It's not that Minho stopped caring for Jisung, he definitely missed the silly immature antics of the younger boy.

He had always felt close with Jisung, the squirrel-like boy, and he had always had a special bond, they had been friends since a very young age. He still hadn't found someone who he could trust like he trusted Jisung, he doubted that he would.

He often thought back to the times when things were simpler when he hadn't made the mistake of pushing Jisung out of his life.

He couldn't go back to him though, not after everything that's happened. He was now one of the most popular boys in his grade and he had a reputation to uphold.

As much as he cared for and missed Jisung, he couldn't ruin his chances of being accepted by the rest of his peers.

"Jisung will be starting middle school tomorrow, surprisingly that'll be the first time I'll be seeing him in a while," the boy's thoughts wandered to his so-called friends, the ones that put the idea of pushing Jisung away into his head, "how will they react if I go talk to him? Will he even want to talk to me? They'll probably start teasing me again if I go talk to him, I can't have that." The boy drifted off to sleep, the thoughts swirling on his mind coming to a slow stop.
