Ayanna is a feisty girl with a foul mouth. She says what is on her mind and is way too blunt to be viewed as polite. She has a nasty temper and tends to act before thinking. Still she has a way to be charming. People tend to be attracted to confidence, and that she has. She has a striking confidence in everything she does, even when she has no idea what she is doing. Has your mother ever asked you: "Would you jump of a bridge if your friends did?" When you said you did it because of a friend? Well Ayanna is the one to scowl you that way, she hates it when you blame things on others. Your choices were yours. She tends to hold into that. That everyone is free to make their own choices. The idea that someone would be able take those choices away from her, that frightens her. She never wants to feel that feeling.

Ayanna gets easily annoyed. She has very little patience for anything, including herself. If you want to play mind games with someone, Ayanna is not a very good opponent. She is not patience or cunning enough for those games. She tries to keep things fair and square, something that has hurt her more than once. She is head strong and works good under stress, something necessary when you fight with super villians on almost daily basis. She can keep her head cool in bad situations. When you see this girl panic, you can already dig your own grave because everyone is going to die. Ayanna has a sharp tongue and she maybe does not know how to play mind games, she surely knows how to insult someone. She gives you a charming smile and says venomous words the next second.

Ayanna is used to adored and though it is cute, it is getting annoyed. When someone gives her a compliment over her appearance she will most likely just roles her eyes. Trust problems in a person? Ayanna would do. She is not used that people care about her for her. They are forced to and she hates it. She is in constant struggle with herself. Sometimes she loves herself, sometimes she hates herself and sometimes both at once. When Ayanna wants, she can be flirty and have fun. This usually happens when she just wants to forget about everything. It are not even her pickup lines that are good, it is simply her body language and the looks she gives that tell everything. This does not happen a lot and when it does it feels like she is a whole different person.

Another side of Ayanna is her strong sense of justice. She hates when someone has been treated wrongly and will act or say some. She will always call you out on your bullshit and stands up for those who need it. She might look like a snobby bítch sometimes, but she cares for others and would easily sacrifice herself for the greater good. If you looked at it that way, she's selfless but selfish at the same time. She can't handle the pain of losing someone, so she would rather have them feel that pain then feel it herself . She is a natural leader and will quickly come up with a plan. Is it a good plan? Not always but at least she has one. She strongly believes that you can only disagree if you yourself can with something better. You think someone takes wrong decisions? Well what decisions would you make? How would you make it better?

Ayanna was born to a woman who could not remember the father of her baby. Her mother was a wild child, always partying and she did never listen to her parent who told her it was foolish. Because of this partying she was giving birth to a baby girl at the age 18. After a painful, and very long, birth Ayanna was finally born. She was brought up at her grandparents home. Her mother was still in college and her sweet grandparents loved to take care of their grand daughter while they stupid but loving daughter was attending to collage. Ayanna's mother did never blame her baby for anything, she loved her daughter more than anything.

Ayanna grew up very happy. She had a loving family and though she did not have a father, she was happy. She was a lovely child, a little naughty but sweet and caring. When Ayanna was 6 her mother met someone. She was a girl who worked at the coffee bar where she always came and it immediately clicked. They started dating after a few months and after 12 months of dating they married. The woman her mother married with, loved Ayanna like she was her own, and that feeling was returned. Ayanna and her two mothers moved out and started living on their own. Ayanna loved both her mothers. Her biological mother was sweet but chaotic while her other mother was caring but orders. They were the perfect match.

When Ayanna was 12 it happened. She was star gazing with her parents and they started to do gross, kissing and stuff, so she walked away. She was a few hundred feet away, watching the starts peacefully, when she noticed something shining at her right. Turning around she came face to face with a white shining stone. She did not know where it came from, but it was as if it was calling her. Ayanna was young and curious, she did not know better, and she touched the stone. An unbearable pain shot through her and she screamed. She did not remember what happened after that. Her mothers told her that they heard her scream and ran to her. They found her lying on the ground, screaming and crying. They immediately brought her to the hospital where she stayed for two days before she woke up. They never saw any stone.

When Ayanna woke up she had changed. Everyone looked at her with a looks of adoration, at her face that was so perfect it looked like she was a goddess, at her eyes that shone like the moon. It did not take her long to understand she was a meta human. She locked herself in her room for weeks, she refused to come out until she had control over her powers. With the permission of her parents they moved to the country to give her space and time to fully control her powers without hurting people. At the age of 17 she returned to the city and became an overnight super hero with the alias Angel.
