Deadline:  05th September, 8pm (CEST/"Berlin time")

This is your very first Mission and Evaluation!

Please read everything carefully so you won't make any mistakes.
I won't accept it if someone makes several mistakes back to back
and I notice that they do that because they haven't read the rules and stuff carefully
(or not at all).

What you need to know about this Mission:

I) You will be in a group together with your labelmates,
all of you performing a song together
➯ You're free to choose whatever song!

II) Although you perform together, you will all be evaluated separately 
➯ I will evaluate your trainees based on how much you contributed to the discussion, how active you are in supporting this applyfic (voting and commenting) and maybe a tiiiny bit of personal taste (don't worry, I won't let it influence me too much! and there's also practically no way your chosen song/performance can somehow be not my taste.)!

III) Your male partners WON'T be part of this yet!
This is only about the female Trainees atm!

★彡 Rules 彡★

a) BE NICE during your discussions! Please behave friendly. Don't take all the best parts for yourself although your Trainee may not be the best suited one for them. Don't suggest a song which doesn't fit to your group of trainees AT ALL and just force the others to accept what you've chosen. Act kindly like the Trainees on TV do too! OH AND PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSION. Your Trainee's grade depends on this. (Swearing is allowed btw, we don't need to keep it totally family friendly here. BUT NO SWEARING AT OTHERS if one can't clearly see it's meant as a joke!)

b) BE TIDY and only discuss with your team where you are supposed to do that (you will see what I mean if you scroll further down). Any discussion in any place that isn't intended for it will be deleted directly and may have consequences for you and your team if I have the feeling you do this on purpose or just don't care at all.

c) BE CLEVER and just fill in the form I'm giving you. I don't need any more info than I ask for in the form. But I also don't want any less. Any incomplete forms won't be accepted. (If I somehow feel like I need some more stuff from you, I'll kindly ask you for it!)

d) BE ON SCHEDULE, which means please think about the deadline of this and send in your form before that deadline. Forms sent in after the deadline won't be accepted and your Trainees will get an F. If there's a problem which interferes with you sending it in on time, send me a PM. I'll see what I can do for you. ALSO if one of your teammates is MIA (Missing In Action) for several days and not answering although you've tagged them a lot already, then just ignore them and send in the form like you seem fit. If that means their trainee gets the worst parts, then they'll just have to deal with that (though please remember there are different time zones, so make sure to give them enough time to react so something please!).

e)BE..... eh.. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE (goddangit) Don't give someone with V 50 and R 90 the Main Vocal part, don't give someone with less skill in Dance the most center time during a dance break or smth.. etc. you know exactly what I mean. The exact skill points every Trainee has will be listed down below. (btw: I'll intervene when I see someone pretending to have higher skill points in smth that they actually don't have or insisting on stuff that's not true).

Song & Artist: Which song you're performing and the original artist

Trainee 1: Full Name and @ of the "owner"
Trainee 2:
Etc. 

Positions: "XY as ___", who each Trainee is performing as (you can also add the parts here, like "XY is the Main Vocal" if it isn't clear in the video, but you don't have to. I just need to know your FC for this specific performance!)

!Important!

1. If your Trainee is the only one in her Company (BBC & JYP), you don't have to worry about a discussion or something. Just be on time with your form and comment/vote a lot! 

2. The videos of the performances you send me are NOT allowed to have more members than your team has. No Lovelyz performance for Woollim or SNSD performance for SM. If you have a difficult time finding something, just tell me and I'll try to help you. (Unit performances are allowed of course! So TTS things for a group of three would be fine for example.)

3. In some cases I might PM you, asking how much you think someone in your group has participated on a scale from 1-10. This will happen when I'm unsure about which Grade to give them. Since it's over PM, you can be as honest, as harsh, or as generous as you want to. I won't judge you and your decision and also won't tell on you to other participants!

4. DO NOT use Lyric Videos, MVs or anything that doesn't show any singing or dancing. I don't want pure vocal/rap covers, nor do I want pure dance covers. Live Stages, Fan Cams, Produce 101 - or other real Survival Show -  Auditions are all fine! (Oh and Non-Kpop songs are also totally okay!)
