The radio at the school hasn't been used in many years...Until today. And now the students in the cafeteria were beyond annoyed with the music Mr. Feeny played on the radio. Shawn was currently on top of a chair, trying to destroy the speaker as everyone else plugged their ears and some yelled.

"Make it stop! Make it stop!" Cory shouted.

"It's hard to cut wires with a plastic spoon!" Shawn called out.

"Just rip the whole speaker down!" Cory suggested.

"Guys, as much as I hate this music, I don't think that's a good idea." Gwen sighed. She hated this music, but she didn't want to get in trouble for tearing out the speaker.

"Hey, guys," Jonathan Turner walks by, offering them a knife. "Try this knife."

"Thanks." Shawn took the knife from him, just then realizing who gave him the knife. He and Cory stare at Jonathan with wide eyes and point at him while they gasped.

Gwen smiles at her uncle and waves at him. "Hi, Uncle Jon." She greeted and he sent her a smile.

Jonathan raises his eyebrows. "I thought I told you not to call me that in school."

"Yeah, well, no one is around us so I thought it didn't matter." Gwen shrugged.

Jonathan sighs, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, okay." He looks at Shawn and points at him to get off the chair. "Down." Shawn gets off the chair, standing by Gwen and Cory and hands Jonathan the knife and spoon. "Come on, guys. The station's only been on five minutes."

"Worst five minutes of our lives." Gwen muttered and her friends nodded in agreement.

"Is it really that bad?" Jonathan asked.

"And now, for a little change of pace," Mr. Feeny's voice is heard through the speakers again. "A blast from my past, this is...Mr. Perry Como."

As the music played, Jonathan grimaces. "Does that answer your question?" Gwen asked him, tilting her head to the side.

"Look, Mr. Turner, you clip the wires, we'll cover for you." Cory suggested.

Jonathan points at him. "You don't like what you hear? Get on the air and do better."

"Us? On the radio?" Shawn questioned in disbelief, following Jonathan over to a table along with Cory and Gwen.

"Yeah," Jonathan nods. "See if you can't squeeze it in between doing nothing at school and nothing at home."

"I dunno. It'll be hard to put it in our busy schedule." Gwen sarcastically commented.

"What are you saying?" Shawn puts his hands on his hips, staring at Jonathan with offense. "We don't do anything?"

Gwen looks at him with a deadpanned expression. "We don't do anything."

"You know, we should think about that." Cory suggested.

Shawn's shoulders drop in defeat. "I don't wanna." Gwen chuckled and rolled her eyes.

"No, Shawn, maybe he's got a point. I mean, maybe if we became radio personalities then we'd have...Personalities." Cory explained.

"We already have personalities. What you two don't have are brain cells." Gwen remarked and her friends looked at her with offense.

"She's right." Her uncle chimed in and she smiled, pointing at him since he proved her point.

Shawn shakes his head. "I don't want to do nothing."

"Look, radio is sitting around talking." Cory told him.

Shawn raises his eyebrows and he starts to look interested. "Like we are now?"

"Yeah," Cory nods. "Maybe you have to push a button."

"How hard?" Shawn asked.

Cory pretends to push a button. "Like this." Shawn copied his movements and Cory nodded. Shawn smiled, continuing to pretend to push a button. Cory smiled and does the same thing.

Gwen puts her hand on her hip, glancing at her uncle with annoyance.  "How am I supposed to be on the radio with these two dummies?"

Jonathan chuckles. "You'll figure it out." He and Gwen looks at the boys with disbelief as they continue to pretend to press a button. "Are you kidding me?" Jonathan incrudiously asked.

"Okay," Cory throws his arms up dramatically. "We'll do it."

Shawn grins. "We're naturals."

Cory speaks in a deep tone. "I've got a radio voice."

"And I've got a radio face." Shawn smiled.

"Shawnie, no one sees our faces on the radio." Gwen told him with a chuckle.

"Oh." Shawn frowns. He shakes his head and glances at Jonathan. "So when can you get us on the air?"

"If you guys are serious about this, I'll talk to Feeny after lunch." Jonathan smiled.

"And now for you kiddos, Menudo!" Mr. Feeny announced and a new song played over the radio, causing all the kids and even Jonathan to grimace.

Jonathan nods and gets up. "I'll talk to him now."

"Good idea." Gwen nodded.

****

"Hi. I'm Cory Matthews along with Shawn Hunter and Gwen Calloway." Cory introduces himself and his friends the next day at school. The trio were now in the office where the radio set up was at. Gwen's uncle had talked with Mr. Feeny to get them to be able to be on the air which is what they were doing now. "And we're back with the most interesting show topic they'd give us." Cory announces. "Meet your student council."

The trio looks at the window on the door where Jonathan was watching. He gave them a thumbs up and an encouraging smile. The three of them smile back at him and gives him a thumbs up. The trio then looks at the girl sitting beside Cory. "Our guest today is Sarah Fairburm, secretary treasure of your student council. And according to Mr. Feeny's program log, we'll be discussing the cancellation of the ninth grade spring dance." He faces Sarah. "Now Sarah, I imagine there's quite a story here."

Sarah leans forward to speak into the mic. "No. We just ran out of money."

Cory nods and gestures for her to continue. "Uh huh. Uh huh."

"Well, we're going to have a bake sale to try and save our dance." Sarah explained.

"Ah," Cory smiles. "Fascinating." Gwen and Shawn exchange a look. Gwen knew they were thinking the same thing. It wasn't fascinating. Cory gestures for her to keep talking. "Go on."

"That's about it." Sarah said.

"Ah, come on, what are you hiding?" Cory grinned.

"I don't think she's hiding anything, Cor." Gwen chimed in.

"Stop badgering her." Shawn added.

Cory covers the mic which created microphone feedback, glancing at his friends. "I got to badger her. We got nothing else to talk about." He let go of the microphone and Gwen winced at the loud noise because of the microphone feedback.

Shawn groans, leaning his head on Gwen's shoulders with his eyes closed. "This show stinks." Gwen chuckled lightly, smpathetically smiling at him as she patted his head to comfort him.

"Now, Sarah," Cory turns to face Sarah. "You mentioned a bake sale. What is the profit margin on a cupcake?"

"Shawn was right. This show does stink." Gwen sighed, leaning her head on top of Shawn's with closed eyes.

Sarah looks at Cory with confusion. "What are you talking about?"

Cory panics, elbowing Shawn in the side. When Shawn began to move, Gwen lifts her head off his and then he lifts his head off her shoulder, looking at Cory with annoyance. "Shawn, Gwen, help me. Guys!"

"Oh, Cory, Gwen, I dreamed we were doing the most painfully boring radio show in the world." Shawn said, glancing around the room. He looks at Sarah with wide eyes ,pointing at the red-haired girl. "And you were there." He points at Cory. "And you..." His shoulders drop in defeat when he realized the dream was real. "Oh."

"Alright," Cory speaks into the microphone. "Now let's hear what the listeners think. Call us...Now." He pauses for a moment before adding, "Please?"

After a few moments of silence, Shawn stands up. "No one's calling. Let's go home."

"No!" Cory grabs his arm, pulling him back down. He looks at Sarah. "Sarah, a bake sale has its dark side, doesn't it? I mean, fat? Cholesterol? What about that?"

Sarah chuckles and shrugs. "I don't know. I'm just a kid."

Cory points at Sarah, speaking into the microphone dramatically. "Does she not know...Or choose not to know?"

"You know, no one else wanted to do your show." Sarah admitted, causing Cory and Gwen to frown.

"Guys!" Shawn's eyes widen when he noticed someone was calling. "We have a call."

Cory presses the button and smiles. "Hello, you're on the air."

Gwen furrows her eyebrows with ocnfusion when someone speaks in German. "I-I'm sorry, sir." Cory stutters. "I believe 'Ludwig and the German hour' follows us. Call back later."

"Can I go now?" Sarah asked.

"Yeah, sure, what's the point?" Shawn replied.

Cory stops Sarah from leaving. "No, stay. We have another call." Cory notices and Sarah sits back down. Cory answers the call. "Hello, you're on the air."

"Hi, this is Spencer." The caller introduced himself.

"Spencer, I believe you're a first-time caller." Cory smiles. "You have a question for Sarah?"

"Yes, I do. Sarah,  are you still going with Joey DeRuzza?" Spencer inquired.

Sarah smiles and blushes faintly. "Why do you ask, Spence?"

"I'm sorry, kids, but the topic is 'bake sale, dance salvation or death by cake'." Cory apologized.

Shawn's eyes widen as he thought of an idea and he quickly grabs the microphone from Cor. "Sarah," He chuckles, glancing at her with a smile. "I believe the man asked you a question. How about an answer?"

"We broke up last week." Sarah answered.

"Well, I've liked you since last year, and, um..." Spencer's voice trailed off and it was obvious he was nervous.

"She's smiling, Spence." Shawn commented after noticing the red-haired girl was smiling.

"So, I was thinking, uh..."

"Come on, Spence if you don't ask this red-hot babe out, I will." Shawn interrupted Spencer. Gwen rolled her eyes and chuckled a bit.

"Are you doing anything Friday?" Spencer finally asked.

"No! And I'd love to." Sarah grins. "I'll meet you at the soda machine right now."

"Alright, we have a date!" Shawn cheered.

"Shawn, no one's interested in this." Cory argued. Unbeknownst to the trio, everyone who was in the cafeteria were cheering.

Gwen watches as her two best friends stand up. "We promised Turner we'd stick to the topic." Cory reminded Shawn.

"Cory, we came up with something that works." Shawn tells him. He smiles, pointing at the phone lines. Gwen glances at the phone lines, her eyes widening when she saw how many calls they were getting. "They're blazing. People are listening to us." Shawn continued.

"Big deal, Shawn. A bunch of lonely guys are calling for a girl who's fixed up and gone." Cory speaks. "I'm not going to blow up a career in radio for some lonely guys."

"A career?" Gwen laughs in disbelief. "Dude, this isn't a career. This is for school."

"Whatever!" Cory exclaimed dramatically, waving a dismissive hand.

The door suddenly opens, causing the trio's attention to look at the door as a group of girls walk in. The girl in front smiles. "Are you the guys on the radio?"

Gwen glances at her best friends, rolling her eyes at seeing the awestruck expressions on their faces ."Yes, we are." Shawn immediately replied.

"Could we be on the radio and talk to boys?" The girl questioned.

"I'm sorry, but that's not-"

"That's why we're here!" Cory interrupted Gwen, earning a glare from her.

Gwen huffs in annoyance, crossing her arms as she moves closer to sit by the wall as the girls crowd around the boys. "Cory and Shawn back at you with..." Cory looks at the girl who walked into the office first. "'Lunchtime Lust'."

"Let's meet our next contestant." Shawn chimes in. He glances at the girl sitting in front of the other microphone. "And you are?"

"My name is Jasmine Fontana." Jasmine introduced herself.

"If it isn't it should be." Shawn comments. "We'll take the first three callers and hook one of you up with..." He and Cory gestured for Jasmine to say her name.

"Jasmine Fontana." Jasmine smiled.

Cory and Shawn smile dreamingly at her and they both speak in unison. "She sure is." Gwen rolled her eyes, crossing her arms on the table and laid her head on her arms.

****

Soon enough Mr. Feeny kicked the trio out and Ludwig was in their place. When the trio walked out of the office, they were surprised to find a whole crowd of kids clapping and cheering for them.

"See, Mr. Feeny?" Cory smiles, gesturing to the crowd. "Everyone loves what we did."

"Not everybody." Mr. Feeny said, remembering the annoyed look on Gwen's face when he walked into the office. "Consider your radio careers over."

In class, Mr. Feeny announced that tomorrow they'll be discussing chapter twelve in their history books which was the bill of rights. "Oh, dear." He grimaced.

"Oh..." Cory grins at his friends. "The Bill of Rights. From the good old constitution." He smiles at Mr. Feeny. He then looks at Shawn and Gwen. "And what was that amendment that came first in the Bill of Rights?"

"I don't recall but I bet our teacher knows." Shawn grinned.

"Well, then why don't we ask him?" Cory inquires. He and his friends walk over to Mr. Feeny. By this point everyone else had already left the classroom, meaning it was just the four of them. "Oh, Mr. Feeny."

"Freedom of speech." Mr. Feeny answered without looking up from the book he held.

"Hey, isn't that the one where you can say whatever you want?" Cory asked.

"I believe it is." Shawn nodded.

"And doesn't it apply to everybody?" Cory continued.

Mr. Feeny sets the book down, glancing at the trio. "No."

Gwen chuckles. "I think it does, Feeny."

"Any kind of speech, right?" Cory asks. "Like in a newspaper or TV or..." He chuckles and shrugs. "I don't know, radio?'

Mr. Feeny nods, looking annoyed. "Yes, yes."

Cory sits on the edge of the desk he and his friends stood by and glances at his friends. "Then something is to making sense here, my Shawn and Gwen. Weren't we pulled off the air because of what we said?"

Shawn sits besides Cory as Gwen sits on top of the desk behind them. "Yes, we were." Shawn nods. "He says one thing, then he does another. He's being a hypochondriac."

Gwen giggles a bit. "Shawnie, he's being a hypocrite." She corrected him.

Shawn nods, pointing at her. "Yeah, that too."

Mr. Feeny looks at the boys. "What you two said over the airwaves was inappropriate."

"Well," Shawn stands up and glares at Mr. Feeny. "According to this here constitution, uh-uh!"

Cory stands up with a sigh. "Come on, Mr. Feeny, don't you believe in what you teach us?"

"Mr. Matthews, the rights of the constitution were intended for those with a sense of responsibility." Mr. Feeny explained.

"Well, if it doesn't apply to us," Shawn furrows his eyebrows with confusion. "Then why do we have to learn it?"

"Because the school makes us learn things we don't wanna learn." Gwen sighed, standing up to join her friends by Mr. Feeny's desk.

The trio then walked out of the classroom after Mr. Feeny leaves. In the hallway, Jasmine walks over to them. She smiles. "Hi, guys. I have to tell you this-All the girls in fifth period gym were talking abou tyour show in the locker room."

Shawn's eyes widen. "Girls were talking about us in the girls locker room? Just tell me-were the showers on?" Gwen rolled her eyes, elbowing him roughly in the side to snap him out of it. Shawn winced and sheepishly smiled at her.

"When are you going to be on again?" Jasmine asked.

"I don't think it's gonna happen again." Gwen replied, apologetically smiling at Jasmine and she frowned.

"Don't listen to her." Cory cut in, shoving Gwen to the side. Gwen stumbles slightly at the sudden shove and glares at him. Shawn grabs onto Gwen's arm to help stable her, glancing at her with slight concern. Cory smiles at Jasmine. "We'll be on real, real soon."

Sarah smiles widely, giving the boys a thumbs up before she walks away. "G, are you okay?" Shawn asked Gwen.

"Yeah." Gwen muttered, pulling her arm out of his grasp. He looked at her with confusion, wondering why she was suddenly acting hostile.

"Gwen!" Gwen perks up when she heard someone call her name, smiling when she saw a familiar blonde-haired boy walk over to her. Kamden smiles brightly at her. "I've been meaning to talk with you. And I was going to call on the air, but you didn't talk at all so I didn't know if you were on the air anymore."

"I was there." Gwen shakes her head. "But we can talk now." She guides Kamden to the side away from her best friends, who look at her with offense because she was leaving them. Shawn looked more offended than Cory though. Gwen smiles at Kamden. "What's up, Kam?"

"Would you wanna hang out today after school?" Kamden nervously asks, looking at her with a hopeful glint in her eyes. "Maybe go to the arcade?"

A grin made its way to Gwen's face and she nods. "Yeah, I'd love to! That sounds like a lot of fun."

"Okay," Kamden sighs with relief. He was worried she would say no so he was beyond relieved she said yes. "Okay, great!" He smiles excitedly. "I asked my sister to drop us off and then pick us up." He grimaces and looks nervous again. "I hope that's okay."

"Of course." Gwen reassures him. "I love Annabelle. She's great."

"You only say that 'cause she's not your sister." Kamden chuckled.

****

After school that day Annabelle dropped Kamden and Gwen off at the arcade. "Alright, kiddos, I'll be back in an hour." Annabelle tells them. She smiles. "Have fun," She points at them with a stern look on her face. "But not too much fun." Gwen chuckled and shook her head.

"Okay," Kamden laughs nervously, gesturing for his sister to leave. "You can go now."

Annabelle chuckles and waves at the two friends before she drove off. Kamden and Gwen walk to the door of the arcade and Kamden opens the door, letting Gwen go inside first. She sent him a thankful smile and walked inside and he followed her. The two of them were met with upbeat music that played on speakers. Inside the arcade was all different kinds of games. It was somewhat busy, different kinds of people playing different games or getting toys they got with their tickets.

"Alright, what do you wanna do first?" Gwen asks, glancing around the arcade with a smile. Her eyes widen when she spot a stuffed animal that was displayed on the wall behind the counter where you would get prizes with the tickets. "I want it."

Kamden chuckles, glancing in the direction she was looking at to see she was looking at a stuffed penguin. "Okay, how about this. Whoever gets back to the door in a half an hour after playing games wins and the loser has to get them whatever they want with their tickets."

"It's on." Gwen challenged, shaking Kamden's hand with a determined look in her eyes.

After the two of them got a card to play the arcade games the challenge was started. Kamden and Gwen had a blast playing all the games. At the games they played at the same time they were a bit competitive with each other, doing so much as to distract the other or playfully shove them away. When the half hour was up, Gwen was the one who got back to the front door a few seconds just before Kamden did.

"Ha! I win!" Gwen cheered.

Kamden breathes heavily, bending down and rests his hands on his knees to catch his breath since he ran to the door. "Not fair." He whines. "You tripped me!"

"I was just playing to win." Gwen smirks, putting her hands on her hips. "Nothing personal."

"Well played." Kamden comments, looking at her with a smile as he stands up straighter.

"I believe you have to get me whatever I want." Gwen reminded him.

"Okay, okay." Kamden chuckled and he followed her over to the counter where the toys were at. He lays many tickets that he had won on the counter, smiling politely at the girl behind the counter. "Stuffed penguin please."

"Sure thing." The girl nodded, taking his tickets and puts them away before she grabbed the stuffed penguin.

Gwen glances at Kamden with surprise. "How'd you know I wanted that?"

Kamden laughs, glancing at her with amusement. "'Cause when we walked in you were eying that thing like a hawk and whispering to yourself over and over 'I want it'."

A light shade of blush appeared on Gwen's face out of embarrassment and she sheepishly smiles. "Oh."

"One stuffed penguin." The girl announced, handing Kamden the stuffed penguin.

Kamden smiles. "Thanks." He then turns to face Gwen, dramatically handing her the stuffed penguin. "I believe this belongs to you."

"Thank you very much, kind sir." Gwen dramatically replied, grinning while she took the stuffed penguin from him. She held the stuffed penguin close to her and did a little happy dance.

Kamden laughs, looking at her fondly. "You happy?"

"Very." Gwen responds, stopping her happy dance to glance at the toys.  "Alright, what do you want?"

Kamden furrows his eyebrows. "What?"

"Well, I know what the rules were, but I feel bad you didn't get anything." Gwen admits, causing Kamden to look at her with surprise. "So, blondie, what do you want?"

"Oh," Kamden blinks and looks at the toys, not really for sure what he wants. He didn't expect Gwen to do this. He thought it was really sweet of her to do something like this since she didn't have to. He smiles when he spots something he wanted. "I'll take that."

"Stuffed tiger please." Gwen told the girl behind the counter, handing her the tickets she won.

"Got it." The girl nodded and Gwen smiled politely at her when she eventually handed the tiger to her.

"Thanks." Gwen told her.

"No problem." The girl smiles. "You two are a cute couple, by the way."

Kamden and Gwen stare at her with wide eyes, both of them blushing faintly. They look at each other nervously and then back at the girl. "O-Oh, uh, we're not..." Kamden's voice trailed off as he stumbled over his words, trying to explain he and Gwen aren't dating.

"Yeah, we-we aren't dating." Gwen stuttered.

"Oh," The girl grimaces. "Sorry, my bad." She shrugs. "Well, you guys should date 'cause you're pretty cute together."

"Oh, um...." Kamden awkwardly smiles. "Thanks?" He didn't really know how to respond to that and by the nervous look on Gwen's face he assumed she didn't know how to respond either. He glances at Gwen. "You ready to go now?"

"Yep." Gwen immediately replied and the two of them headed towards the door. Gwen sent the blonde-haired boy a thankful smile as he let her walk out first and then closed the door behind him.

"We have a few minutes left until Annabelle gets here" Kamden speaks up, breaking the awkward silence that filled the air. "What do you wanna do?"

Gwen glances around, smiling when she spot an ice cream shop nearby. "How about some ice cream?"

"I'll never say no to ice cream." Kamden smiled.

After getting some ice cream (and arguing who was going to pay, Gwen was upset that Kamden won the argument but she was still thankful he paid and thought it was sweet he wanted to pay), they sat at an outside table to eat their ice cream and talked about anything that came to mind. Soon enough Kamden's sister arrived and picked them up, asking them if they had fun and teased them since it was as if they went on a date.

When Annabelle got to the apartment Gwen lived at, Kamden offered to walk her to the front door of the apartment building. They reached the front door and stand in front of each other. Kamden exhales sharply. He didn't want to say what he was about to say, but he knew it was for the best. "About what that girl said, can we-can we just forget that?" He hopefully asks.  "I don't want things to be awkward or weird between us."

He has feelings for Gwen and he would love to actually take her on a real date, but after seeing the response she had when the girl behind the counter thought they were a couple it seemed like she wasn't fond of the idea. It upset him to know she possibly didn't like him back, but he would understand her decision and respect it if that was the case. But unbeknownst to him, she liked him too.

"Oh," Gwen's eyes widen, surprised that he said that and she nods. "Yeah," She smiles a bit. "Sure. It's forgotten."

"Okay, good." Kamden smiled.

"Thanks for tonight, Kam." Gwen smiles softly at him. "I had a lot of fun."

"Me too." Kamden agrees. "We should do this more often."

"Yeah." Gwen nods. "Well, I better head inside." She mentally debates on whether or not she should do what she wanted to do before she impulsively decides to do it. She leans forward, kissing his cheek. She pulls away with a light shade of blush and a shy smile on her face. "Good night, Kamden."

Kamden stands there in shock of what just happened. His face was turning pink and a dreamy smile was making its way to his lips. He didn't say anything as she walked inside. He finally got over his state of shock, finally getting words out by the time she was inside. "Goodnight, Gwen."

After he got back in the car, Annabelle was smirking at him. "That was definitely a date."

Kamden leans against the window as he blushes, rolling his eyes at her. "Shut up, Annabelle."

****

The next day at school, Gwen wasn't surprised when she heard her best friends over the speakers. She was standing in the hallway next to Kamden. The hallway was somewhat full of kids, all interested in what Cory and Shawn had to say. Gwen had no idea how the boys got back on the radio and to be honest she didn't care.

"This is Cory..." Cory announced as rock music played.

"And Shawn!" Shawn added.

"The bad boys are back on the air!" The two boys exclaimed. Everyone in the hallway cheered.

"They tried to silence us," Cory said. "But we're back and we're louder than ever." He and Shawn then howled and everyone else copied them before they cheered for the boys.

"Gwenny," Gwen looks over when she heard her uncle speak to her. She watches as he walks over to her and Kamden with Mr. Feeny. He puts his hands on his hips, narrowing his eyes. "I thought you were keeping an eye on your best friends, what happened?"

"I can't always stop them from doing stupid things." Gwen shrugs. "Sometimes they gotta learn from their mistakes."

"Well, Mr. Turner, your supervision seems to be working splendidly." Mr. Feeny sarcastically comemmented.

Kamden raises his eyebrows at Jonathan. "It sounds like to me you were the one who was supposed to be an eye on them. Not Gwen."

"Nice job, Uncle Jon." Gwen chuckled and her uncle rolled his eyes.

"You're listening to priate radio." Shawn spoke.

"George, if you find them first, save me a  piece." Jonathan told Mr. Feeny and the two adults went separate ways in search of the boys, but they stopped because of what Cory said next.

"Mr. Feeny wanted us to talk about the spring dance. We'll do him one better-We'll give you a spring dance!" Jonathan and Mr. Feeny walked back over with wide eyes.

Gwen facepalms.  "Wow, they really are idiots."

"Right here, right now." Shawn voices. "Come on, everybody dance."

Gwen and Kamden exchange a look as everyone in the hallway began to dance as upbeat music played. Mr. Feeny waves his arms around, trying to get everyone's attention. "Wait a minute! Wait a minute! I want everyone to stop dancing and return to your classes." He shouted over the loud music.

Gwen cringes at what Cory said next. "Let's start a Bill of Rights for students. And the number one amendment-The right to dance."

"They're gonna get themselves killed by your uncle and our principal." Kamden commented and Gwen nodded in agreement. The two of them watched with nervous looks as the two adults walked to the office where the radio originally was at. But when Mr. Feeny came back by himself, the two friends assumed the boys had moved the radio somewhere else.

"You can hear us, but you can't see us." Cory voices as Mr. Feeny looks in a nearby classroom. "Where are we?"

"Nope." Shawn said while Mr. Feeny closes the door. "Keep looking. No telling where we could be." Just as Mr. Feeny was walking to the boys' bathroom, Shawn asks, "Hey, did you check the boys' room?" Mr. Feeny pauses, looking annoyed. He then opens the door and closes it after looking in to find no one in there. "Psych!" Shawn laughed.

"Priate radio is being brought to you by the constitution of the UNited States of America." Cory spoke.

"The constitution-void where prohibited by Feeny." Shawn added.

"Our next outlaw musical selection is..." Cory pauses for a few moments before he asks, "Shawn, where's the tape?"

"Oh, behind the buckets and janitor's mops." Shawn replied.

"Dumb move, Shawnie." Gwen chuckled, shaking her head.

"Probably shouldn't have said that through the mic." Kamden snickered.

"Oh!" Shawn groaned.

Cory laughs nervously. "Or is that a fake clue?"

"C'mon." Gwen gestured with a nod of her head for Kamden to follow her to the janitor's closet.

"Because we couldn't possible be that stupid." Cory continued.

Gwen opens the door to the janitor's closet, smirking at her best friends and she was surprised to see that they had roped Meese into helping them out. She rosses her arms. "I think you are that stupid."

"And much more stupid than you give yourselves credit for." Mr. Feeny chimed in and Gwen moved to the side as he walked over to them. Gwen now stood behind Mr. Feeny and next to Kamden.

Cory and Shawn look at him nervously. "Don't...Move." Shawn suggests. "Maybe he doesn't see us."

"How would that even work?" Kamden questioned in disbelief and Gwen chuckled.

****

Turns out that a lot of people liked honesty much more than 'Lunchtime Lust'. All it took was a heartfelt conversation with Jonathan and the boys over the radio for them to realize that they're not the only ones who seemed like they were lost amongst the crowd.

Gwen had a feeling that her uncle had something to do with leaving the recording on during that conversation and she was glad because she knew everyone needed to hear that conversation. She was proud of the boys for confessing those things and eventually taking the radio seriously. And she agreed with her uncle and Mr. Feeny, she thought they deserved a months long detention for their punishment.

That night Gwen was reading a book when there was a knock on the window. She looked over, smiling slightly upon seeing Shawn. After locking eyes with her, he grinned at her and waved. Gwen waved back at him and after she put a book mark in her book, she closed it and got off her bed. She walked over to the window and opened it, letting Shawn in.

"Hey, Shawnie. What's up?"

"I wanted to apologize." Shawn admits, earning a confused look from Gwen. He looks at her apologetically.  "I realized that Cory and I kind of ignored you with the whole radio show and we feel really bad about it. We never meant to leave you in the shadows. We just got caught up in the fame. I'm sorry."

Gwen was touched by his words and how it seemed this apology was sincere and genuine. She smiles softly at him. "Thanks, Shawnie." She pulls him in for a hug. "I accept your apology." He smiles brightly at her, relieved she accepted the apology and he didn't hesitate to hug her back. "You didn't have to apologize, but I'm glad you did and I appreciate it."

"You're welcome, G." Shawn replied. He had to admit, he missed her hugs. They haven't hung out much in the past couple of days because of the radio show and because she had been spending more time with Kamden....Not that he was jealous....Well, now that he thought about it, was he jealous?

"Would you wanna hang out this weekend?" He asks as they pull away from the hug. He then quickly adds, "Just you and me."

Grinning, Gwen nods. 'Yeah, I'd love to."

A/N okay but gwen & kamden were cute in this chapter ! & gotta love that cute lil moment with gwen & shawn at the end
