Back when he was still a young orphaned pup, Rocky had always envisioned what would a perfect Christmas be like. Plenty of food to eat, presents under the Christmas tree, and of course, love and laughter all around.

He thought it would only stay as a dream for him until he met Ryder.

Perhaps it was luck that the shelter caught fire on Christmas Eve, sending the Paw Patrol (who only had three pups at that time) into action. Rocky remembered watching in awe as a kid and three pups worked flawlessly together to take out the fire, and he could only wish to be a part of them.

He had his chance when Marshall's truck broke down and needs immediate repairing in order to complete the rescue. Ryder didn't bring anything with him except for some basic tools that he always kept in his ATV. Rocky, with Ryder's permission, used recycled materials to temporarily fix the truck. Afterward, Ryder asked to adopt him and make him a member of the team, which he accepted.

Which led him to where he was now. It was Christmas eve, and it was the anniversary of the shelter fire. He had asked Ryder a few days ago to help him with his plan, to which the older boy agreed and said that it was a great idea.

But that doesn't stop him from getting nervous.

His thoughts were interrupted when Ryder called him to where he and the rest of the pups were standing at the driveway, all ready to go.

The plan was to visit the old and worn down shelter and give the pups (and dogs) there some Christmas fun, something that Rocky had always wished for back then.

It may not be the perfect Christmas he had once imagined, but it was perfect for him at that moment.

I may or may not be able to finish everything today, but I'll try my best to finish them by this weekend. There's still Rubble, Zuma, Everest, Tracker, Mighty Twins, Rex, and Ryder to come.

2020 has not been the best year for all of us, but that doesn't mean that it didn't do us any good. So for today, I want you all to think about the positive things that happened to you and celebrate them. Cherish them. That's what Christmas is all about: love and laughter.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
