An emergency situation can occur  in an instant, without warning such as natural disaster :earth quake ,flood , typhoon ,   or as the result of an accident. before  disaster  occur, preparation stage  is very important  . the first thing you have to remove the stress and fear and make   a  Plan  what to prepare and what to do. You should always take with you : First aid kit containing first aid manual, aspirin, painkiller,antibiotic,ointment...and bottled water  is necessary. additionally, you should carry a flashlight , sleeping bag ,tent  , sharp knife,lighters , a radio  , non perishable food  such as canned food and dried food . You should go to a safe place to shelter , keep in touch with others people to get help. follow the suggestions above, I think you will survive . Be careful and good luck
