Imagine #121: Me And You (Part 1)

*Y/N's P.O.V.*

I have 2 major problems now and trust me, I will look like a bragging bitch when you hear what those problems are.

First, I'm pregnant and second, it's with Patrick Stump.

See? Those two things SHOULD not be a problem for all god knows, but for me it is. Because it was just supposed to be a one night stand.

We met on Christmas eve in this party and everyone was just drunk as fuck. I and he had been accompanying each other that night and for Pete's sake we just met that night too! And suddenly everything had happened fast and now this. I know this is his, for god's sake, he was the only one who touched me for the last couple of months!

I have no idea what to do right now. I am honestly capable of taking care of this baby, but I would like to let Patrick know about this and talk about it. I have no idea what he'll say or how is he going to react. But knowing him somehow I know he'll be welcoming. I wasn't going go expect anything from this, I just need him to know and be the father of this baby inside of me. I just hope I'm not going to ruin any relationship, or else this whole situation will be a fucking bad one.

Finally, after ringing it for so many times, Patrick picked up. He gave me his number that night for an unknown reason and now it became useful.

"Hello? Who's this?" He asked and I can't believe I'm shaking.

"H-hey, Patrick. Uh...Mr. Stump, i-it's Y/N. You know, the one from the Christmas Eve party." I said nervously and silence fell after that.

"O-oh. Hey. How are you?" He said. I know he felt awkward and again I'm saying this, what we had was just supposed to be a one night stand.

"I-I think we need to talk. Please." I said and told him a certain coffee shop. Fortunately, he agreed and soon enough we're face to face in that shop.

The conversation started simple, but it seems like he was in a hurry so I had to hurry this up too despite my shaking limbs.

"Patrick, w-what we did that night...i-it was --

"Y/N, I-I'm really sorry but I never really meant a-anything. I mean, I-I don't want to give you false h-hope...I have n-nothing --

"Silly. I wasn't on about that." I said while laughing lowly at him. I know this guy can never like someone like me. "It's not about what you feel for me or what I feel for you. It's now about what's inside of me." I said seriously and I handed him the result of the pregnancy test.

I swear he paled out after seeing that and he chuckled blankly.

"It's impossible, that's not mine." He said, denying everything.

"I wish I could say the same thing, but you're the only one who I slept with --

"N-no. I refuse to believe it." Suddenly he became so serious. He just stared at me blankly. "If you're doing this to stay with me, I'm not buying it" he said and I couldn't believe he can say something like that.

But I know me, I was used to those kind of words. I've been looked down to for almost all of my life and this is just nothing. I smiled at him sweetly, to be honest, I really want to be good friends with Patrick now...and besides, I wasn't lying here.

"Trust me, Patrick. I'm not that desperate. I just wanted you to know. You have the right to know." I told him and he just stared at me. "I won't ask for anything and --

"Fine, I'll play your little game, Miss Y/N." He said coldly and just stared at me blankly. "Let's see if you're really telling the truth or not. I'm going to let you stay with me until the pregnancy examination and until I prove that that is mine. If I proved that you're lying, you'll get what you want...and by that I mean trouble." He said with his deep serious voice and I'm honestly scared of him now.

All his positive and bright side was gone now like it was blown out by the wind.

"Follow me." He said and I did. I'll just have to put up with this until he gets what he wants.

Looks like the all hot and kind Mr. Patrick Stump has a cold and rude attitude too.
