He felt his feet shuffle on their own as his hands clawed at the pockets. He couldn't help but be nervous. After all, its been almost a month since his sister and her friends had left to that island. Emu promised that they would be back after a week. She had flashed him that dumb, bright, big smile she always has, telling him and his other siblings how great of a time she was going to have.

But it has been almost a month. He hasn't heard anything from her in a month. Nor her friends. And he was so worried. What if something happened to them? What if they were injured? If something happened to them, he would blame himself for not being able to protect them. Even though both Hinata and Keisuke both told him that it wasn't his fault, and that they were going to keep waiting for them to come back, Shousuke didn't know. He wanted to hope, but he was terrified that something happened.

His ears perked up when he heard the sound of a boat, his eyes widened a lot. He felt his head snap to the dock as the boat he had let his little sister borrow slowly parked next to the dock. His feet shuffled as he ran over while the two workers slowly set the bridge that connnected the dock to the bridge.

He never expected to see what he was about to see. He never knew what was going to happen. He saw it... And he felt his blood run cold.

A small group of teens slowly climbed down the bridge, looking disheveled, tired, hungry, and incredibly traumatized. One was carrying a corpse in his arms. A corpse that seemed recent. There was a stab wound on their abdomen, they most probably bled out. Shousuke looked between the teens and the corpse, a mix of worry and confusion. However, he noticed the sky getting gray, meaning it was going to rain soon.

"Hey, kids, come inside. It's going to rain soon. You all must be tired from being outside for so long." he told them, forcing a smile to his face. They all nodded, following Shousuke inside. The older man didn't know what happened. But there was one thing he knew.

Something had fucking happened in that island. And he was bound to figure out what happened.
