Next morning 4 'o' clock.

Preeta wakes up in Karan's embrace. She smiles and kisses the tip of his nose. He smiles in his sleep.

Karan (sleepily): Good morning babydoll...

Preeta (smiles): Good morning bajarbattu..

Karan wakes up and looks at the clock and widens his eyes.

Karan: Abhi tak toh aadhi raat huyi hai!! Tum itni subah kyun uth gayi!!!

Preeta: Bajarbattu...bhool gaye... aaj karwa chauth hai...saath mein humara pehla Karwa chauth...

Karan smiles. Preeta goes downstairs.

In the hall.

Rakhi serves the sargi to Nisha, Preeta, Shrishti and Sherlyn. Just then Karan too comes downstairs.

Rakhi: Puttar tu itni subah kyun uth gaya??

Karan: Mom neend nahi aa rahi thi...aur bhook bhi lag rahi hai... toh socha niche hi aa jau...

Preeta slaps her forehead.

Shrishti: Jijz...mujhe toh laga tha ki aap bhi meri di ke liye fast rakhenge...

Karan: Whatt!! Fast air woh bhi mein!! No way!!

He starts eating the sargi items. Everybody finishes eating and go back to their rooms.

In the morning.

Karan wakes up to find Preeta dressing, in front of the mirror. He starts walking towards her. She feels his presence and smiles. He back hugs her and nuzzles his nose in her neck, his hands sliding on her waist.

Preeta: Karan...

Karan: Hmmm...

He then replaces his nose with his lips and she gasps. She grips his hands on her waist, tightly. He slides her dupatta and kisses her collarbone. She closes her eyes. He picks her up and lays her on the bed, coming over her. He caresses her bare waist, making her shiver. He places soft kisses on her belly and entangles their hands. He moves up and smiles seeing her eyes closed and she was smiling. He goes near her and kisses her earlobes. He moves towards her neck and she tilts her head, giving him more access.

Preeta: Karan...koi..aa jayega...

Karan (in her ears): Toh aane do...

Preeta: Karan please...

Karan frowns and leaves her. She gets up and pushes him inside the bathroom.

Preeta: Ab jaldi se tayaar ho jao!!

Karan: This is not fair!!

Preeta: Everything's is fair on love and war!!

She goes downstairs.

Later.

Karan is leaving for his practice.

Rakhi: Karan Puttar khaana toh khaake jaa...

Karan: Mom mein bohot late ho raha hu...wahi kha lunga...okay bye!!

He leaves hurriedly.

Rakhi: Isse kya hogaya??

Mahesh: Rakhi ji, kha lega woh..

Rakhi: Hmmmm..

Preeta: Chalo kids.. aaj mein aapko school chod dungi!!

Nyra: Yaay!!!

Preeta: Sherlyn tum mere saath office chalo...

Sherlyn: Par...

Shrishti: Please Sherlyn...

Sherlyn happily nods.

Shrishti: Di aap log jaiye...mein directly office pohoch jaungi..

Preeta and Sherlyn leave with the kids. Preeta drives to the school and drops the kids and then they go to the office.

KP events.

Preeta and Sherlyn get out of the car and find Shrishti waiting for them. Sherlyn sees the name of the company and smiles.

Sherlyn: KP events...Karan Preeta..

Preeta smiles and they go inside.

Sherlyn walks inside and is about to go towards Preeta but bumps into someone. She closes her eyes in fear. Feeling no pain, she opens her eyes and finds herself lost in a pair of pure black eyes.

Preeta: Aditya...

Shrishti: Di...yeh dono saath mein kitne cute lag rahe hai na...

Preeta: Haan yeh baat toh hai...

They chuckle and then fake cough, bringing them back to their senses. Aditya makes Sherlyn stand properly.

Aditya/Sherlyn: Sorry..

Both of them smile.

Aditya: Tumhe aaj se pehle yaha nahi dekha...

Sherlyn: Haan woh actually...

Shrishti: Sherlyn ka yaha aaj pehla din hai!!

Aditya: Oh achcha...

Preeta: Sherlyn, yeh Aditya hai.. London mein isne humari bohot madad ki thi...aaj agar mein yaha hu...toh sirf iski wajah se...

Sherlyn smiles and Aditya looks at her and runs his hand in the back of his head.

Preeta: Shrishti dekh toh agar Sherlyn ke liye koi post hai toh...

Shrishti (smirking): Hai na di...

Aditya/Sherlyn: Really!!

Shrishti: Haan..Aditya ki PA...

Preeta understands and chuckles. Sherlyn blushes. Aditya smiles..

Preeta: Aditya tum iska interview lelo...

Aditya (looking at her): Of course..

Preeta and Shrishti laugh silently. Everybody leaves to their cabin and Aditya gives Sherlyn the job.

In the evening.

Preeta, Shrishti and Sherlyn return and see that the house is beautifully decorated.

Rakhi: Arre bachcho aa gaye...jaldi jaake tayaar ho jao...puja ka samay ho raha hai...

The girls go to their rooms and change. They come back and Karan and Sameer get mesmerized seeing Preeta and Shrishti. Preeta and Shrishti blush.

Just then Sarla enters along with Akshat, Kritika and Aditya. Aditya gets mesmerized seeing Sherlyn.

Everybody greets each other and start the puja.

Later.

Everybody is waiting for the moon to come out.

Shrishti (crybaby face): Yeh chand bahar kab aayega!! Mujhe kitni zor se bhuk lagi hai!!

Sameer: Toh mat rehti bhuki!!

Shrishti glares at Sameer. Meanwhile, Karan too was waiting for the moon, impatiently.

Shrishti: Can you believe it di!! Mein yani ki Shrishti Arora...I mean Luthra...subah se bhuki hai!!

Everybody laughs, except Karan, who is now irritated.

Rakhi: Karan, puttar kya hua?? Tu aise ajeeb si shakal kyun bana raha hai??

Preeta: Arre maa rehne dijiye... uski toh shakal hi aisi hai!!

Karan (irritated): Preeta Luthra!! You bajarbatti!! Samajhti kya ho apne aap ko!! Ek toh mein bechaara subah se bhuka hu aur tum mera mazaak uda rahi ho!! (Crybaby face) Kitni bhook lag rahi hai!!

Everybody gets shocked. Preeta is touched. Karan realizes what he said and bites his tongue.

Preeta: Tumne mere liye fast rakha...

Karan (sarcastically): Nahi!! Sofia ke liye!!

Preeta chuckles tearfully.

Preeta: Jao bajarbattu aaj ke din tumhe maaf kiya!!

Karan wipes her tears.

Karan: Hey babydoll..tum ro kyun rahi ho...

Preeta: Kyun ki tum bohot achche ho...The Karan Luthra...jo khaane ke bina ek ghanta nahi reh sakta hai...usne mere liye fast rakha...

Karan cups her face.

Karan: Humara pehla Karwa chauth tha na saath mein...toh meine socha kyun na tumhe ek chota sa gift de du...

Preeta smiles and hugs him. He hugs her back.

Preeta: I love you bajarbattu..

Karan: I love you too babydoll..

Preeta: But I love you more..

Karan: And I love you the most..

Nyra (hugs them): And I love you both infinity!!!

Everybody smiles seeing their bond.

Shrishti: Seekho shorty kuch!!

Sameer glares at her. Everybody giggles.
