A few things I have to tell you: 
First of all, you can apply unlimited times now! Because it seems like there aren't many people applying... I thought.. Maybe there are a few of you who want to apply more but couldn't because of the "max. 4 times" rule! So I just got rid of it lol
And secondly, I decided I would apply for my own applyfic.... twice. Yeah I know, some people don't like that and normally I wouldn't too (at least in a very heavy story based applyfic, which is not the case with this one).. but I wanted to finally publish the first batch of trainees to give the appliers some kind of.. present I guess? Idk, I just really wanted to publish that damn chapter. And for that I needed two more participants.. and it didn't seem like any more people would apply atm so I just did what I had to do! >.<
Now.. if you think this will lead to my characters winning for sure... then I'll assure you by saying: this applyfic is vote based. So... every character has the same chances! 
And regarding screen time: I'll try my best to give equal screen time to every participant, but if you still think my characters somehow get more screen time than others, tell me please!! <3
