I was shocked at his announcement.

My hands had those plates which now literally started shivering. I quickly arched my back a little more and heard

Shit!!! He's not lying...

I immediately ran to the nearby pillar hiding my back which was to the kitchen while I saw some men smiling and passing by...

I was in a fix state...

I didn't know where to go and what to do...

I needed to keep these plates aside and fix this shit!!! But the damn plates were one upon other I cannot place them anywhere without help! To add they have so many bowl's of Gulaab sakri that if one would fall rest all bowls would start falling.

I needed help but whom shall I ask for?

I couldn't see any women here..m

I can't ask other men for help!

Behind me was Mr Devil 😈 Who was literally sitting there on the kitchen platform like a king and enjoying the view of my exposed back!

'So does the designer need help?' he asked playfully moving his legs while still sitting on the kitchen platform!

I was fuming in anger for my helplessness!

Taking help from Mr Devil Kapoor was the last thing I could do to!!!

While I was peeping and looking to see if I can find for help...

Just then next minute I felt a hot breathe near my ears...

I was intimidated the minute I felt him that close to me...

'Sargam must really discuss with you for new designs on lingerie...I like this design! ' he said in my ears

I heard him smile against my ears...

Next second I felt his hands on my back!!!

There were shivers in my body!!!

My eyes were automatically closed!

Just then I heard a 'Zzzziiippp!!!'

Slowly I felt him pull my dupatta hanging below to cover my back and place it on my right arm!

With that my back was covered!

I opened my eyes....

'Now you are good to go beautiful!!! Saying he kissed my earlobe again and left with a grin from there!!!

I don't know for how long I stood like that!!!

Dev's POV:

She was looking like an angel tonight!

Everyone was looking for moon outside I had mine inside here...

Shy... pretty... beautiful...a little...

No...a very angry moon!

I was enjoying teasing her...

I wanted that playfulness to be back between us...

I was back to my flirtatious ways but the only difference is that this time it was only for one woman!

Not just this time!!!

I curiously was waiting for her to come out. She did but within a few minutes she was missing...

I saw everyone was performing the Karva Chauth Rituals.

I saw my little Sexy legs perform her rituals...

She gave Arghya (offered water) to moon, then saw Tanmay via Channi (sieve) then finally took his blessings while he was giggling and he hugged her tightly. They were smitten 💓

'Feed me...I am hungry and thirsty' she screamed to which Tanmay made her drink water and finally fed her the Gulab Sakri.

She was beaming in happiness. I was so happy to see my all grown up little girl. Frankly I was a little emotional 😔😍

Soon dinner was served...

Everyone started serving food...it was a lavish Rajputana and Punjabi spread today defining the union of two cultures and heritages 💓

While everyone was here...my eyes still looked for my special angel 💓

Where is she???

I went inside to only see her carry two plates and ascending the staircase...

I decided to follow her...

I soon saw her go towards her room...

I quickly went there and without making a noise I slowly peeped into her room...

I saw two plates kept there...

One had the food...

Other had a small water bottle, sieve, a diya and a match box.

Soon she lightened the diya!

Took the plate in her hand!!!

That's when it striked me!!!

She also fasted 🥺

I slowly saw what she did... She performed the pooja all by herself. She gave Arghya to moon....Then she picked the seive. She only saw the moon and closed her eyes for a few minutes...

Soon I saw a drop of tear drop on her cheek...😢

I had a terrible pain in my chest right now... 💔 Seeing her like that...

She opened her eyes...

Next she sat quietly on the seat near the window and looked at the plate full of food...

She picked the spoon but then kept it back.

She smiled to herself. That smile had all the pain in the world.

Wasn't she going to eat? She must break the fast right?

Soon I saw her get up from the seat like she discarded food!

The minute she stood up and tried to take a few steps I saw her loosing balance...

She was going to faint 🥺

I quickly rushed in and held her tightly

She now landed in my arms... I held her tightly by her forearms and made her stand straight... The minute she realised it was me she pushed me away...

'What the hell are you doing here...get out' she yelled...

'Ishaani you are weak... Why didn't you eat anything? It's your fast right?' I asked

But got no response from her!!! Instead she was trying to push me away by muy chest.

I was trying to control her but she was going on pushing me by my chest.

So i just lifted her by her waist and sat on the chair and pulled her on my lap!!

She was thunderstruck with my action.

'Let me go...let me go you Devil!' she said...

Although I know entire office has nicknamed me as Devil 😈 but listening it from her mouth made it feel like heaven 💓

She was trying to escape my hold so I slipped my hand into her bare waist and pressed it hard and pulled her tightly against my chest!!!

She was still struggling to get off finally I shouted a little louder!!!

'Shutup... enough!!'

While the cold breeze literally made the white netted curtain of her room window fly high and settled on my head...

I saw through that netted curtain and her big button eyes met my eyes....

Then she averted her gaze towards the moon next towards me...

Her eyes bulged out 😳

I pushed away the curtain from my face and picked the water bottle, opened its cap and made her drink the water.. she pushed it away...

It spilled out in a little force...

But I squeezed her waist a little more aggressively and she opened her mouth making a 'Huhh'

I stuffed the bottle into her mouth making her drink the water.

She tried to get away but I didn't let my grip loosen till she finished a few ounces of water 💦

I pulled the bottle out of her mouth...

And picked a spoon full of Gulab Sakri and took near her lips but she didn't budge to open her mouth!!!

She was stubborn as hell!!!

Well if she is ...

I am way more!!!

So I took a big spoon full of Gulab Sakri in my mouth ... while she looked into my face in a state of shock

Next I stuffed my mouth into her mouth!!

Her eyes bulged out in a state of shock 😳

I made sure she ate the Gulab Sakri😉

Although I had the mad urge to keep sucking the softest Gulab Sakri ever 😍 which she possessed! 👄

I pulled out the minute she swallowed it!!!

In one go...

I smirked at her...

'Gulab Sakri was never so tasty my angel'

She kept looking at me with bulged eyes...

While she was still in a state of shock...

I left her and pushed her sideways sliding her on the seat while I stood up!

'Its late my princess... please eat your meal and sleep' I said...

While she was still in a State of shock 😱😲

I chuckled at her expressions...

Lifted the plate up and kept it on her lap and said...

'Eat'

Slowly took steps towards the room door while leaving looked back and said..

'Ishaani... Happy first Karva Chauth 💓... I promise you many more to come 🥰'

While all I saw her is popping her eyes grown as big cricket ball and in reply there slipped a 'Huhhhh' from her mouth.

While I chuckled and left the room...

Indeed everyone celebrated looking at the moon...

But mine is better than everyone's
