might as well come." Kyoya rubbed his neck as he responded begrudgingly.

"Wow, you sound sooo enthused." Haruhi let him in as she rolled her eyes.

"I don't like waking up early." He sat down on the couch, slouching a little, unlike usual.

"Wow. You really are tired. You want some coffee?" The brunette asked

"I guess." Kyoya sat upright, responding immediately.

Haruhi brewed some coffee and Kyoya nearly fell asleep while waiting for it. She brought it to him and he drank it slowly.

"So, should we leave early then?" Haruhi asked

"I guess we could." Kyoya shrugged as he sipped his drink cautiously.

"Okay. You go on ahead and drink your coffee, then we can go." Haruhi smiled, excited for what the day had to come.

Kyoya finished his coffee as Haruhi washed the rest of the dishes. Little did she know he watched her swift movements. He was quite fond of her, but didn't want to show it. That's why he tends to be extra snarky with her.

The two then got into Kyoya's limit and left. The ride was short, since traffic wasn't much of a thing. The two got to enjoy a quiet car ride for once together.

"Well, we're here. Let's go." Kyoya opened the door, holding it for Haruhi.

"Thanks." Haruhi got out and they walked into the theater.

They get their tickets and find their seats with ease.

"It's nice to just hang out. Thanks for accepting my offer." Haruhi looked over at Kyoya with her big brown eyes.

He always loved her eyes, the way they sparkled like stars in the night sky. He actually appreciated getting the chance to look at them all day.
As the movie started, Haruhi had inched her hand towards Kyoya's, slowly. He hadn't noticed till suddenly she had her fingers intertwined with his. Haruhi motioned her eyes towards him, a smile slowly spreading across her face. Kyoya's cheeks grew warm, he hid it in embarrassment, not expecting what had just happened. The movie went on and he eased up, enjoying her embrace.

"That was a good movie." Haruhi smiled as she walked out of the theater, still holding Kyoya's hand.

"Yes, it really was." Kyoya smiled, looking at Haruhi.

"Hey, so would you like to go out again sometime, on like, a date?" Harubi asked.

The boy just nodded his head before kissing her cheek. He felt so prepared for more and more memories to make with the girl.
