ODESSA looked towards Jake.

"I never thought I would be here, walking along pandora, the place that I had been told all about before I asleep at night." Odessa confessed, gesturing to the world outside her window.

"You never thought you would be here? Me neither. Truth be told, I never thought I would be walking again, so this place, a place I had heard stories about, it's paradise." Jake spoke, tilting his head and leaning back in his chair. He wasn't lying, pandora was paradise if you learnt the way of the world.

Odessa chuckled, cheeks puffing as she did so. "You mean, Niave is paradise."

Jake blushed. It was clear that he was attracted to Niave, and they he had strong feelings for her that he couldn't understand fully. And he had told Odessa, thinking that she could help him navigate his feelings. She teased him instead, and then helped him navigate his feelings.

"And your paradise is Neytiri, huh Dessa?" Jake smirked, moving backwards when Odessa reached out to punch his shoulder.

🌍.

ODESSA had asked Neytiri to show her something she hadn't seen yet. She wanted to see something new, and something that would help her fall in love with the world even more.

Neytiri had taken her to where the water was a light transparent purple, with green fluorescent things at the bottom that lit up the area.

Odessa was the first to get into the water. She believed that Neytiri wouldn't take her where the water was poisoned and would eat her skin alive. So, like said before, she didn't hesitate to get into the water that amazed her.

Neytiri got in next, swimming around underneath the surface of the water. They swam until they needed to emerge to take a breath of fresh air.

When the two emerged, Neytiri brushed her hair back and opened her eyes to see Odessa frantically trying to pick the pieces of wet hair off her forehead. It was definitely a funny sight to see, and Neytiri laughed loudly, bending over and placing her palms on her knees.

The water glows around them, and Odessa reaches out slowly, her fingers brushing along a line across Neytiris shoulder. It's a scar, and it's a bright white against her blue skin. It looks like it glows, and that it's where it belongs.

Neytiri looks towards Odessa, who is memorized by her. It's a nice thing to feel, yet she can't help but feel guilty for the feeling she has in her heart. She's betrothed to Tsu'tey, and she is his, despite the love that they do not feel for each other.

Neytiri goes back underneath the water, sinking to the bottom and swimming towards where there's fish swimming around. She wants to avoid a conversation she shouldn't have.

🌍.

NEYTIRI decided that it was time for Odessa to go on her first hunt, or her first hunt by herself. Neytiri believed that she was ready.

Odessa was taking lead, leading Neytiri through the trees as they made their way throughout the forest. They crouched through branches and bushes, making their way towards where Odessa spotted her target.

As much as Odessa didn't want to kill the Yerik or Hexapede that stood a few feet from them, Odessa was leading a hunt with promise she would bring home dinner for the Omatikaya.

Odessa raised her now, taking a deep breath and pulled back. She wouldn't let go yet, giving the creature a change to take any other movements before she would shoot the arrow at it. It moved, just like Odessa had waited for, and when it turned its head towards her in a snapping motion, she let the arrow fly.

Odessa had to release the sprit back to Eywa for her hunt to be over. So that's what she did, she ran forward, jumping over the things in her path. She crouched in front of the creature the twitched in pain, her shot was clean, and it would die soon, yet she didn't want it to suffer any longer.

She took her dagger out from us holder, moving to where she could kill the Hexapede without it being in pain for much longer. She placed her spare hand on its head, soothingly moving it to comfort the dying creature.

"I see you, brother. And I thank you." Odessa spoke, her words in the Na'vi language. They were perfect. She placed the dagger into the body, and allowed it to end the suffering. "Your spirit goes with Eywa. Your body stays behind to become part of the people."

"A clean kill." Neytiri stated as she watched her proudly. She had managed to come so far. Odessa removed the arrow from it's body and turned to look at Neytiri, waiting for what she had to say. "You are ready."
