We have started project S.T.A.R. 

Five subjects are in our possession. Ten more will arrive tomorrow in a shipment. By the end of next week we hope to have at least twenty and at the end of next month we will have one hundred. This will be loosely based off of our old experiments excluding the fact that the subjects went rouge causing the death of Avery Samuels, the former leader of S.T.A. Because of the incident we were forced to exterminate the project and the remaining fifteen subjects. This time the subjects will not be treated as if they were alive. They are objects in our possession and will be treated as such. The only exception will be the three hours of free time given to the subjects where they can mingle in the common area. Otherwise they will be in their rooms.

Testing and assembling starts August 1st 2502 at 0500 hours sharp. The deadline for this project is August 1st 2522. I will be keeping record of the passing's throughout the years as I am the new head director of the S.T.A.R.
