It had been an amazing party tonight. Peppy smiled as he watched as trolls began to clean up the streamers and confetti from the ground which had fallen during the party, and clearing the table which had been filled with snacks for the party as well as punch,while other trolls tiredly made their way home, yawning sleepily. Many young children were being carried by their parents, fast asleep while some children tiredly protesting that they just weren't sleepy when in fact they were.

That reminded peppy that it was time for poppy to go to bed. The poor princess had to be exhausted by now. Peppy looked around and smiled seeing the sight of his daughter. Poppy was already half asleep, yawning tiredly. She yawned hugely her eyes closing slightly only to open slightly. She sat on the floor and gently lay down, her eyes closing.

Peppy gently walked to poppy and picked her up.

"Did you have a good time?" He softly asked.

Poppy managed to nod sleepily. "Yes daddy." She whispered.

Peppy smiled. "Let's get you into bed" He said

Poppy moaned. "But I'm not sleepy." She mumbled.

Peppy chuckled. "Yes you are.come on sleepy head."

"But I'm wide awake, daddy. See?" saying this poppy did her best to look wide awake but failed as a huge yawn escaped.

Peppy chuckled and carried poppy to the pod and headed to poppy's room.

"Can't I stay awake a little longer?" Poppy tiredly asked.

Peppy chuckled. "Not tonight poppy, you can barely keep your eyes open."

Poppy tried again to look awake but failed,her eyes closed. "Don't wanna go to bed." She said. "I want to keep dancing and singing."

"You can dance more tomorrow and sing. But right now it's bedtime." Peppy said.

He gently placed poppy in bed and tucked her in and kissed her forehead.

Poppy sleepily smiled and snuggled with her bed time snuggle toy her eyes slowly closed.

"Goodnight poppy." Peppy said

With a huge yawn poppy managed to say.

"Goodnight...daddy." Then she was fast asleep.

Peppy smiled and quietly closed the door quietly so as not to wake up his sleeping daughter
