Looks: Seel is a pinniped Pokemon with a thick hide covered in bluish white fur. She has pale tan skin, her mouth having a large pink tongue and a pair of tusks. She has circular eyes and white hair. There is a small horn on her forehead.

Persobality: Seel becomes more active as the temperature drops. Preferring to sleep during the day, she hunts for prey under sheets of ice in the late day and evening hours. While she is a graceful swimmer, she is awkward and struggles to move on dry land.

Habits: She pokes her tongue out.

Likes: Cold weather.

Dislikes: Fishermen.
