Personality: Described by many as nuts, she's a girl who loves to have fun in eccentric and bombastic ways. She loves being loud, adventurous and brave. She often takes risks just to have fun. At first, Brat seems like the type of person to have fun in calm but still eccentric ways. That immediately gets thrown out the window when she shows how explosive she can be. Brat can also be quite sadistic, often enjoying seeing others in misery or pain caused by someone else. People who meet Brat for the first would always get scared whenever she would do her signature crazy laugh when something exciting happens (See "Get Jinxed". The energy and craziness in that video describes Brat perfectly).

Appearance: Same height as Bubbles but has a smaller bust and much more defined curves. Brat has long, blonde hair that is tied into pigtails. When it's down, it reaches down to her knees. Her eyes are upturned and has a nice shade of blue. Her skin is light and she has a few freckles on her shoulder and collarbone area.
