ll too often prayer can seem like a chore to us. Our prayers become meaningless and mechanical as we forget we are talking to the One who made it all. We should strive to know him better. He is our Father, and wants us to talk to him. We are designed to have a loving, communicating relationship with him.

As we study the Bible we see how the prophets, disciples and Jesus himself prayed through the Scriptures. Before we make a list of what we want from God, when and how, we have to realize that prayer is not a shopping list where we can demand presents from God. We have to love him and want to get to know hum more so our life and testimony can reflect his love and we can shine for him. We should use the words of the Scriptures to praise him for all he has created and for his amazing love.

Remember, without God we can do nothing.

We all need prayer, for big things or small.
This book will be a place for us to post prayers, prayer points for people all over the world, and the occasional chapter focused on a particular person or charity.
This is also a safe, judge-free environment for you to make prayer requests in one of two ways-

1. Comment below with the need and we'll post it in the next update like so: Please pray for USERNAME/PREFERED NAME, as their parents go through a long divorce e.t.c.

2.Remain anonymous by sending a PM or e-mail. We will post it a little like this: Please pray for one of our supporters who is going through a particularly difficult time. Ask that God would give them the strength they need...
