MEDICINE CAT TRIALS  (1/5)

So, what is this, you ask? It is an "event", so to say, that we test things that medicine cats can do besides forage and train. Ever since the war, they haven't had much to do. So, we have two suggestions from cats that all medicine cats may do!

FIRST: Cooking. Only medicine cats may be able to cook. Prey can be cooked, and you will earn one extra energy by eating cooked prey. You also will be able to skip one day of eating. You can also cook herbs, which can heal better and enhance your hunting. Cooking takes one energy.

SECOND: Blessings. Medicine cats may do a ritual to bless kits and mates. Blessed cats will be happier and healthier. Non-blessed will be normal. The cursed, however, will be less healthy and unhappy. I'm thinking of making this take two energy, because rituals and stuff. This is the closest you all are getting to a cult honestly.

These trials for these two things will be for three/five moons. If feedback is positive, they will stay in the game! If the feedback is negative, they will be removed from the game. Medicine cats, if you have any ideas, please don't hesitate to dm me!

Indigo, who is perched on a log, preens her feathers. She hears a low, dangerous hiss from behind her and goes to fly away. Unfortunately, a claw snags her wing and rips out a chunk of her feathers. She crashes into the ground and chirps weakly for help.

The cat bites into her other wing and tears it off ruthlessly. The bird quickly dies of blood loss.

The cat slips away into the darkness.

Oceanmist relaxes in the camp, her mind void of any worries. An unknown cat brushes their tail against her flank and beckons for her to follow them. While she is slightly suspicious, she still allows them to lead her into the forest.

The cat tries to attack her, but she snarls and barrels into them. "I knew you had bad intentions!"

The murderer runs away, already tired from dealing with a feathery situation. Their pitch black fur reflects sunlight as they weave through the trees and are eventually out of sight.

Ravenclaw weaves through the trees. A cat smashes into them and forces them against the forest foliage. He cries out and pummels the attacker with his back paws until they let go.

The attacker tries again and snaps at his neck, but only gets a mouthful of his fur. Ravenclaw scratches their face in retaliation and continues to assault the unknown cat. Tiredness seeps into his bones and he hopes that they will soon leave him alone.

The cat finally disappears.

Oceanmist is pulled backwards and thrown into a dug hole. "Another one? Oh, come on! I won't go down without a fight!"

Dirt starts to be shoved into the hole, making her cough. She screeches in indignation and fury. She digs her claws into the wall and thrusts herself upwards. She continues this motion until her legs ache and she's close to the top.

The attacker tries to pry her paws off the edge, but she doesn't allow it. Risking one final leap, she tackles the cat and find's herself completely out of the hole.

Too tired to fight, she runs for safety. Before she gets away, she hear's the murderer speak.

"Oh, I have had such bad luck today. I should have brought a pet with me."
