Ok u may ask y these 3 pokemon, well they have turned pokemon or *coughs* Ash, to stone. Which takes a lot of power so I think that in order to turn to stone you have to deal a very high amount of damage. Well Oblivion Wing does this to anything living that touches the beam so in the game that should be the most damaging and scary move. Just think if Mew and Mewtwo turned Ash to stone, which I know he is human and Pokemon can take more than humans, but Mewtwo is known as the strongest pokemon and yet he doesnt turn that many things into stone. So Yveltal is deadly. Imagine Yveltal could even turn Arceus to stone.
