Today is a very special day for me
The same day when I was able to see
The boy who will always be with me
Unexpressible is my joy and glee

I cant imagine my life without you
We had memories in the sun and dew
Our childhood fights were very few
But my love is true for you

We grew up holding each other's hands
We've tied rakhis and friendship bands
We've been together to all places
We've tied each others shoe laces

Boarding school bus with you
Drawing pics with red and blue
Playing games with an extra clue
Were my favourite times with you

You can fill confidence in me
I love the way you care for me
You can break fears within me
You can create love within me

We make a strong team together
You can bear my worst bleather
You are my partner in some crimes
You are my pride at all times

I am glad I am your sister
You are sharp as an Astor
I will be on your side always
You can count on me on all days

Thank you for being a shoulder to lean
Thank you, you are at all times seen
Making me free from troubles, clean
Thank you for the one you've been

P.S: I dedicate this poem for my lovely brother ❤. I've actually written this for his birthday. Rakhi is tied to brothers by sisters in India . Below is the image a girl tying Rakhi to her brother. It represents their pure bond of love and care. The meaning of Astor here is a Greek God.
