-POV: Jacky Cham the Pancham. (If you don't know him by now, probably should do a little recap.) Jacky, Pan Pan, or Jack (name and nicknames) is a pretty empty headed guy. He's best friends with a Kirlia names Kelly Miller who is the daughter of the principal, Mrs. Miller the Gardevoir. Pan Pan actually has a crush on her, but every time he mentions it, Kelly's denseness gets in the way.

AYEEE! Mr. Dino is the absolute best. His daughter Anna Marie (an Amoura) invited Kelly and I to come with her and her dad to China Town for the day! (Ahem. I'm like 50% Chinese! I'm a Pancham! DUHHH!) Mr. Dino is using his vacation days to get off work, while we students are calling in sick! (Mr. Dino is the best role model ever!)

"DADDY! YOU'RE IN THE WRONG LANE!!!" Anna Marie screamed as the car swerved. He's not the best at intercity driving.

"Well it's hard when you're wearing a blindfold sweetie," Mr. Dino said.

"WHY ARE YOU WEARING A BLINDFOLD?!"

"Well, sunglasses protect your eyes from sunlight with tinted lenses. Right?"

"Uh. Yes, but what does that have to do with the blindfold that you still are wearing?"

"This morning, I looked at the weather. Recently my eyes have been hurting an awful lot. I assumed that the sun had something to do with it. The weather today was very sunny. I took precautionary measures by wearing sunglasses. Then I thought, if sunglasses help reduce glare with a translucent lenses, then a blindfold, an opaque object, would reduce glare by one hundred percent!" Mr. Dino explained. WOW! Mr. Dino is soooo smart. Everyone says that Mr. Dino is a sorry joke for a teacher, but I've learned everything I know from him. I raised my Cs to Ds in a couple months! The Ds are obviously better because Cs stand for Cool, but Ds stand for Da Bestest!

Yep.

"YOU ARE STILL WEARING THE BLINDFOLD!!!" Anna Marie shouted.

"Didn't I explain it already? Ugh. Children. You always gotta explain things to them twelve times in a row because they always turn their music up so loud. I told you. Recently, my eyes have been hurting an awful lot, and the weather said that it was suppose..."

"You were the one who turned the music up to 100," Mr. Dino's daughter mentioned.

"THAT'S CUZ THIS SONG'S MY JAM!!!"

"This is a commercial," Anna Marie pointed out.

"I like the background music they chose for it."

See. He even has good taste in music.

"So, Kelly... Whatcha doin?" I asked.

"The exact same thing you're doing. Waiting for us to arrive," Kelly responded. Oh yeah. We're both in a car. The New Dice High Spring Dance is this Friday, and I'm planning to use this trip to ask her to the dance as my date. Yep.

-POV: Kelly Miller the Kirlia

OH MY GLOB! I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOO HYPED! Pan Pan just recently got me into Anime!!! Anime is Chinese, right? I cannot wait to get there! Time to waste all my money on lame merchandise because it's awesome!

-Later-

"Well, now that we've found a place to park that doesn't cost fifty dollars an hour, and it's only twelve blocks away!" Mr. Dino said as we hopped out of the car.

"Gotta love that inner city polluted air," Jacky broadcasted as he took a deep breath.

"Pan Pan, they said to make sure not to take deep breaths until your body adjusts to the air!" I frantically warned.

"Oops."

-Five Minutes Later-

"Kelly, you saved me! You know, CPR totally counts as a first kiss," Jacky wheezed as he woke up. (What a weird thing for a friend to say.)

"Um. Actually, I didn't do it. Mr. Dino did..."

Jacky's expression changed to disgust.

"OH! But I did freak out while Anna Marie filmed it!" I added. Pan Pan passed out again.

"OH MY!"

-One long walk later-

"Thanks for waking up after we carried you for the entire walk," I said as I caught my breath.

"Your welcome!"

Welcome to China Town kids!" Mr. Dino announced as he presented the out of place architecture of the sub-division. Whoa! So many useless dragon artworks lined the walls of the stores. So many Chinese vendors selling all kinds of stuff.

"We've got about three hours here, so be back here at the meeting point by dark!" Mr. Dino said. He went over to another place. Pan Pan, Anna Marie, and I wandered off in our own direction.

"Hey Jacky, where's all the anime merch?" I asked.

"Oh. Anime is Japanese."

"WHAT!?"

WHAT A FLIPPIN WASTE OF A DAY!!!!

-POV: Jack

Whoa! My parents took me to China when I was five! All the nostalgia! Kelly seems distracted by something. I'll ask her later.

We went through many shops where Kelly spent money just because she wanted to on stuff she didn't even know what they were.

"Kelly, that calender is for 2016," I mentioned.

"IT LOOKS PRETTY AND IT CAN GO NEXT TO MY POSTER FOR SWORD ART ONLINE!" Kelly said.

"Ok."

We did the same thing for a couple more stores until we realized something. We were hungry.

"Ohhhhh Chinese resteraunts!" I cheered.

"nǐ hǎo xiǎng nǐ xǐ huān chī shén me？(Hello what would you like to eat?)" they asked me.

"Uhhh," Kelly puzzled.

"I can't speak Chinese," I whispered to Kelly.

"wǒ huì qǐng yǒu hēi hú jiāo jī piàn. (I'll have the sliced chicken with black pepper,)" Anna Marie said. Kelly and I stood awestruck.

"wǒ de péng you zài zhè lǐ dōu jù yǒu xiāng tóng de. (My friends here will have the same,)" she added. The waiter nodded to us after she finished writing our orders and walked away.

"When could you speak Chinese?!" I questioned.

"I like learning languages! It's fun."

"You're weird," Kelly blankly stated.

"I mean really. You're strange," Kelly added. Anna Marie said she was going to the bathroom. Now it was just Kelly and me. I wonder what Mr. Dino is doing. No Pan Pan! Mr. Dino is not your crush. Kelly is. Or is he? I never thought about it...

NO!

"So... Kelly..." I slowly started.

"Hey Pan Pan, why are you so sweaty?" Kelly asked.

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." I paused.

"Oh! I love mindlessly pausing for a minute and let my brain zone out! Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." Kelly said. We sat there with our eyes crossed staring at the sky as if we needed mental help until the waiter brought our food.

"So, besides the zoning out, what were you saying?" Kelly asked me.

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to... Whoa! Our food is here!" I said as I switched subjects.

"It looks kinda spicy," Kelly said, reluctant to take a bite.

"Spicy just means better!" I yelled as I crammed a bunch into my mouth.

Good.

Good.

Not good.

"PAN PAN! YOUR MOUTH IS ON FIRE!" Kelly shouted. So, hot! How does Anna Marie stomach this stuff?!

"Have some soda!" Kelly offered in a rush.

"Is it diet?" I wheezed.

"THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT!"

I drank the cool refreshing soda... Wait. It's diet.

I drank the cool flat soda. I took a deep breath of relief.

"Can I have yours?" I asked. Kelly scooted the plate away. Hmm. Was I going to say something?

"Hey when's Anna Marie coming back?" I wondered.

"I don't know," Kelly said. We looked around the tiny restaurant for her.

"Oh! I see her! She's in a booth next to that Wailord and his Mom!" Kelly pointed. We walked over to see what was going on.

"Hey guys! Sorry I didn't tell you I moved over to another table! Meet my new boyfriend Will the Wailord!" Anna Marie chimed. What?

"Hi. I'm Will. We have a lot in common. We ran into each other and realized that we're both blue. Then we sorta hit it off," he said.

"Hey Will, you wanna go to the New Dice High Spring Dance with me!?" Anna Marie asked.

"Ok."

"YAY! Mrs. Marine, is it ok?" Anna Marie asked. Will's mom agreed to the plan.

Slow down here. What just happened.

"Hey Anna Marie, your dad is really over protective. What will he think about this?" Kelly asked.

"I'm sure he'll take it nicely," Anna Marie assured.

-Back at the meeting place which happened to be the car-

"WHAT!" Mr. Dino hysterically screamed.

"He didn't take that as well as I thought," Anna Marie said.

"My daughter, my little angel, is leaving me!" Mr. Dino coughed out.

"Well, it seems much worse when you put it like that," I added.

"Oh... Um. Let's go get you home."

"Are you sure you can drive with your breathing this crazy?" Kelly asked.

"I (sigh) don't (wheeze) know (deep breath) what (sigh) you're talking about!" Mr. Dino managed to get out.

Alright Jacky. This is your last chance.

"Kelly, I'd like to ask if you you'd like to..." I stuttered.

"Yes?"

"Go to the dance with me?" I somehow managed to get out. She sat there for a minute. Oh, Pan Pan, you blew it.

"Well..."

Oh. Imploding.

"Sure!" Kelly said.

"Whaaa!?" I said.

"Of course, I wanna go! You're the only Pokemon I knew to go with though!" Kelly said.

"Well, this is a change of events. I guess I won't go with Tim," I said. Yeah. I don't know what I was thinking there. It was not my finest hour.

"We're at your house Kelly! Jacky, your house is next door and I'm too flabbergasted to drive you there. WALK!" Mr. Dino boomed.

"See you tomorrow!" I said as she walked into her house.

What a wonderful day.

-POV: Ariel.

"Hey Esteban," I started.

"Yeah Ariel?" He asked. After talking with him more, he's not that bad. I always read about Gengars being these stealing, no-good jerks. I think I should give him an answer.

"I'd love to go to the dance with you," I said.

"Wonderful! I promise to give you the most wonderful day of your life!" Esteban promised. Then it's a date!
