This is a list of fairy types I fancy over others. Now this doesn't mean I wouldn't use the other fairy types. It just means these are my absolute favorites and I feel like they're really cool.

Keep in mind I don't rank based on stats or power. I rank based on how I like them and how they've done for me over the years. Or they could just be a Pokémon I like that I've never used. I haven't used many fairy types. Also keep in mind this is before Gen nine so it might've changed after Gen nine.

Anyways here's the list from bottom to top.

10-Enamorous: Although, not the most notable Pokémon in legends Arceus. This legendary had to make a spot on the list for its fairy-and-flying typing as well as for just being a really cool new Pokémon to add to Legends Arceus. It was one of the more surprising things about Legends Arceus and I'm glad they didn't show this Pokémon before letting people see it for themselves.

9-Alcremie: Honestly I like the idea of a cake-like Pokémon. Though, it isn't my favorite—in terms of I feel like all the flavors are unnecessary—it is one of the only unique fairy types due to how it is colorized. And I do like huge cakes. Lol.

8-Hatterene: While I do believe I prefer other fairy typings, I feel like Hatterene is probably my preferred over Gardevoir. I just like the witchy apparel to be honest. Not to mention the other two preevolutions are pretty cool and cute as well. Too bad I never used this Pokémon.

7-Klefki: I never used this Pokémon, but it's such a cool Pokémon and it's quite an interesting Pokémon. How did it become a key? I'd like to know.

6-Slurpuff: Probably the most tasty of the fairy types. Also isn't it weird that fairy type is basically just sweet foods? Weird.

5-Alolan Ninetales: I forget that the Ice-Fairy combo exists as I keep thinking it's a psychic type instead, but I really like the appeal of this form.

4-Shiinotic: despite never using this Pokémon, this Pokémon is in my top five because of its design.

3- Tapu Fini: to be honest, out of all of the Fairy type Tapus, Tapu Fini is my favorite because I swear it's the closest Pokémon in Gen seven to a dolphin.

2- Zacian: Honestly, I really like wolves. That's the main reason this OP Pokémon is so high. Also it's like one of the only Pokémon I managed to find a good enough personality for. Plus Lazarus is a really good name. Lol.

1-Snubbull/Granbull: Now to be honest, this one was predetermined to be my favorite Fairy type. I honestly just think it's super cute and super underrated as a fairy type. It's one of those Pokémon like Cacturne and Grumpig that I just happened to find myself loving over the years. And it's just so cute. It reminds me of Rubble from Paw Patrol. Mainly because it's also a bulldog I believe. It just doesn't look as much like one.

Honorable mentions:

⚠️WARNING⚠️: This mentions will have Gen 9 Pokémon in it. If you don't want to be spoiled to a Pokémon from Gen 9, then please skip. This was written before the Scarlet and Violet games were released.

1) Togekiss: Okay, I love this Pokémon. But this list wasn't big enough to rate every Faith type. Lol. But it would have been in the list if I wasn't more attracted to Shiinotic.

2) Xerneas: The only reason it didn't make it on the list was I was more about Klefki than Xerneas. Also I thought Zacian was cooler as a legend than Xerneas. Though deer are cool too!

3) Florges: This would have also made it on the list if I didn't want to include Enamorous. Too bad I wanted to include it.

4) Mr.Mime: Honestly this should have been on the list, but I was far more concerned with Tapu Fini for whatever reason. But hey, it's at least a good typing.

5) Fidough: apparently this Gen nine Pokémon is a fairy type. Huh. Woulda thought it was Rock type or something that would have made just as much sense as a fairy typing. But yeah. Fidough is determined as a cute little fairy type. So yeah. I can't really tell how I feel about it since all it is right now is a cute dough Pokémon, and I don't know how attached I'll get to it. But do know I've already created a fanfiction between Fidough and Yamper. So yeah.
