A bright white lizard like figure.

Blaze was shaking his head and pulling Luke away.

Luke was glaring at the figure.

Thick melting skin.

Herbert gasped and Caramellow clenched Coco.

Blaze was screaming to run but everything was a blur.

Red splattered around and a screaming wail echoed around the dustbowl.

All was black.

I awoke to find Blaze shaking.

Luke moved his gaze to Caramellow and Coco.

Coco was sleeping.

Caramellow was crying.

Herbert and Toothpaste was sharing scared glances.

Luke had stinging pain in his tail.

Luke looked down to see his tail. Bend and broken.

Luke looked up slowly to find a horrifying site.

Diamond.

Covered in wounds.

Luke started to cry.

Jamie was sitting on a rock looking down.

"He's not dead but."

"I don't know if he'll be like that for long."

Luke stood there shaking.

The pain in his tail was nothing compared to the pain in his crying soul.

"D-Diamond..." Luke mumbled

"Yeah?" Diamond whispered.

Honey had her eyes closed. She was weeping.

"Promise me." Luke said shakily "Promise me if you're about to leave us."

"Say goodbye first."

Blaze was sent to tears.

Herbert was looking down sadly.

Toothpaste was patting Honey.

"I'm sure he'll be fine"

"I'm sure he will make it."
