So I did end up deciding to make a Fourth of July one but by the time I was finished it wasn't really the Fourth of July anymore so.............. Anyways, I'm changing up my writing style a bit. Enjoy!

Percy's POV

"Are we sure that it was a good idea to leave the Stoll's and Leo in charge of fireworks?" I asked while tying balloons to random chairs.

"They'll be fine," Annabeth replied. "Seaweed Brain, if you add any more balloons to that chair it'll float away."

"Exactly, this is normally where Thalia sits when the Hunters visit. Payback for saying Green Day is better than Fall Out Boys."

"That's not a wise choice. She might zap you if you somehow manage to actually pull it off."

I chuckled to myself, my evil plan replaying in my head. "I know it's not smart, but it'll so be worth it." Annabeth huffed in a cute way that would get even Hades blush. Once we were done, she pulled me out of the dinning hall and towards Zeus's Fist where we helped set up a bunch of carnival games. The fun was scheduled to begin around six thirty later tonight so everyone was scurrying around to make sure everything was in it proper place. Especially the Athena kids. They always were so strict about what went where and who was in charge of what and who had that covered and to make sure Leo didn't set anything on fire. So far, I'd say they'd succeed for I had not put out a single flame.

Annabeth's POV

Finally being able to relax, I made my way over to the cotton candy booth where I found Percy holding two things of blue cotton candy. Of course, I thought to myself.

"Wise Girl, Wise Girl!" He chanted. "Look at the way they make the cotton candy! It swirls around in endless circles and kinda makes you dizzy, but I got us blue cotton candy so accidentally falling into Nico and almost getting stabbed to death was totally worth it!"

I pinched the top of my nose, taking one of the sugary desserts out of his hands . "What am I gonna do with you?" I questioned, knowing I'd get a full hearted response.

"Have some fun with me! Let's go explore!" If his smile got any bigger I swear it would've fallen off the sides of his face. He grabbed my hand and guided me towards multiple different booths. I hadn't realized there had been so many set up until I visited at least twenty of them and still had an endless amount to go. Eventually, we arrived at a dunk tank, curtesy of the Stoll's, and took turns throwing the tennis ball at the target. We hit a bulls eye every time we tried, proceeding to get a dry towel for the poor Apollo kid who had fallen in six times in a row. Apparently he had lost a bet over a new ship, I believe it was Will and Nico, (yes I ship Solangelo. Hard.) and was now stuck in this awful position. After thinking it over for a good five seconds Percy came up with a brilliant idea. I know I sound crazy for saying that, but this plan was truly the work of an idiot genius such as the raven haired boy I called Seaweed Brain. He suggested that Tyson sat on top of the dunk tank. At first I thought it wouldn't work, but Tyson actually seemed to love it. Throughout the whole ordeal he was laughing and smiling and chanting for the thrower to make it. I'll never understand the logic of the children of Poseidon and there obsession over water.

For food, we bought two hotdogs and some french fries from the Iris cabin. Sitting under the shade of a few trees by the edge of the forest, Percy and I chatted about college in New Rome, yet quickly found it boring. The subject changed to one of new movies that where about come out.

"I want to see the BFG!" I stated. "Rhole Dol has always been one of my favorite authors ever since I was little."

"I want to watch Finding Dory!" Percy's eyes brightened.

"Seaweed Brain, we saw that the night before it came out in theaters and you've watched it three times since then."

"It's worth watch a fourth time! And a fifth. And a sixth. And a seventh. And an eighth." His voice was rising with excitement. When he got like this he reminded me of a five year old child who had just discover the wonders of Pokemon. There was no way to stop the craziness from emerging, so I'd learned to just play along. To be honest, I think I kind of enjoyed it because I knew he was happy and that made me happy. Plus, after a while of being so energetic, he just waddles back to his cabin and crashes on his bed, if he can make it there in time that is.

The day went on like any other romance movie where the guy takes the girl to the fair and wins her a large stuffed animal. I got a large owl with sea green eyes and although they didn't shine like Percy's they still reminded me of him.

Later in the evening, we discovered a group of Aphrodite children following us with cameras and pink camouflage. Leading them were Jason and Piper. After a while of pretending we didn't know they were there Percy and I sprinted off in two different directions. From behind Me could hear the sounds of horror and I let out a small chuckle.

For the next half an hour I camped out in the bushes, watching Piper give her fellow cabin mates a pep talk about how they would "capture the cuteness." I sighed and signaled Percy to move into place. He cupped his hands to his mouth and shouted in a voice that didn't sound anything like his normal one "is that Brendon Urie?!" (A/N picture above is what this brilliant man looks like. He's the head singer for Panic! At the Disco, one of my favorite bands of all times! Ok, carry on.) All the curls blurred together as a bunch of heads searched around for said man. Even Piper seemed to get flustered about the thought of meeting someone with such great talent and a marvelous voice.

Unfortunately, I was too busy with my thoughts that I didn't notice a certain someone creep up behind me. Strong arms rapped around my waist and lifted my feet off of the ground. I let out a little shriek, which was followed by a familiar laugh. I sighed and hit my attacker on his arm.

"No matter how many times you hit me, I'm not letting you go," Percy smirked. "I'm taking you somewhere special."

"Will we be able to see the fireworks?" I asked. "Leo said that they had some really interesting things planned."

"Don't worry, we'll be able to see them in the best way possible." His playful grin turned into a genuine smile as he set me back down. I took his hand and he lead me towards the lake. Not bothering to take our clothes off, we stepped into the water, Percy creating a air bubble so I could breathe.

"What are we doing down here?" I asked.

"Look up," was the response I received. Above my head was a explosion of color. The waves made the fireworks swim around in the sky, dancing with the constellations. Everything was so bright and filled with joy.

"Leo was right," I breathed. "This truly is amazing."

"Not as amazing as you," Percy said. I felt a blush creep up my neck.

"That was so cheesy," I leaned in closer to him.

"You know you liked it though." His trademark smirk was played out on his face just as we met in a soft kiss, both of us smiling into it.

3rd Person

The couple danced around the small little bubble, feeling like their hearts were soaring through the clouds. The silence was peaceful as they swayed back and forth to their own rhythm that not even Apollo himself could comprehend. It was the rhythm of everything they'd been through, the rhythm of their tears, smiles, laughs, kisses, hugs and all of the 'I love you's' that they had shared with everyone they felt connected to. Friends and family they would go to the farthest star and back for.

Sorry for the revise for the people who've already read this, Wattpad didn't post the pic I wanted it too the first time. Hope you enjoyed nonetheless!
