Yes, that was purposefully not detailed. And? It's me we are talking about. I was having trouble with ideas and this was all I could come up with, a bunch of twenty-somethings dying and then coming back to life. It's a twist on the idea of zombies (my other idea was zombies lol). It takes place in the modern-day as well (COVID excluded). They also don't remember that they are dead, and have to be told.

I always say I'm accepting like eight people and then accept more, so who knows how many I will accept! Also, I always move up the closing date, so I'm just not making one this time. Unless, of course, I change my mind. LMAO.

PERSONALITY: Ambrose keeps to himself. He's quiet, practically mute, and rarely reacts to anything. He analyzes things and people, and knows them better than most but doesn't understand them. For example, he will know people are secretly dating but not understand why they would bother. He can be dishonest if pestered. He's wicked smart but doesn't really try in school. He's ambitious and wants better for himself than this life, but he isn't really putting in the work to change it. He's kind of off-putting and makes most people who meet him uncomfortable. He's cold, but not unkind. He says things that can sometimes hurt other people's feelings without realizing it. He thinks practically, not bothering with fantasy but sticking to reality. While this isn't really personality, he is handsome. He doesn't know how to handle people complimenting him either. He tries to be friendly, but he doesn't understand niceties or most humour. Overall, Ambrose is strange, mysterious, and pretty average overall

BACKSTORY: Ambrose grew up in Chelster, which is a town of about average income. It is cold and gloomy, only reaching moderate temperatures in the summer. He never liked the town, but went to high school and slugged along the whole time regardless. He was raised by a single mother, and he had a younger brother named Leander, who always was a nuisance. Ambrose liked to read, draw, and keep to himself. He joined the Latin club at high school, and that was the only time he would associate with people. He also had a job shucking corn in a nearby farm. He was more studious and ended up getting a few bursaries to a state school. In college, not much changed. Ro kept to himself and didn't make many friends, rarely opening up. There was a boy with whom he was friends with benefits, but it didn't go anywhere. He had just taken the LSAT the year before he died, and he got accepted to a law school out of state with more scholarships. He had come home for the summer when he died.

FAMILY: Heather Burke (57), who is kind and caring, but deeply religious. Leander Burke (27) who was a prankster, turned alcoholic after Ambrose's death.

LIKES/DISLIKES/FEARS: Latin, rain, long walks, folk music, law and legal studies, the big city/ sunshine, most other people make him uncomfortable though he doesn't really dislike them, certain textures (crunchy foods mostly), bright colours/falling into obscurity, staying in Chelster forever, spiders and most rodents

CAUSE OF DEATH & HOW LONG AGO: Ambrose died seven years ago, in a car crash. His brother was high and driving, but Ro didn't know. Leander liked to take drives to clear his head and invited Ambrose along. Leander ended up crashing into the town sign, killing Ambrose on impact. 

REACTION AT BEING REBORN: Ambrose would not really care. He does not understand the fuss, or why it makes others uncomfortable. His brother is out of jail now and older than him, and that makes him feel weird but not much else impacts him.
