Hey, everyone, it's Risk with a long overdue update for this RP- a FAQ section.

Firstly, I would like to clarify a few areas of this RP that most people have questions about:

1. As just about anyone that sees my profile can tell you, I'm a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fanatic, though my world doesn't 100% parallel that of the main games. For one, human and Pokemon interactions are a thing in this constructed universe- though it is explained through the premise that the boundary between what is considered "PMD" and "main game regions" is not distance-based. In other words, it is impossible to walk (swim, I know) from, say, the Guild, to, say Kanto- not without help from certain powerful Pokemon that regulate those boundaries (such as the Tapu). For the most part, Pokemon aren't going to have an issue crossing this metaphorical boundary (as they aren't perceived as a threat), but to balance these "two worlds," human crossing isn't particularly permitted. This is why, despite their best efforts, it is not possible for humans to have knowledge of or travel to the "other side," though Pokemon do not suffer this same restriction (and why Pokemon with human knowledge and other "human" objects exist in the Pokemon world). The corollary to this is that backstories such as "previously owned by a Trainer" now makes sense. However, let's not turn this into a world of "Hey, my OC was abused by a Trainer and now he's here cause reasons." That cliche gets old pretty quickly, not going to lie.

2. The subject of miscolorated/illegal/etc Pokemon. While I spearheaded it originally, I do not condone my use of Curse as a gateway for this sort of antics. Regardless, if I do OK one for you, recall that they all have their downsides and upsides. For instance, I have Riku, a rather young Shaymin Cursed during the day/night transition that everyone knows Shaymin can recognize. This reacted with his natural ability to take in toxins from the surroundings and redirected it to overcoming overall discomfort and pain. Now, instead of taking in toxins readily, Riku will most likely be found drawing in pain and repairing damage with his touch (though not for long, as he still has to take that on himself, and an eight-year-old doesn't have the highest of pain tolerances). Moreover, his body refuses to return to Land Forme, and his colored fur simply changes to hues mirroring dead grass during the night instead, and his eyes change to a bright red. While this makes him look a great deal more ominous, his heart doesn't change at all, which can cause some misunderstanding. 

Keep in mind that if a Curse is invoked, I will require large amounts of detail, so be warned that I will make you work for it.
