5 years have past since Pinkie was taken and Ponyville is still looking for her what they don't know is they are to late Pinkie was in the middle of life or death and she wanted death to be free from the pain Pinkie became pregnant with her second after 5 years she was 6 months along hoping and praying that she would be saved Cheese still beat her but at least he was careful he was about to hit her again until a knock on the door interrupted him he went to answer it

Outside his door was the royal guards on of them was Shining Armor "we have by royal degree to search your house and arrest you." Shining Armor said Cheese was arrested while Shining Armor and the others looked around the heard crying coming from one the rooms Shining Armor gave the word to knock it down and let him go in first there inside they found her Pinkie Pie who has been missing five years was found pregnant and barely alive Shining Armor went to her and undid her bonds Pinkie was scared Shining Armor could see that "it's all right Pinkie your safe with us now." Shining Armor said and led her out the sun blinded Pinkie Cheese was taken to Ponyville and to be shown to all of his face Shining Armor met up with the guards "Take Cheese Sandwich to Princess Celestia in Ponyville and tell her that Pinkie Pie has been found I will escort her to the hospital and guard her." Shining Armor said the guards went to obey his commend after they left Shining Armor turned to Pinkie who was really beat up and hurt "everything will be okay Pinkie he won't be able to hurt you again." He said in soft soothing voice and telported them to Ponyville hospital Pinkie was taken to room with Shining Armor standing outside of her door

Twilight was pacing around the castle everypony watching her a guard came in he bowed "your highness that tip was proven useful we have found her barely alive and pregnant she was taken to Ponyville hospital with Captain Armor watching over her." The guard said "and the suspect?" Twilight asked "we have him custody and we were told by Captain Armor to bring him to you." The guard said "bring him in." Twilight commended the guard left and came back with Cheese Sandwich nopony was surprised after looking at him a decision was made "Keep him in cell until his trial which will be when Pinkie gets better then he will walk through Ponyville to Canterlot." Twilight said and Cheese was taken away into the cell "very good on how you handled it Twilight." Princess Celestia said "Thank you now let's go see Pinkie." Twilight said and they left

At the hospital Shining Armor was still standing outside of Pinkie's door when Twilight and the others came he smiled at his sister and they hugged "thank you for watching over her." Twilight said Shining Armor smiled "I'm warning you now Twily the way she is it isn't nice." Shining Armor warned and went in with them they gasped there she was completely bruised and beaten her stomach was big a good sign that she was pregnant "has the doctor told you anything?" Twilight asked "no I told then to expect you and they said okay." Shining Armor said nurse Redheart came in she bowed and got up again "Can you please tell us about her condition?" Twilight asked nurse Redheart nodded "she came as you can see she was beat quite a bit there are also signs that she was electricuted several times as well as raped she is 6 months pregnant with triplets all fillies bruises." Nurse Redheart said "poor girl she has been through so much I hope she'll be okay after this." Rarity said the others nodded they heard a sound coming from the bed they all looked Pinkie's family came closer while everypony else stayed back "Pinkie?" Maud asked tears in her eyes she let them fall as she heard a replied it was soft and only heard by Maud she cried "Pinkie your alive!" Maud said Pinkie spoke louder for everypony to hear it
"M-Maud?" Pinkie asked as she opened her eyes and looked she sat up slowly and with help she hugged Maud and Maud hugged back tears flowing freely the let go of each other "Maud where am I?" Pinkie asked "your in the hospital Pinkie mom,dad,Limestone,Marble,your friends,their husbands,Shining Armor,the Princesses,and the Cakes are here." Maud said Pinkie looked around and saw everypony more tears formed in her eyes Pokey went to her she saw him and held out her hooves he hugged her as she cried once she calmed down he didn't leave her side "looks like Harmony gonna have more siblings huh?" Pokey asked Pinkie nodded "How is she?" Pinkie asked "she is fine she knows all about you and really wants to meet you as a matter of fact she is actually waiting out in the waiting room." Pokey said at that moment the door opened and in came a Pink blur "MOMMY!" She cried and ran to her Pokey lifted her up and Pinkie cuddled with her she cuddled back "I missed you mommy." Harmony said "I missed you to my little Harmony." Pinkie said  Harmony saw Pinkie's big stomach "mommy have you always been fat?" Harmony asked everypony tried to stop a laugh "Well Harmony your gonna be a big sister." Pinkie said "Pinkie would you like to know how far along you are?" Nurse Redheart asked Pinkie nodded "your 6 months pregnant with triplets to colts and a filly." Nurse Redheart said Pinkie was shocked "Pokey think we can handle four kids at once?" Pinkie asked Pokey nodded the family of three would soon become the family of six "Pinkie do you know how long you've been gone?" Twilight asked Pinkie shook her head "we have been looking for you for five years." Twilight said Pinkie was shocked
