Classes had ended and the sun was setting. It probably wasn't a very good idea to be out alone at night, but I don't care. I'm looking for Sean.

I'm finding Sean.

I arrived to the playground Sean and I first hung out together at, which I guess now could be considered our first date, and there he was. Sitting on a swing with a pile of empty beers along with other articles of trash on the left of him, and two six-packs to the right.

I was standing behind him, so he hadn't seen me. I walked up behind him and kneeled down. I wrapped my arms around his torso and kissed his back a few times. I could tell he was lightly crying for some reason. This caused him to jump, and when he realized who I was, he put his own arms on top of mine and completely broke. I stood up and walked to the front and sat on his lap, and hugged him tightly.

"Jack, honey what's wrong?" I pulled my head away from the crevasse between his neck and head to look him in the eyes, but when noticing he wasn't meeting my gaze, I guided his face up lightly with my hand.

"(Y/N)..." He started, then hiccuped "I'm... I'm so s-sorry..."
"Jack, for what? You didn't do anything wrong."

He got up, causing me to slide down but land on my feet before I completely fell into disgusting moist mulch. He put his arm up against the children's slide and placed his head on his arm. I walked over to him and rubbed his back to comfort him. Then he mumbled something incoherent.

"What?" I asked, since I could not understand.

Sean nudged me off and slowly turned around to meet me.

"I'm s-sorry I'm not go-o-d enough for you..." He once again cried harder, and sloppily landed a hug on me. I rubbed his back again, becoming lost.

"Sean." I stated his real name, not trying to turn him on, but to be serious.

"I could never find someone as perfect as you. I said yes to dating you for a reason. You're perfect to me. That's all that matters." He began to calm down, and simply sniffled.

"D-do you me-ean that?" He asked.

"I most certainly do. I don't understand what made you think you aren't, but yo-" He cut me off and kissed me. Though it was really sloppy and he reeked of booze, I kissed him back to show I care.

When he finally pulled away, he began to speak.
"(Y/N), I know I'm not good enough for you..." He sniffed. "Just look at me. A drunken f-ool with pink fuckin' hair." He messed up his hair and lightly chuckled, to try and lighten the mood for himself I suppose. "My grades were s-shit, and then I met you. I didn't want t-to be dead weight and stay back again for when you move ahead. So I w-worked harder. I g-got my grades up. For you. I'm r-really trying (y/n)..." He sniffled again as a tear rolled down his cheek. I was full on crying now, because I had no ideas that I had this type of affect on someone, let alone Sean.

I continued to gaze at him, speechless.
"(Y/n)?" He asked in a concerning tone.
"Oh Sean..." I jumped into him and wrapped my legs around his waist, my arms around his neck, and kissed him. This action shocked him, and almost made him fall over, but he didn't because of the support of the slide we fell on. His back was to the slide, feet still on the ground and stable, so he moved his hands to my butt and kissed me back.

I pulled away and landed my head on his chest as he stared up at the stars and started to pet my hair.

"(Y/n)?" He asked, moving his eyes down from the dazzling stars to my tear-stained face.

"Hm?" I hummed for him to continue.

"I...I love you."

My eyes widened and I supported myself up with my arms on either side of Sean's head to look at him. He had a sweetly half-smile planted on his face, along with the look of lust in his eyes.

I pecked his lips.

"So, is this hair really bothering you?" I asked, ruffling up his pink faded hair.

"Yes, I look like a pansy for Christ sakes." He laughed and patted his hair down.

"Let's go fix it then."
