Who am I to get in between?
I've always been generous since we were teens.
If  you love him, I'll let you
even if  it makes my heart split in two

You're my sister, so it's okay
at least in my life, he'll stay
I'll  put my feelings aside..
at least you'll be happy as his bride..

We met at a revel with some rebels
I was alone just watching people dancing
then you offered me a dance with a smile
and when you said "hi"
I forgot my dang name
you set my heart aflame

I love my sister more than anything in this life..
I'd choose her happiness over mine..
everytime..

If I told her that I loved him, she'd be silently resigned
he's be Mine... she would say I'm fine
she would be lying

"A toast to the groom!"
I exclaimed across the room
"To the bride!"
Tears falling at my face's side
"May you always... be satisfied"

He will never be satisfied

Hello there! Wonderful readers! This poem is inspired by the song Satisfied by Lin- Manuel Miranda which was performed by Renee, Philippa, and Lin himself. This is from the broadway musical Hamilton, and I really fell in love with it, the story is really great. You should really check it out. Anyways, Peace out!!!
