A well-known group in one of Citiesville's best school, the International School of Citiesville. Unlike the other three, their group is not that popular. Sure, some of the members are, but their group is ignored most of the time. Though their group is ignored, their peers can still appreciate their looks, intelligence and charms.

The group started the same time the Powerpunks started theirs, during the Broadhurst brothers' elementary days.

Blake Rook Broadhurst, Bash Broadhurst, Breaker June Broadhurst and Ban Broadhurst.

Since they started their group the same time as the Punks, the girls immediately saw them as competition or rivals. During summer vacation before middle school, their group got new members, the Wilson brothers and three other boys.

Bennett "Bentley" Wilson, Brake Wilson, Brandon Liu Wilson, Brant Hunter, Matthew "Bane" Karman and Berk Harris.

During their middle school days, six boys joined their group without hesitation.

Byron Garcia Lee, Benedict James, Baxter Carter, Basis Parker, Barry Newman and Bruce Edwards.

Though they were constantly teased and made fun of by the girls, they never fought them back. As the members of the two groups grew up, they started to learn how to get along and become friends. Now, the boys are under the protection of the Punks since the girls think the boys can't handle themselves out in the dangerous streets of Citiesville. The boys love and see each other as brothers and are always together. They support each other dearly and will never leave one members behind.
