Pinkie POV
I woke up to some back pain I got out of bed and went to take a bath Cheese was downstairs working I got in and relax I felt a strange pain that went from my back to my stomach I got out and felt something warm going down my leg and gasped "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I screamed at the top of my lungs I lay down on the bed as I heard running up the stairs "WHAT'S WRONG!?!!." Mrs.Cake asked "MY WATER BROKE!!!" I said "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed as I felt another contraction she ran to me "HONEY GO GET CHEESE AND PINKIE'S DOCTOR PINKIE'S WATER BROKE!" She said she turned to me "Okay just breathe in and out!" She told me I tried "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" I screamed Mrs.Cake held my hoof until Cheese could get here I squeezed it hard as another contraction came this was terrible "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH THIS HURTS SO BAD!" I screamed again Mr.Cake came in "I CAN'T FIND CHEESE AND HER DOCTOR ISN'T IN PONYVILLE!" He said this got me worried tears were running down my face and I was panting "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" I screamed someone came running in it was my friends "we were passing by when we heard a scream and we ran in here!" Applejack said they looked and saw I was in pain they knew right away I was in labor "we have to get her to the hospital!" Twilight said "WE DON'T HAVE TIME I NEED TO PUSH  AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I said she put a sound proof barrier around the room so no one could here Cheese came running in and saw me he grabbed my hoof "THIS ALL YOUR FAULT I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" I screamed "Does anypony here know how to deliver a foul?" Mrs.Cake asked "I know how to." Fluttershy said "thank Celestia could you deliver Pinkie's foul?" Applejack asked Fluttershy nodded they went on both sides of my bed Fluttershy was at the front of my bed Cheese had one hoof and Mr.Cake had my other "so your  8 hoofmeters I shouldn't be long." Fluttershy said "AAAAHHHHHHHH!" I screamed thank goodness for the sound proof barrier
A few minutes later
"Okay Pinkie at your next contraction I need you push." Fluttershy said I squeezed Cheese and Mr.Cake hoof and I pushed down "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH." I screamed "your doing good Pinkie breathe." Fluttershy said I breathed  "and Push!" Fluttershy said I pushed down "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH THIS HURTS CHEESE I'M GONNA KILL YOU YOU ARE NEVER TOUCHING ME AGAIN AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I said this hurt bad tears came out of my eyes "it will be okay Pinkie you'll be okay!" Cheese said "SHUT UP YOU DID THIS TO ME!" I said "don't worry Cheese it's just the pain talking." Fluttershy said I breathed "wow this foul doesn't want to come out you've been pushing for 2 hours now and still I don't see a head." Fluttershy said I sighed I felt the need to push I pushed hard squeezing Cheese and Mr.Cake hoof "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I screamed "Keep going the head is starting to crown you'll feel a lot of pressure as the foul head moves down scream if you need to and Push!" Fluttershy said I pushed down hard as hard as I could "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed I want her out of me of course I knew it wasn't over I was pregnant with triplets I had to do this two more time "Oh almost baby number 1 is almost out!" Fluttershy said I Pushed hard soon crying filled the room I wasn't happy yet I still had two more I pushed down again I need to get them out of me "AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" I screamed I hated this I never want to go through this again Cheese is definitely gonna die why was I in labor now my back definitely was in so much pain I was getting tired "Keep going Pinkie one more push and baby number 2 will come into this world." Fluttershy said I pushed down hard and baby number 2 is out one more to go I really hate this "are you ready Pinkie?" Fluttershy asked I nodded "Okay now PUSH!" Fluttershy said "AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed and pushed down hard I was really tired "One more push Pinkie!" Fluttershy said "I-I can't this is way too hard I can't keep go-going." I panted "Yes you can I believe in you honey it's just one more and then we have our kids!" Cheese said I panted sweat was pouring down my face I feel like I'm gonna pass out "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I screamed in agony but I took a deep breath and pushed so hard that it would get her out of me "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed and it was over they were out and was happy I didn't get a chance to see them as I passed right out after she was born
