Petunia's pov

Hello everyone. My name is Petunia I'm a blue skunk who everyone thinks I am a neat freak, a lady-like dame and a pampered single girl. Well my story began as like any other Toothy finally has a girlfriend, Flippy and Flaky are together (which is a miracle that his evil side hasn't shown up in a while), and most importantly is Happy tree town is Lifty (one of the raccoon brothers who took me and my friend Giggles hostage at a lemonade stand once) has Splendid the superhero which I'm surprised yet glad that Lifty became a good guy (I heard that he was kicked out and replaced by that notorious female crook and I know because I was classmates with that but that notorious female crook (AND SHE KEPT MAKING FUN OF ME FOR MY LADY-LIKE MANNERS AND HOW I ACT IN CLASS) but I felt very sorry for Lifty Raccoon being kicked out like that must've been hard for him) but I'm very happy that he's with Splendid and Splendid and Lifty love each other but I just wonder in my head when is Splendid going to proposed to Lifty? But enough about me there are two reasons why I envy those three couples 1 is because I still (a nervous breakdown) as some men call me and 2 is that I have a secret crush on that armless beaver builder but has a heart of pure gold and that happens to be Handy the builder beaver. I always had a crush on him ever since I first laid eyes on him despite him being armless he is very nice though women in this town wouldn't take a armless Beaver like him just like men in this town would never take a nervous breakdowner skunk-girl like me. But every time we bump into each other I always get so very nervous around him like just now. I was walking down the sidewalk as usual when I accidentally bumped into a certain someone and said as I got up, I'm terribly sorry. That's when I heard his voice, no I'm sorry I should've watched where I was going. I knew right away it was Handy I blushed as I looked into his eyes and helped him up. But this time it's different as I tried to help him up I accidentally tripped on my own two feet and landed on him instead.

Handys pov

I thought things would never be this awkward I ran into my friend and secret crush Petunia though despite her being a little uptight she's very nice and sweet. As she tried to helped me up she tripped on her own two feet and landed on top of me. I tried to get up but every time I tried to do something I keep reminding myself that I don't have any arms and I kept grunting just for that. But as soon as Petunia sat up she looked at me and gazed into my eyes and blushed as I did. I thought, wow she's so cute. We kinda gazed at each other for a moment then snapped out of it as Petunia and I got up. I asked, are you okay Petunia you didn't get hurt....did you? She shook her head no and said, no I'm not hurt I'm alright Handy. I blushed and said as I walked away, well I'll see you later Petunia.

Petunias pov

I whispered to myself, Rats I blew it I must've made him upset. I was so mad at myself that I kicked the air completely. That's when I came up with an idea and that idea is to ask him out but it won't be easy.
