The SMP Amira was on was still at war with one another. She couldn't understand why they were at war, but she was certain it wasn't ending soon.

It hurt the first time she trusted a certain group only to find them planning to betray and kill her. She wasn't going to make the same mistake again. That's why she has stayed neutral since the beginning of the server. That's the reason why they sort of gave her the nickname the "All Fair Amira."

Besides her acting as a somewhat judge for the server, Amira ran a business where she sells potions to whoever had the money to pay for it.

Her most frequent customer was a boy named Jonathan. He was great at PvP, but he sucks at everything else. Building, Redstone, anything besides PvP. Amira remembered that Jonathan used to strike fear into the eyes of everyone in the server. That was until another member of the SMP, who so happens to be Jonathan's brother Jason, trapped the guy within 5 minutes.

Apparently Jonathan kept mixing the wrong ingredients for strength potions, and got the portions wrong as well. Which was why the guy had Amira to brew potions for him.

"You should just join my team, you know? You're decent at PvP, a great potion brewer, and have lot's of resources!" Jonathan said one day, as he leaned against the spruce wall of Amira's little shack. "You know I like to stay neutral. What would be of my business?" Amira pointed out, as she placed some empty potion bottles in the nearby chest.

"But my team is by far the richest and with the most members!" Jonathan said, trying to convince the pink-haired female.

"If you consider 5 members  the most amount of members for a team compared to the total of 27 members of this server, then sure buddy." Amira said, as she placed the potions in a small box.

"Come on Amira, it's real fun being in a team." Jonathan said, as he showed off his cape. "My team even have custom capes and shields made!" he said, trying to sound as convincing as he can.

"And how can you be certain you can trust your teammates? That they aren't being a spy for a different team, or are planning to just use you?" Amira said, as she gave a serious look towards Jonathan. It seems as though something snapped within Amira.

The boy suddenly realized why Amira wasn't siding with anyone. Why she hasn't joined a team or faction ever since the start of the server.

"You're afraid." He said. "Afraid that we'd turn against you, and leave you all alone." Jonathan said, as he slowly approached Amira. "I get it. But there are times you have to depend on others too. Trust others too." He said. Amira's eyes started to water. "How can someone put their trust on others... It's so difficult. I don't want to get hurt." Amira said, as Jonathan opened his arms and pulled Amira into a hug.

"I know whatever you've been through in your previous server was horrible. But, we're in a new environment with different people. I think it's time you learn to put your trust on someone." Jonathan said as he hugged Amira gently, as she sobbed onto his black shirt.

"They tried to kill me." Amira whispered, as she seemed to calm down slightly. "I don't want to be betrayed again."

"I'll keep you safe." Jonathan said, as he stroke Amira's hair.

"Aye, am I interrupting or?" Jason said, as he held the door to the shack slightly open.

"Oh go away Jason!" Jonathan said, his cheeks slightly red. Amira smiled as she watched the two brothers chase each other around. She wiped the now dried tears off her face and sighed. Jonathan was right. It was time that Amira started trusting others. Start to move on.

Facts!

- Amira, Jonathan and Jason (and others that weren't mentioned) arrived to this new server 2 months before the events of this chapter.

- Before arriving to the server, Amira was a part of this other server. She had a team, a group of friends she trusted but she soon found out that they were planning to betray her and kill her. So she took her essentials and fled from that server. A year later, she was given an invitation to an SMP. (Which is this one)

- Jason is younger than Jonathan by only 2 years! But despite that, Jason acts more like the older brother.

- Jonathan is clumsy, but really great at reading other people's emotions and basically understanding others.

- Yes this is an SMP that existed before during the pandemic that I made back in the days. It's now ded btw lolz so I just took my old classmates characters, made em some lore and boom. They don't know so let it stay this way. I mean that they don't know I made lore and stories and backstories and yes.

- Amira, unlike all of my other OC's, isn't a reflection or parallel to me in anyway. Lilian and Kara reflect myself in so many ways, to the point we are identical-ish with some different features here and there, while Amira is completely her own person.

- If my old classmates (from my first 2 years of high school) sees this, screw you guys

- Same case for Jonathan and Jason, they aren't a parallel to their irl personas? whatever it's called.

- Jonathan was inspired by some therapist character I made back in the year 2019

- And probably yes Amira and Jonathan will become a canon ship in their universe.
