(this is violet's outfit for this chapter)

For the past few weeks she and Ryker have been texting and they hung out wtih each other each chance they got. Violet already had a crush on him, but the more they hung out the more that crush grew to something deeper. She was trying to decide whether or not she should tell him sometime soon and when she should tell him. Even though Violet and Ryker have only been friends for a few weeks now, they've been acting as if they've been friends for years and now Violet was wondering if it was too soon to ask him out.

Violet was texting Ryker as she walked over to next door, stopping by the back door when out of the corner of her eye she suddenly noticed Fernando hanging on the side of the house. She looks up from her phone and gasps, her eyes widening with surprise. "Fernando, what on Earth are you doing?"

"Nothing!" Fernando quickly replies in a nervous tone. "Now, shoo, go away! Don't tell anyone I was here."

Violet looks at him weirdly, but does as he says and walks inside. She smiles at everyone. "Mornin' Tanners and Gibbler's."

"Morning, Violet." Jackson smiled. Violet then walked around the table and sat at the empty place by Jackson, setting her phone on the table.

"All eyes on me right now." Kimmy calls out, gaining everyone's attention. She turns the chair at the head of the table around so it faces her. She then pulls DJ over and makes her sit down. "Yes. I have a deep, dark secret that affects everyone in this room. The truth is I didn't shave my legs today."

Violet looks out the window with wide eyes when she heard a thud. She knew that Fernando had fallen and she hoped he didn't get hurt. Why he was hanging on the side of the house? She didn't know why and she wasn't for sure if she wanted to know why. Stephanie had turned around as well, looking out the window with confusion.

"What was that noise?" DJ questioned, turning to face the window with confusion.

"Woah, woah, woah!" Kimmy looks nervous as she waves her hands around, trying to get everyone's attention. "Still confessing, hi." DJ turns back to face Kimmy. "I also...Didn't shave my legs yesterday." Kimmy sighs with relief. "Phew! Glad I got that off my chest." She then went to go sit down by her daughter, sitting across from Violet.

Stephanie's face scrunches up with disgust. "I'm not."

"Ramona, you better get ready. Your dad's coming to pick you up." Kimmy told Ramona.

Ramona shrugs. "He's always late."

"I have a feeling he won't be today." Kimmy smiled nervously.

As she drinks out of her cup of Orange Juice, Violet glances at the back door when Fernando walks in, covered in leaves. "Good morning! Lovely to see you all for the first time today. I just dropped by to pick up Ramona."

Literally, Violet thought as she sat the cup down. "I did not literally drop, of course." Fernando quickly said and Violet chuckles quietly. "If I had dropped, I would have to be on the roof and why would I be on the roof? And by the way, here's your Frisbee." Fernando then handed Jackson his orange Frisbee he had been hiding behind his back.

Jackson looks at him with confusion, but still smiles and takes the Frisbee from him, setting it on the table. Ramona smiles and stands by her dad. "Papa, what are we doing today?

"We're going to the zoo." Fernando smiled.

Ramona sighs. "I'm not a little kid anymore. So no more zoo, no more American Girl store, no more Build-A-Bear-"

"Woah!" Fernando interrupts her and he looks offended. "I can live without the zoo and the bears." He frowns. "But the American Girl store? They're not just dolls. They're heroes with emotional stories."

Then the doorbell rings. Stephanie smiles and stands up. "Oh! I know who that is."

"Me too." DJ smiles. She gestures for everyone to follow her. "Come on, everybody."

Violet and Jackson stand up and along with Stephanie they follow DJ into the living room. "Hey, everybody!" Danny Tanner greeted once Stephanie had opened the door.

"Hi!" Stephanie smiled.

"Grandpa!" Max cheered.

Danny walks in as Stephanie closes the door and gives everyone a hug besides Kimmy. "Dad, you know you don't have to ring the doorbell. It is your house." Stephanie reminded her dad.

"I wasn't ringing it, I was, uh," Danny holds up a rag with a sheepish look on his face. "Cleaning it."

"Not surprised." Violet chuckled with a smile on her face.

"Either way, thank you for not just barging into my home." Kimmy commented.

"Yeah." Danny looks at her with annoyance. "I hate people who do that."

"Dad, it's so great to see you again." DJ spoke.

"This worked out so great." Danny sets his bag on the ground, smiling at everyone. "I get to hang out with everybody for a whole day right before my Wake Up, San Francisco reunion show."

Kimmy furrows her eyebrows. "Isn't it kinda sad when they drag out the old cast for some lame reunion show?"

"Not when the show is adored by millions and the stars are beloved cultural icons." Danny answered and smiled widely and then Kimmy smiled widely.

"Grandpa, did you bring us anything?" Max questioned.

"Your present is seeing your grandpa." DJ voiced.

"But it'd be more of a present if he had real presents." Jackson chimed in.

"Alright, how about some cold hard cash?" Danny asks, pulling his wallet out of pocket. He hands five dollars to Max. "Alright, here's five bucks for you."

"Yeah!" Max jumped up and down out of excitement and then ran out of the room.

"Five bucks for you." Danny handed the five dollar bill to Jackson.

"Cool." Jackson smiled, taking the five bucks and then left the room.

Violet reaches her hand out and Danny narrows his eyes at her. "You're not my grandkid."

"No, but you're my favorite TV show host." Violet smiled sweetly at her.

Danny sighs and hands her a five dollar bill. "Alright, you wore me down."

"Thanks, Danny." Violet grins, taking the five dollar bill. "You're the best."

"I got it!" Violet cheers when she finally got a handle on using the drone. She grimaces when messed up and the drone bumped into the tree. "Never mind, I don't got it."

"Maybe I should take the wheel." Jackson laughed, taking the controller from her.

"Yeah, that's probably for the best." Violet nods. She watches in awe as Jackson uses the controller to fly the drone around. "You make it look so easy."

Jackson chuckles. "It is pretty easy."

"Hey, pal." An upset Max said to Jackson as he walked outside. Jackson made the drone land on the ground and then set the controller on the bench he and Violet stood by.

"What's up, Max?" Violet questions, raising her eyebrows and puts one hand on her hip. "What's with that look?"

Max glares at Jackson. "I've got a bone to pick with you. I took your advice about lying and now I need a firetruck at Taylor's party tomorrow."

"Why would you say a dumb thing like that?" Jackson inquired.

"I took your advice about lying." Max responds, looking at him with disbelief. "Try to keep up."

"Yeah, that's your first mistake." Violet nods, pointing at Jackson. "Taking his advice."

"Hey," Jackson glances at her with offense. "I don't have bad advice!"

"Sometimes you do." Violet shrugs. "Like telling Max he should lie." She glances at Max with sympathy. "So, what happened, buddy?"

"I showed 'em the picture of Jackson and dad on the firetruck and it just popped out." Max frowns and sits on the bench. "It's not fair! I never got a ride with dad."

Violet and Jackson sympathetically smiles at him. Violet stands behind the bench, leaning her hands on the back of it and looks at the boys as Jackson sits by Max on the bench. "You know, if dad was here, he would have totally gotten you a firetruck for Taylor's birthday. And you know what?" He smiles. "That's exactly what I'm gonna do."

"Wait," Violet's eyes widen. "What?" While she thought the idea was sweet, how was Jackson going to get Max able to ride on a firetruck?

"Really?" Max's face lights up and he beams at his brother. "What a great big brother!" Jackson smiled and hugged Max back when his brother hugged him.

"What are you gonna do?" Max asked.

"I have no idea." Jackson admitted.

"Yeah, I thought so." Violet nodded.

"Well, please come up with something or all my friends are gonna hate me." Max pleads. "But hey, no pressure.

"Don't worry, Max. I'll help him come up with something." Violet reassured him.

"Thanks, Violet." Max smiled.

Violet was now at the fire station with Max, Jackson, and Danny. "Thanks for driving us, grandpa." Jackson told Danny.

"Well, your mom's stuck at work. It's lucky I'm here." Danny commented.

"Yeah, we appreciate you driving us." Violet smiled.

"Alright, let's get Max a ride on that firetruck." Danny smiled.

Jackson nods in agreement. "Oh!" He looks at Max with a grin. "Are you ready with the cute face, Max?"

Max points at his face. "This face was born ready." Violet chuckles and crosses her arms. "Should I go with 'Christmas morning'?" Max looks excited like how he would on Christmas morning. "Or 'bedtime already'?" Then he pouted and had puppy dog eyes.

Then a fireman cleaning the truck notices the boys. "Hey, aren't you Tommy Fuller's kids?"

"Yeah." Jackson nodded.

"I'm sorry about your dad." The fireman apologized.

"Thanks." Jackson smiles. "Is Chief Thompson around?"

"He's retired." The fireman explains. He gestures with a nod of his head to a man walking over. "That's the new chief, Mulrooney." After seeing the stern look on his chief's face, he quickly walked away.

The group turns to face Chief Mulrooney as Max hides behind Jackson, pretending to look shy. "Hi." Jackson greets. "I'm Jackson and this is my brother, Max." He points at Max, who held on Jackson's arm and waves slightly at him. "Now, Max." Jackson whispered to him. Max then looked at the chief with a pout and puppy dog eyes.

Chief Mulrooney looks at him with confusion. "What's wrong with this kid?"

"My brother needs a ride on a firetruck, like I got from my dad." Jackson responded.

"Sorry, son. These trucks aren't toys. Sounds like the last chief bent the rules." Chief Mulrooney said. Then Max did the facial expression that was called 'Christmas morning'. Chief Mulrooney looks at him with furrowed eyebrows. "Are you sure this kid's okay?"

"Yeah, he's fine." Violet chuckled.

"Hey, wait a second." Chief Mulrooney's eyes widen when he recognized Danny. "I know you."

Danny laughs a bit and smiles widely. "Yes, you probably do. I'm television's Danny Tanner." He glances at the kids with a reassuring smile. "Kids, I got this." He looks back at the chief. "You probably remember me from Wake Up, San Francisco, a show I hosted for twenty-eight years." He gets his wallet out of his pocket. "In fact, would you like an autograph photo? This is your lucky day. I actually have them in wallet-size." He picked out a wallet-size photo of himself, handing it to the chief.

"July 13th, 1991." Chief Mulrooney speaks. "Wake Up, San Francisco was doing a segment on public servants with interesting hobbies."

"Oh, I remember that show." Danny nods. "We had a break-dancing paramedic."

"Yeah. And you let him do two numbers." Chief Mulrooney said in a bitter tone. "And then you ran out of time. For guess who?" He glares at Danny. "The singing fireman."

Danny looks at him apologetically. "Chief, that was a long time ago. Could we just focus on the kids here?"

Chief Mulrooney pretends he's wearing an ear piece and that someone is telling him something. "Oh, I'm sorry." He puts the wallet-size photo in the front pocket of Danny's blazer. "My producers are telling me we don't have time for this segment." He then walked away.

Violet scoffs. "Well, he was bitter."

Danny sighs, looking at Max with a frown. "I'm sorry, Max."

"It's okay, grandpa." Max reassures him as he looks sad. "You tried."

"I call." Danny set all his poker chips on the middle of the table.

"Guys, it's getting late." DJ announced, walking into Jackson's and Max's room where Violet, Jackson, Max, and Danny were playing poker.

"Nobody's going to bed 'till I get my money back." Danny told her.

"In your dreams, old man." Violet teased him.

"This one keeps getting in my head, trying to mess me up." Danny points at her and looks at her with a small glare. He sighs. "It usually works." Violet smiles in victory and DJ chuckles. Danny looks at each of them. "These guys are cleaning me out. But that ends now." He grins and sets his deck on the table. "Tens and queens. Full house."

Jackson smirks, laying his deck of cards he had in his hand on the table. "Kings and aces. Fuller house." He then moved all the poker chips towards him

"And I got a whole lot of nothing." Violet sets her cards on the table and she pouts, crossing her arms "This game is stupid."

"You're just upset 'cause you lost." Jackson chuckled.

"Yeah, exactly." Violet nodded.

"Mom, you wanna take my spot?" Max asked his mom and laid on his bed.

"Not having a great day, huh, buddy?" DJ walked over to her son and sat by him, grabbing his arm and pulling him up so he's sitting up.

"I think I'm gonna head home for the night." Violet announces and she stands up. She smiles at everyone and begins to walk out of the room. "Good night, Fullers. I'll see you in the morning."

****

The next day Violet and Jackson walk inside the house, seeing Stephanie in the living room. "Hey, Aunt Steph. Have you seen grandpa?" Jackson asked the blonde.

Stephanie looks at him with confusion and glances at the couch. "I'm right here." Danny spoke, outstretching his arms as he looked at Jackson and Violet with offense.

Violet's eyes widen and she gasps when she saw Danny laying on the couch. She realized he had on a blazer that was made out of the same fabric of the couch. "Wow, where did you get that blazer? We didn't even see you, Danny. You blended in with the couch."

"Since Cosmo tore up part of the old couch I had a blazer made of the original fabric of that couch for him before the couch was fixed." Stephanie smiled.

"Oh," Violet said in realization and she smiles. "That's sweet, Steph."

"Come on, grandpa. We need you upstairs." Jackson gestured for Danny to follow him and Violet upstairs.

"Alright." Danny spoke and got off the couch.

"Hey, Max, your ride's here." DJ announced as she, Jackson, Violet, and Danny walked into the boys room.

Max sat on his bed with a present on his lap. He looks at his mom with confusion. "But I thought you were driving me."

"I think you'll like this ride a little better." Jackson told him.

"More like a lot better." Violet smiled.

"Anybody need a lift on a firetruck?"

Max looks over at the window with shock when he heard a fireman talk and saw him on a firetruck. He looks back at the others with excitement. "For real?"

Violet chuckles. "For real, Max."

"Your grandpa, brother, and Violet arranged it." The fireman explained with a smile.

"Well, I pulled a few strings, but this whole thing was Jackson's and Violet's idea." Danny confessed.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Max excitedly said, getting off the bed and rushing over to hug Jackson and Violet. Violet smiled and hugged him back along with Jackson.

"You're welcome, Max." Violet responded.

"Go on, you little doofus." Jackson commented and Max excitedly ran over to the bay window. Violet and Jackson followed him over to the bay window, watching as Max climbed onto the ladder and made sure he got on safely.

Violet nudges Jackson and smiles at him when he looked at her. "This was actually a good idea."

"It only worked 'cause I had your help." Jackson told her and he shared a smile with her as he wrapped his arm around her, pulling her in for a side hug.
