Few months passed and Anika was being taken care like a baby. She even wasn't allowed to step out of the bed. Shivaay and Dadi were always with her. They didn't leave her even for a second. Shivaay always fed her with his own hands.

Anika was loved the care they were giving her but she was also getting irritated by sitting in a single place all the time.

It was early morning and Anika woke up from her sleep. She was now 4 months pregnant. A small baby bump was visible and Shivaay admired it a lot. She woke up and saw Shivaay talking to her baby bump.

S- Baby, it's so good that you're growing up. I can't wait to hold you in my arms. I don't know if you're champ or princess but promise me that you'll always be on my side. We'll trouble Mumma so much together but in a good way.

Shivaay said with a giggle. Anika heard all his talks and controlled her smile, not believing that he's the same Shivaay Singh Oberoi, who didn't smile but today he's laughing with their baby.

A- Wow! So now you and baby are making plans against me?

Shivaay looked at her with widened eyes.

S- You weren't meant to hear that. It's mine and baby's secret talks.

Shivaay said with a pout and Anika chuckled.

A- It was quite interesting, though.

Anika said with a chuckle and Shivaay blushed.

S- Okay. You get freshen up and I'll bring your breakfast.

Anika sat on the bed carefully while holding her belly.

A- No. I want to eat breakfast downstairs today. I'm bored by being locked in this room.

S- But Jaan....

A- No. I'll eat downstairs otherwise I won't eat breakfast.

Anika said stubbornly and Shivaay sighed in defeat.

S- Okay. Go and get ready. We'll go downstairs together.

Anika squealed in joy and pecked his lips. Shivaay smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

Soon Anika got dressed in a Chikan dress.

She came out of the washroom and put vermillion on her hairline and wore her mangalsutra. Shivaay was admiring her all the while.

Anika turned to look at Shivaay with a smile.

A- Let's go.

Shivaay nodded his head. As soon as they came out of the room, Shivaay picked her in his arms and Anika squealed in surprise.

S- I said that we're going downstairs but I didn't say that you'll walk downstairs.

Anika rolled her eyes with a smile and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Shivaay brought her downstairs and Dadi smiled at them.

D- Good Morning Puttar.

A/S- Good morning Dadi.

Shivaay made Anika sit on the chair and he sat beside her.

D- Puttar, why did you come downstairs? You should've rested in your room.

Anika looked at Dadi with a pout.

A- No Dadi. I'm so bored by sitting in the room. Today I'll spend my day here, downstairs.

Anika said with an excited squeal while Shivaay and Dadi smiled.

D- Puttar, today I've made special breakfast for you.

Anika smiled widely. Dadi removed the lids from the bowl.

She served Dal makhni, Aloo paratha and sonth laddoo.

Dadi served Dal makhni in a bowl and two Aloo parathas and served it to Anika. She then picked up a butter bowl and poured a spoonful of butter on her daal and another spoonful of butter on her paratha and Anika's eyes widened in horror.

A- Daadi, it's so much butter.

Dadi smiled at her.

D- I know but remember Puttar, that you're eating for two so you've to eat it.

Anika pouted and Dadi patted her cheek with love.

A- Okay dadi.

D- Good Girl. Now after finishing breakfast, you've to eat these laddoos too. These are very healthy for baby and mother.

Anika nodded her head and they started eating breakfast. After breakfast, they were sitting in the living room when Shivaay got a call from office.

S- Yes Mishra.

M- Sir, you've to come to office. These European clients want to have meeting with you.

S- I don't care, Mishra. Handle it on your own. I won't come to office leaving my wife in this condition.

M- But sir....

S- Handle it.

Shivaay disconnected the call and turned to look at Anika who was glaring at him.

S- What happened, Jaan? Why are you looking so angry?

A- Because you're avoiding your work for me. If it's important then why are you not going to office?

S- But Jaan.....

A- No you're going. That's final. Dadi is here to take care of me so go.

Shivaay was finally leaving for office and Anika was seeing him off.

Shivaay was hugging her and whining not to leave her.

A- Bye Shivaay. You should go now.

S- I'll go, jaan. Just 5 minutes more.

Anika chuckled.

A- You're saying this from last 15 minutes. Now go.

Anika said while breaking the hug and Shivaay pouted. Anika pecked his pout.

Suddenly the doorbell rang.

A- Wait. I'll see who is it.

Anika opened the main door and saw a girl in her late 20s, dressed up in a short dress, standing at the door with attitude.

A- Yes. How may I help you?

The lady ignored Anika and entered the mansion while pushing her a little. She directly ran towards Shivaay and hugged him.

L- Oh God! Shivaay, I missed you so much.

Shivaay was too shocked to react.

S- Tanya.
