Tony grumbled to himself, he was having a bad day yet again. He growled and sat up from where he was hunched over his desk. He stretched before cussing loudly.

"Having a bad day?"

Tony looked up to see Steve.

"Ya..."

Steve chuckled.

"We all have bad days....we can't all be positive everyday" Steve said and walked over to Tony to see what he's working on.

"That's a lie." Tong said with a sigh. Steve raised an eyebrow and stared at the genius in confusion

"And how so?" Steve asked

"Easy. Peter. That kids a ball of sunshine and it never seems to dull!" Tong exclaimed and stood up. His leg decided to fuck him over and give out causing Tong to fall forward but Steve thankfully caught him.

"Thanks, I guess" Tony grumbled and stood up when his leg finally decided to work.

"No problem!" Steve said with a grin.

"Now, if you say Peter is a never ending light source then why don't you go ask him how he's so positive" Steve suggested. Tony froze.

"That's a good idea, Ight! I'll be back, don't fuck with my things!!!!" Tony exclaimed as he ran off.

"Language!" Steve yelled before rolling his eyes and going down to the gym to train. Tony soon found Peter in the main room chatting with Nat and Bruce.

"Peter! I got a question for you, bud!" Tony said and walked over. Peter looked up, Nat and Bruce looking up as well as their conversation came to a stop.

"Yes?"

"You stay positive, you always believe that everything's is going to work out....how do you do it?" Tony asked. Bruce and Nat raised an eyebrow at Tony's weird question.

"Well, I'll tell you my secret..." Peter said and stood up before walking up to Tong with a bright smile, he looked the hero dead in the eyes.

"I lie to myself..." he whispered but it was loud enough that Nat and Bruce heard causing them to perk up at those words.

"Every morning, when I wake up I say 'Everything's going to be okay' but I'm lying" Peter whispered, his eyes and face looked serious. Tony just stared in shock. Peter then grabbed Tony's shoulders.

"And I don't know how much longer I can do it...." he whispered being letting out a weird squeal. Peter then moved back and grinned.

"Have a swell day!" Peter chirped and skipped off like he didn't just scare the shit out of Tony, Nat and Bruce.

"S-Should we be worried...?" Bruce asked

"Yes. Definitely." Tony said as the three stared at where Peter disappeared to his room.
